Flamepelt || 36 moons || male || firestar2424
Flamepelt is a bright orange tabby tom with darker ginger stripes and deep green eyes. He is slightly bulkier than most cats in the clan and also has a scar across his right shoulder from a hawk. He had snuck out as a kit and was nearly taken, but a patrol found him just in time. He is a very polite and outgoing cat, but has a hard time picking up social ques sometimes, which may cause him to come off as abrasive. He is a good fighter and very creative, but lacks in hunting. His brother is Brackenclaw.

Brackenclaw is a dark brown tabby tom with black stripes along his back and amber eyes. Brackenclaw is a generally quiet and shy cat, as he is very introverted. He has a hard time opening up to others, aside from his brother, as they have a good understanding of each other. Brackenclaw is is a very observative cat, and can learn a lot about others from watching them. He is a natural hunter, but in situations requiring muscular strength, he's worse off than most. His brother is Flamepelt.

(We can get a patrol of 3 Fire and Oak  and what's your clan, Fire? Is it on the forums?) Spiderstar stretched out and yawned, blinking sleep away from his eyes. He glanced over his sleeping clan, noting that a few nests were empty. He'd never understood early risers, but at least they were productive. After a quick grooming, he headed out, noting that Cinderstorm was keeping an eye on Tawnykit. Did the she-cat want an apprentice? He'd keep tabs on the two's interaction. Tawneykit's ceremony was still 2 moons away, but it could never hurt to start looking now. Cinderstorm noticed Spiderstar heading out of the den and gave a curt nod before heading towards Tawnykit. "Having fun?" |

(sounds good. yes, my clan is on the forums. it's called Flameclan. we went under, lost a lot of members, and now I'm trying to revive it. thought a new page would welcome roleplayers that are intimidated by a bunch of pages. it started to go downhill when one of our most active roleplayers just vanished. they haven't been on the forums since.)
Flamepelt arched his back in a stretch and shook out his pelt. He glanced over at the fresh kill pile to see how much had been left over from the previous day's hunts, but noticed that the supply was dwindling. Flamepelt noticed spiderstar eying cinderstorm as he approached the leader. "Spiderstar." The orange tabby meowed. "Are there any hunting patrols out? I noticed that the fresh kill pile was low and I'm sure the others would appreciate something to eat when they all wake up."

Cinderstorm tilted her head to one side. "Wayfinder?" What was that?
Spiderstar blinked slowly. Stormwing and Stonefire were most likely training with their apprentices. Even if they were hunting, they still probably wouldn't bring back much since they would be teaching. Rainpaw was a quick learner, though, so maybe Spiderstar would be surprised if that was what they were doing. Still, hunting patrols were always good. He nodded. "I'm sure they would appreciate it. We can go with..." His eyes scanned for another cat that was also awake.

Riverstone stretched as she exited the warrior den, sleep claiming her eyes still. A grey paw quickly rubbed her eyes as she sat down, a large yawn escaping the small she-cat. "Excuse me!" She meowed o anyone close enough to her, quickly giving her chest a few embarrassed licks. Riverstone spotted Spiderstar and happily walked over. "Good morning, Spiderstar. How did you sleep?" She sat in front of him with a smile on her face.

Spiderstar turned towards the she-cat. "As alright as ever, I s'ppose." With three cats total, they could bring back a decent amout of prey for a single area. He turned on his heels and headed down the steps of the den. The sun warmed his pelt ad he felt much more awake as he moved.
Cinderstorm chuckled. "Ah. I see. Im sure you'll do fine, though."

"So, where should we hunt?" asked the ginger tom as he followed Spiderstar. "We should probably try somewhere that hasn't been hunted recently, obviously." He ended the sentence with a lick of his shoulder. Seeing his scar, he remembered the time as a kit when he snuck out of camp. His brother had had the sense to turn back, but, being the stubborn cat that he is, he wouldn't listen to Brackenclaw. "Hopefully we can catch a few hawks if we get lucky."

Spiderstar nodded. "Most likely." He had to do a bit of remembering for where their previous patrols have been. "If you two are up for a walk, we can aim for around the volcano." And hunt along the way of course. It was doubtful they had to go all the way around to the other side, but it was an end point they could aim for and turn back if they got so far. Luckily, none of them had apprentices so they didn't have to worry too much about training other cats. And the rest of the clan was pretty self sufficient.
