Ferntail
Ferntail chuckled softly. "I feel safe under my cloud." She pouted slightly, flattening her ears in a cute sort of manner. Her whiskers twitched and she flicked her feathery furred grey black tail. "I haven't met a tom like you in a while." She admitted, meaning exactly what he had said. "What I mean, is that your caring and content with your life." She murmured, Raventwist chuckled. He tended to judge cats slightly based on their reaction to him. Ferntail fell into the 'nice to talk to, easy on the teasing' category. "Well, I don't know about that. Maybe I'm just faking it. I turn away as many cats as I attract. The elders despised me as an apprentice." He said, purring with amusement. |

Vixenpaw closed her eyes and only focused on the sparrows scent. When she had finally isolated the scent, she began tracking it down. She hadn't noticed the warrior stepping away. She looked at the ground, there wasn't many things that would make noise if she stepped on it, she lowered her body and kept her tail low. and moved forward. The sparrow was in a nearby tree, and she wasn't comfortable climbing to catch it. As she got closer the bird flew to the ground, the bird had it back to her. Knowing this was her only chance she moved a little more quicker, sacrificing stealth for speed. Alerted to her presence the bird raised it's wings, almost taking off, but it was to late, she pounced on the bird while it was little off the ground, but not high enough out of her reach. It was a lucky kill and she knew it. Returning to the warrior she she dropped the sparrow and sat down, almost ecstatic that she was able to catch something.
Stormfire was impressed by the finely caught sparrow. "Well done!" He praised, "That was a lucky catch, but you stayed strong. Amberfoot would be proud when i tell her!" The tom meowed to the apprentice. Flicking his tail towards the sparrow, Stormfire added, "Do you want see if we can find Amberfoot now, it is later in the day now and if your mentor was alseep. She is sure to be up by now." |

Redfur
Redfur narrowed his gaze, quite annoyed with the sudden multiplication of apprentices babbling. "I believe Rainstars on the high cliff." He mumbled, pointing to a dark furred grey she-cat hidden on the high cliff, the sun outlining her fur from its position in the sky. Redfur glanced at Hawkpaw, detecting his sense of humor and returned it, "Yes, I'm sure the elders will love it." He said, adding a gently sarcastic smile for effect. "Anyways, am I a magnet or something?" He said flatly.

Chuckling softly, she let her gaze rest on a tree whose leaves fluttered to the ground, orange and brown ones. "Leaf bare is coming fast..." She mumbled, trying to avoid the subject of topic at the moment. "If a season was your personality. What would you be?" As mysterious as she was, this was one of the strangest questions she would ask.

Nettlepaw smiled at Cinderpaw at the mention of Prey and Hunter. "Oh, that'd be fun. I have a twist to it, Firepaw and I made it up as kits. It's the same thing, but if say you were chasing us, Cinderpaw. You caught me, but Hawkpaw is still running from you." The gray tom meowed, then ran the short distance to the apprentice den. "I am caught, so I have to stay here. If Hawkpaw were to come over and touch the den, I'm free and I can go run again." He nodded as if to say he was done, and they can talk now.

Firepaw narrowed her eye and flattened her ears when Nettlepaw came over to the Apprentice den. She remembered that game her brother was describing. Of course she did, she was the one who made it up. For some reason, the sight of him playing it with other cats made her eye well up in tears; the tabby turned and pelted into the Apprentice den and collapsed in her nest.

[ It's cool :3 ] [ Cinderpaw | Apprentice | 10 moons ] Cinderpaw smiled up at Redfur. "Something like that," She said in reply. Her gaze flickered back to Nettlepaw as he began to describe the addition to the game. She beamed at him and said, "that sounds like a lot of fun!" Cinderpaw was quite certain that would make the game a lot harder, which she was happy about. When she played it as a kit it was too easy and rather boring when you were the prey. Cinderpaw frowned slightly as she saw someone dart into the apprentice's den. She hadn't seen who it was, but saw them move in the corner of her eye. "Are they ok?" [ Speckledpaw | Apprentice | 8 moons ] Speckledpaw had relaxed slightly since his earlier panic of not going out and had even begun to fall asleep in a spot of sunlight. He had been listening in on the other apprentices and their plans to play a game, but didn't join them because he hated that game as a kit. He was afraid to hide, because when he did it took them a while to find him and then he began to wander back into camp to make sure they hadn't forgotten him, and then he would lose... Speckledpaw jolted to his feet the second he heard someone run by him. He stared, wide eyed out at the camp. He shook his head forcefully, reassuring himself it wasn't a cat from another clan. He slowly walked the tail length back to the den and poked his head in. He saw Firepaw in her nest, he couldn't quite see anything else besides that because of how far her nest was from the entrance. "H-hey," he managed. |

Her gaze flickered over to where Redfur had seemingly attracted a gaggle of apprentices. A mrrow of amusement erupted from her parted jaws as she rose, stretching up in an arch before descending down from the high cliff. She noticed one of them dart into the apprentice den and took a curious mindset. Spotting Speckledpaw, she stayed where she was, the few tail lengths away to watch. She took a seat, wrapping her bushed tail around her paws as her calm gaze rested on a willow tree whose leaves fluttered aimlessly towards the ground, pretending not to pay any attention to the scene. |

[ Cinderpaw | Apprentice | 10 moons ] Cinderpaw stared at the apprentice den for a moment longer, until something caught her eye. It was just Rainstar, leaving the high cliff. She dipped her head slightly towards their leader, not certain if she could see her, but still wanting to show her respect. She turned her attention back to Nettlepaw as he began to speak. She nodded in agreement, satisfied by that answer. "That makes sense," she said. He was right, Speckledpaw had been outside the apprentice den, and now he vanished. She was sort of impressed at how fast he moved, he usually stepped as if there was a snake beneath his paws.

Speckledpaw squinted his eyes, now doubting whether or not he had actually seen a cat. His fur rose slightly, not that it was very noticeable since his fur was always fluffed up, as a whirlwind of worries began to swarm him. What if it hadn't been a cat? What if it had been a badger? Or a fox! He knew these were both unrealistic, but in the dark the unrealistic seems to become the new reality. Then again, he thought, how would no one have noticed? But... he'd heard from warriors that foxes were faster than a hare! At the time he thought this was an exageration, but now... "H-hello?" Speckledpaw tried again, his voice now quivering slightly. If it was a fox he would be able to see its eyes glint, right? Even if it was lurking in the shadows he would see its eyes... unless it was some sort of strange hybrid made by twolegs to kill them! Speckledpaw backed up a small pawstep, still in the apprentice den, but now if he was killed the rest of the camp would see. |

"Sure." Vixenpaw replied nonchalantly as she nodded her head. She picked up her sparrow and began heading back to camp. She hadn't been able to catch the bird before, as if always flew away so there was a small bounce in her step.

Hawkpaw watched the apprentice run into the den. His gaze turned to the concerned she-cat as she stared at the Apprentice's den after a supposed Spottedpaw darted in. Nettlepaw's voice broke his concentration and he nodded. It was a logical assumption. With the game having been describe and all three apprentices seemed to like the game, he popped up. "Alright! What are we waiting for?" His mewed energetically. He glanced over at Redfur. He didn't hear everything the tom said, but as a reply Hawkpaw ask, "Hey Redfur, want to join us?" He asked amusingly, with his own sarcastic twist, knowing the tom will refuse to stay behind and eat his much delayed meal. |

Grumbling to himself, he picked up the piece of prey behind himself and flung it back onto the fresh kill pile before dragging out what seemed to be like a frozen mouse. "Happy?" He narrowed his eyes as the apprentice seemed to be well over laughing at him and was now making snarky sarcastic comments. "I'll stay here." He flicked his tail, irritated. "Run along." He smirked, "I'm sure your friends are waiting."
Ferntail
She couldn't hold back a soft chuckle of amusement as he described his leaf bare personality. "I lean more towards new leaf." She said quietly, not wanting to speak of anything in the past. "I'm gentle, soft, and kind but I can be ruthless and hot." She murmured, her voice holding just slightly at the end. |

All my cats are open for crush/mates too. I feel like it'd be less problematic on you if I just posted it here, but I can move it to PM if you want. I've been thinking about having a female warrior so I'd have 1 male apprentice, 1 female apprentice && 1 male warrior, 1 female warrior, but I don't know what personality to give her owo

All my cats are open for crush/mates too. I feel like it'd be less problematic on you if I just posted it here, but I can move it to PM if you want. Nettlepaw smiled, then froze again when he saw the back half of Spottedpaw back out of the den. "Oh, there he is! Maybe he would like to play also?" He wondered aloud, then padded over, motioning Cinderpaw and Hawkpaw to follow him. "Hey, Spottedpaw, whatcha looking at?" He asked with a low, rumbling purr.

Firepaw had to sneeze ever since she went into the apprentice den. She heard pawsteps, and thinking he went out, she sneezed. She slowly sat up and turned around, then heard her brothers voice and quickly dropped down again. They were both in there now! Firepaw knew that Spottedpaw saw her, so there was no chance of hiding now.

Stormfire padded into camp, with Vixenpaw hopefully behind him. "I'll go looked for Amberfoot now, you may go and do what you want now." hE meowed and padded off.

Deciding that she wasn't needed at the scene, she rose to her paws, running a paw over her ears before padding over towards Raventwist and Ferntail. Originally, Rainstar was planning to take Doepaw and Hawkpaw, her apprentices out for some battle training, but it seemed they were having fun annoying Redfur, a tom who she noted to be quite selfish at times. As amusing as it was just to sit and watch, she had duties to attend to. She stopped a tail length away, her fur billowing gently in the wind, she didn't want to intercept, so she waited, taking a seat and curling her tail around her paws. |

Redfur seemed rather uncomfortable with them, which she found a little funny. Bet he can't wait for an apprentice to train, Cinderpaw thought. She wondered if Rainstar would even give him an apprentice quite yet, he was still a pretty young warrior... and a little standoffish at times. Cinderpaw's attention immediately shifted back to the task at hand as Nettlepaw began to speak. She nodded, not certain if Speckledpaw would actually be up for playing with them. He didn't seem like the type, he'd probably get freaked out. [ Speckledpaw | Apprentice | 8 moons ] Speckledpaw jumped slightly as Nettlepaw spoke to him. He hesitated just a moment, his eyes still on the shadow that he thought was a cat, before saying, "No, thanks, I'll just watch." That was easier, he didn't have to worry as much... Speckledpaw's ears immediately perked as he heard a sneeze. He stared at what he was now certain was a cat, not wanting to intrude... but... Speckledpaw took another small step into the den. "Sorry," Speckledpaw said hesitantly. He didn't continue his thought, but didn't leave either. |

Ooc : I assigned mentors to every apprentice in the clan. If you have one of your chars mentoring your own apprentice, please let me know and I'll switch it. The mentors and apprentices are under the Relationships ]

Lynxstep is open for a mate/crush as well, I can make a female warrior if it'll help to even out the numbers. Does anybody have an open character he can either hunt or patrol with? ))

Badgerstripe
The tom heaved himself to his paws, stretching every limb before he padded out of his shaded corner of camp. The badger patterned fur frightened many cats upon first look, as it looked somewhat like a badger at first glance. He passed the apprentices, spotting Stormfire and Lynxstep not too far apart. "Lynxstep." He approached the other tom. "I'm heading out for a hunt." He paused. "Do you want to come?" His black and dark blue eyes had their own intense look to them. "I was going to ask Stormfire as well." He pointed with his tail to the deputy. |

Lynxstep stood up and stretched, his long featgered tail curling over his back in a graceful arch. "Sure, I haven't even left camp today. It'll be nice to get away for a while." The tom replied shaking the dust out of his pelt, he looked over at the Clan's Deputy, "What about you, Stormfire?" He asked.

Stormfire spun around, "I can find Amberfoot later, of course" he meowed, looking at Badgerstripe and Lynxstep. The tom flicked his tail towards the entrance, "I just took Vixenpaw out hunting, she looked so desperate to hunt, but with her mentor. She couldnt leave. I took the Vixenpaw near the moonlit stream and it was full of prey!"
