Honeysong dips her head, as Dawnflame leaves, before picking up the herbs, padding off to look for Whitedeer. She first heads towards the fresh kill pile.

[[ Okay, thanks, Eris. By the way, I'm not sure if you saw, but I was wondering what you would personally think of the situation of Thunderfang and Silvernight having kits? Obviously, it isn't set in stone and was just an idea, but because Thunderfang is infected, it would make for an... Interestingly and probably terrible situation. Me and a few others have tried looking up what happens, but none of us can find a specific answer. One of us found an answer regarding dogs, but the closest one I found was that the mother would have a chance to be infected, but the kits would most likely die from not having a mother when she finally lost it. If this were to play out, what would you want to do about it? Just roll for Silvernight, see if she survives and then roll for each of the kits? Or would you want to do a little more research into real life situations first? Not sure it'll happen, especially because they just aged two moons and that means Thunderfang has to die soon. Plus, if Meadowlark dies, he's going to start panicking again. ;o;
Also, I forgot to post Ashbreeze's eye colour! His eyes are a pale greyish blue colour. You can add that into his description wherever you see fit. Also, could you change Smallshade's eye colour to a yellow amber, but keep her heterochomatic brown spot? Thank you so much in advance~
I wrote out pretty much that exact same reply, and a reply for Cloudripple, but I accidentally clicked on a thing to remove ads from the site while typing and my reply was lost. I just got the motivation to write each of them all over again. ]]
CLOUDRIPPLE // (Bluedusk, Briarwind, Pepperpaw): "Hm?" The warrior asked, leaving her thoughts at being asked a question by Bluedusk. Her fur stood on end as Briarwind coughed and her expression became grave, but she shook it off quickly, drawing her focus to the question. She considered it for a second, she finally answered, "Well, yeah, having an apprentice sounds like a lot of fun. I've never had one before, surprisingly, but you're right; with the large amount of kits set to become apprentices, it seems very likely, doesn't it?" She sighed, the continued. "With all the stuff going on in camp recently, I hadn't even figured that out. But yeah, teaching a little guy all I know sounds like it'll be a bit annoying, but super fun." She started thinking about her days as an apprentice, and how fun her mentor had been. Her brother had gotten a strict mentor, which may explain his current personality, but she would make sure she was a fun, lovable mentor. Like a big sister. Then she started to wonder about Hawkpaw, and her thoughts trailed off again.
THUNDERFANG // (Silvernight, Brokenpaw, Jadekit): Pausing for a moment, the tom was confused. Who was the little kit asking? Him? Silvernight? Brokenpaw? Her gaze to the apprentice was begging, but it didn't seem like she was asking him, exactly. More just looking for help. This poor kit probably didn't have any sort of friends, and probably never got out to see the forest much. She'd be protected if she went with them, and Thunderfang, despite being a bit grumpy because of his headaches and soreness, couldn't let Jadekit down. With a small sigh, he gave her a small smile and said, "Yes, Jadekit, you may come with us." Remembering that she was almost old enough, and to add in a comment that Silvernight couldn't deny, just in case she didn't want the disfigured kit to come along, he said, "I'm sure your apprentice ceremony is coming up really soon, so showing you the territory ahead of time seems like the perfect head start." He was hoping his crush would agree. He normally wasn't this talkative, but this kit made him feel like he should always be talking to reassure the little thing.
HAWKPAW // (Highstone, Aquashine): "WOOOOOAH. THAT WAS SO COOL!" The apprentice squeaked, nearly loosing control of herself. Looking the spear up and down, her mossy eyes wide and glowing, she was suddenly super excited to learn about this amazing weapon and she wanted so, so badly to learn how to use it. A thought popped into her head of her, becoming an amazing warrior, and being the only apprentice to learn how to use these amazing spears. Then, with Aquashine's permission, she could one day teach her apprentice! And Aquashine could teach the others! She imagined everyone thinking she was awesome and amazing for learning such a technique, but then brushed the thoughts aside. She came to the reality that it was probably very hard to master, and even the creator herself had certain other things to test and experiment with. With her warrior's ceremony hopefully on the horizon, Hawkpaw started to realize that she had to start acting a bit more mature. Being babied by her sister didn't help much, but she decided that she wanted to try to make herself a bit more... warrior-like. So instead of continuing to freak out, she sat down, took a breath and simply asked, "How exactly did you sharpen this? It looked like it took a very long time."
RUBY // (Trinket, Raven): Two cats? Never in Ruby's life had she been around so many cats before, except way back when she lived with her siblings and mother. She had just opened up to the hairless feline, who had just called herself Trinket, when a cat with a raven on her head had appeared? Again, the poor timid rogue had to resist the urge to turn tail and flee. She hated the confrontation, and she didn't seem to like this new cat. Mostly answering to Trinket, she muttered very quickly, "Ruby." Her fur stood on end, and she got into her defensive stance, though it wasn't entirely visible though the tall, dead grass.

Ruby and Trinket. Those were not clan names, from Raven's personal experience. The ebony bird lifted itself upwards and perched on her master's shoulders before beginning to preen herself. Amusement glimmered in the rogue's eyes. "And this is Nyra." A serpentine tail poked the raven's flank affectionately. It was just barely able to reach. "What brings you two out here in the cold?"
--------------
A stern nose picked apart an all-too familiar scent from the shearing cold air and salty fishy ocean. At first, heart leapt. Was it a jolt of surprise at the aroma or... something else? Though the shock wanted to course through a pirate-cat's sea-worn veins and cause his muscles to rush toward it, the white, bandana-wearing tom stayed as he were every day at this time--sitting, watching the sea, remembering good times. A scowl carved his face, and he refused to look at the one that presented himself to him after so long (and after their last encounter). Shadowfang was a stubborn man, that was for sure. Stubborn for not looking at Patcheye, stubborn for not leaving when the wind and water called his restless soul, and stubborn for not swallowing his pride and jealousy and simply joining the clan that stole the other pirate from him. At last, gruff words parted dry lips, "What are yer doin' 'ere?" It was not at all what Shadowfang wanted to say. Innerly, vengeful sarcasm bit at his heart, threatening release from his throat. But he couldn't bear the thought of sending Patch away again with his temperament.

(Well, I guess I'll write a new one.)
The nearly tail-less, depressed ghost that was Whitedeer was lingering again at the frozen cliff-side of camp. She had hovered near the fresh-kill pile for a few moments, but she simply could not bring herself to eat. Every single day she had to wake up and see them together. Every single day she was reminded of her failures, not just in love.

Moving on with her search, she finally spots Whitedeer. "Whitedeer!" she calls, her voice muffled by the travelling herbs in her mouth. She pads over to the she-cat, her eyes alight with happiness. She sets the herbs down, and smiles at her. "I've finally found you! I was wondering if you wanted to come with me on a mission."

Sad eyes barely looked up at the deputy (now former, unbeknownst to her). She blinked in her general direction before staring at the pungent herbs. 'Traveling herbs..?' Well, they at least made sense after she spoke. A mission sounded important, dire. Especially if it was at the very beginning of New-Leaf. Whitedeer gave a forlorn glance towards her father's den. Did he not learn his lesson from the last time he sent someone out when it wasn't very warm? What was worse was that she had no soul power to help her if she left with Honeysong. There were both pros and cons however. Though she was quite depressed and negative because of it, the hero locked inside of her couldn't help but leap at yet another chance to prove herself. If she completed this mission with Honeysong, she would also not have to see them all happy and loving every single day. "A mission...? What is the mission? How long will we be gone?"

"We're going to go search for other clans of cats to see if they might be able to help us. we can't leave everything to Dawnflame. She looks so tired... So a fully fledged medicine cat might help. I don't know how long we'll be gone, but it might be for some time." Honeysong meows. "...I know your soul colour has turned black, and I can tell you're miserable here...so will you consider coming with me?"

Whitedeer looked down at her feet. They were cold, muddy, and unkept. She had lazily cleaned the rest of her pelt but depression made her neglect her paws and tail. She already looked like she had been traveling. Her gaze then swept around the camp. Honeysong was unfortunately right. There was nothing for her here. A sigh built itself up in her lungs before she finally gave her answer. "Alright. I'll go with you." Her eyes then squeezed shut. "But I have to say goodbye to someone first..."
(Where is everyone? :/)

Braveleaf turned towards his apprentice as soon as they were a decent distance from camp. His gaze flickered Skullpaw then down to his injured foot for a moment before focusing on his face. "Alright, now, I know we have already run you through most of the basics and you have been practicing with Pepperpaw. You have done well for the time you have had and, while I think you should continuing practice as a warrior to catch up, I believe you should be ready to have your ceremony any day now." The older tom paused for a moment and thought about how he should truly test if Skullpaw was ready. He did master the basics pretty well but his stamina for using his powers was pretty low.
"The last test I want to give you is this." Braveleaf told Skullpaw as he glanced over his shoulder at the stretch of land from one hill to one a distance away. "I want you to meditate and leave your body. Then, when I start to run, I want you to slip into my body and give me a speed boost to that far hill and back. You have to keep it up the whole time, alright?"
--
"Im not going to lie, it can be a bit taxing sometimes. Maplepaw has given me quite a bit of stress." Bluedusk chuckled with a shake of her head at the thought of her young apprentice. She was coming along quite well and Bluedusk couldn't help but be proud of her first apprentice. "But its so rewarding to see them master a new battle move or catch a squirrel for the first time. " The blue-gray warrior turned to her clan mate with a sheepish smile. "I honestly couldn't ask for anything better! Right, Briarwind?" she mewed teasingly with a look back towards the other warrior. She could see Pepperpaw making faces at her sentimental speech but she would understand one day when she too mentored a young apprentice.
--
"Well, I cant speak for Ruby but I was out fishing." the hairless she-cat boasted with a grin, resting her small paw on her icy meal. It wouldn't be the most pleasant thing she had eaten lately but it would hold her over until she could find something else. With the snow starting to melt, she couldn't wait for other prey to start poking their noses about. She was desperately craving a mouse.
"What about you two? This grass isn't the coziest place for a nap." Which was true. While it provided good cover, it didn't protect from the wind and it was frosty and brittle from the cold. They should have found a nice boulder crevice like she did. It was a wonderfully warm den once she packed it with feathers and other such things. It reminded her of home. [/sub]

Honeysong sets the herbs down. "Eat the herbs first," she meows, splitting them. She gives Whitedeer a little more though, seeing as the she-cat looked worse off than she did. "It'll be fun to get out and about. I'm so glad you decided to come." She had to go tell Rabbitstar that Whitedeer was leaving with her. "I'll see you at the entrance of the camp when you're done."

Right. The aromatic herbs before her were not calling her name. She was in no hurry to eat them. Perhaps she almost thought she'd get out of it if she left first, although that was not a thought on he surface of her mind. Whitedeer lapped them up while hoping they gave her the strength and will to talk to Reedheart also. With a painful swallow, she began to look for the former soul-mate. She wouldn't even say goodbye to her father. He knew she was leaving with Honeysong, and where was he? The only one that mattered right now was Reedheart, and she damn well hoped Bluedusk wasn't with him right now.

Honeysong heads straight for Rabbitstar's den once more. "Rabbitstar!" she calls out gently. She didn't know what he'd say to her taking his daughter with her, but it was Dawnflame who suggested Whitedeer, and she agrees to it, since Whitedeer seems to be too depressed. Let's just hope Rabbitstar agrees.

Announcement:
Unfortunately, TempestClan is closing upon agreement between the admins of the clan and I. Due to too much inactivity (including my own) and lack of interest. However, Fog has made a clan and would love if those here that might be lingering would check it out. AstralClan Also, I plan on having Whitedeer in-character actually go to SweetClan and probably join it with Honeysong, if Pearl is willing to have that happen.
