Dawnchaser tensed up the moment another cat entered the conversation.He kneaded the ground relentlessly trying to remain patient.First the kits and now another tom Swiftdawn must've gotten busy he thought to himself.

Her tail lashed angrily behind her, feeling almost betrayed by the cat. "Why is Swiftdawn here?" She asked, motioning for Dawnchaser to step beside her, just in case.

Dawnchaser padded forward at his leader's request."Apparently you're having a family reunion" he muttered to himself.He shuffled his paws nervously as he gave the explanation, "This tom here Shortwhisker claims you are his uncle and Swiftdawn has had kits with him.Evidently Swiftdawn has broken the warrior code in many ways all due to this mysterious tom".Dawnchaser casted a glare at Shortwhisker finding it hard to trust this tom.

Snowfall nodded at Dawnchaser's explanation. "Yes. She broke our code and I don't think she should be welcomed back unpunished, or even be allowed back into the clan at all." She said, growling lowly at Shortwhisker.

(Alright I'm a little confused on the form Frosty, how did you want to do the kits rping? Sorry for dumb questions ^_^")
Emberclaw sat a little ways from the leader, eyeing the new tom in suspicion. How could this happen within the clan? Swiftdawn had a seemingly a whole nother life outside the clan. Here she shows up with a mate and kits, after having threatened another member and trying to leave the clan? Starclan knows whats happening to this clan.
Breezecloud sat outside the medicine den, her head swirling with confusion. Who was this new tom? Why was there kits suddenly in the clan? She had been in the den well throughout the night working on her training, how could she have missed so much?
Spottedbark watched as the drama unfolded in the clan. so many questions and so many needed answers.

She turned around in disbelief, heading towards the fresh-kill pile in utter silence. It was almost moonhigh, and obviously, it was pretty late. She took a mouse from the pile, eating by herself, ears twitching at the commotion. Snowfall was upset with the whole ordeal, but she knew she had no power over what happened.

Breezecloud padded over the deputy keeping a glance on the newcomers. "Emberclaw what is going on?" The she-cat meowed just loud enough for the two to hear. The ginger tom looked at his friend with slightly confused eyes, "From what I'm understanding, Swiftdawn tried to leave the clan, but a patrol followed finding her in the abandon barn. There they also found this new tom and apparently Swiftdawn had 4 kits." Breezecloud looked at the tom shocked, "You mean to say the clan went the whole time of her pregnancy not knowing she was expecting.. Great Starclan we should have got a medicine cat sooner.." She looked over at the kits, worried that something could be wrong. Emberclaw leaned his head against the smaller she-cat's, giving the space between her ears a quick lick, "You worry too much about others, I'm sure they are fine."

She glanced at the two, sighing and trotting over as soon as she finished her share of food. "I can't believe no one knew. Or that she'd decide to actually leave for someone outside of the clan." Her tail lashed in annoyance and frustration, she usually didn't act up like this, but she almost felt a burning hatred for the Swiftdawn. How could she leave their clan? Especially for another tom? And have kits with him? Part of her didn't want to believe it, but she knew what was laying right before her eyes was most likely the truth. "I really hope Sagestar issues some kind of... punishment for that."

Emberclaw nodded at the white she-cat, "It's just immoral for a warrior to do such a thing. Though I feel the factor of Shortwhisker claiming to be Sagestar's nephew will play in to what Sagestar may have to say. The whole clan has to be feeling a sense of betrayal right now."
Breezecloud looked between the two unsure of what to say. She understood the warrior code and the laws it enforces, but should a cat really take them all to heart? They were made back when things where different, when the first leaders now forgotten to Starclan thought what was best for the clans.

She snorted, turning her head to look at the foreign tom, icy eyes dull and fixed on him a moment. "I hope his decision isn't biased. It'd say a lot 'bout him if he did let her back in with her mate. Unpunished, that is. She still broke the code." She then looked towards Emberclaw, eyes bouncing off him and onto the medicine cat, eyeing her before she sighed. "It's just upsetting, really."

Emberclaw nodded his head with a sigh, "Family can make a cat do weird things. I believe there should be a punishment, my mind is just so confused now that I couldn't decide on one if asked."
Breezecloud held Snowfall's gaze until she looked away. Her blue eyes came to rest on the kits that were between their parents, "Should we really punish a cat for finding love? I mean, she broke the code, I get that.. but she broke it for love. Those kits are a result of it, how can we set that example for them?"

"She had them with a tom that wasn't even part of the clan." She replied, "It's clearly stated, anyway, that it's kind of forbidden." Her tail tip twitched a little, unsure as to why the medicine cat would even think that way. To her, the code was something valuable and something every cat should do their best to follow. But Swiftdawn blatantly broke it. Snowfall's eyes then shifted onto Emberclaw. "I suppose it does... But I guess it's Sagestar's call."

Breezecloud's eyes narrowed as she tried to respect that other cats' have their own opinion. She tried to remind herself that not everyone say the loose holds some of the laws had. She sighed however as she realized she needs to take the code more serious now, being a medicine cat it was expected of her to uphold both the warrior code and the medicine cat code.
"If he comes to me to talk about it I will be sure to express the concerns of other. I'll remain as respectful as I'm expected to be, but I wont let the clans opinion go unspoken. This surly is a tough situation to be handling right now, especially when we have other things to be focused on." Emberclaw meowed as he sat down, feeling physically exhausted from all the commotion and worry going through the clan.

She lowered her head a little. "Yeah. Whatever happens, I guess. Not everyone's gonna be happy about it anyway." She meowed quietly, rising to her paws and glancing at the dark night sky. "I-I'm going to head to my nest. I'll see you in the morning, I suppose." She offered a friendly smile before trotting past him, towards the warrior's den. As usual, she neared the far back of the den, nudging and moving the moss in her nest until she felt like it was big enough to fit her form.

Emberclaw said his goodnights to the she-cat before turning to Breezecloud. He gave her a stern glare to which she just rolled her eyes. He knew she would be difficult to deal with once shes in this frame of mind. "I understand you want to voice your opinion on topics, but you need to be respectful when other give theirs too. Not everyone feels the way you do about things. I understand your personal ties when it comes to the warrior code and love. Your parents did what was right to them, but just as it was then it'll be the same reaction today. Just go back to your den and rest, you're less cranky when you get sleep." The brown she-cat nodded as her eyes suddenly felt heavy. The two cats nuzzled cheeks briefly then went their separate ways. Emberclaw padded into the den giving a quick glance at the white she-cat already in her nest. He gave a soft smirk as he tried to plan to wake up before her for once.

Snowfall had been exhausted from the previous days activities. All the hunting and patrolling throughout their vast territory depleted her energy greatly, and with the added concern of her clanmate, all she could dream of was sleeping in peace and quiet away from the commotion. Even as the sunlight managed to slip through the cracks in the den, hitting her white fur, she didn't budge, not even a little bit. The birds chirping outside didn't even bother her the slightest, as they usually would, most likely because she tended to be a light sleeper. But she wasn't today, at least. Her feather tail swished a little, which would typically signal that she'd be waking soon, but instead it moved to lay over her paws, which reached slightly to pull it closer to her petite frame.

Crouched behind the tall swaying grass, Emberclaw flexed his claws as his nose filled with the fresh delicious scent of rabbit. His back hip swayed just the slightest bit, his muscles taunt and ready to spring. Soon enough, the brown grey head of a rabbit popped out from its burrow. It took a few gentle steps outside, before relaxing to eat at a flower. Taking the chance, Emberclaw pounced, his claws getting closer to closing in on his prey. As he landed the rabbit gave a Suddenly the ginger tom was yanked out of his dream, a sharp kick in his side waking him. With a glare he looked over at Spottebark, the warrior sprawled out in his nest, his foot kicking the older tom in his side. Agitated at this being the third time, he chose now to be the time to get up. He did his morning stretches then glanced towards the back, surprised to see the white fur of his clanmate still in her nest.

She made a small, lazy noise, still stuck in her sleeping state, her paws stretching. She pulled her limbs back towards herself, still holding on to her tail, grateful for the subtle warmth her nest provided, despite already having thick fur to do that for her. The warmth of the rising sun outside would get to her eventually, which proved especially bothersome with her type of fur.

Thinking it be best to let her sleep after the day she had yesterday, Emberclaw padded out of the den into the rest morning. The light from the sun warmed his fur and made him feel relaxed and comfortable. He made his way over to the fresh-kill pile and picked out a plump vole. He sat down with it in his paws as his mouth began to water. He realized just then he hasn't remembered to eat properly in the past few days. Hungry, he begins to take slow gracious bites out of the dead animal.
