so glad heavy got it !!! with her new ambitious trait it really lined up well. and scarlet??? a kit?? his maybe? since Puddlekit is so little does hopbramble need to nurse him? I'm fine with that if that's the case. and poor little kit with heat exhaustion  I hope they recover. And shade being pregnant is crazy idk like they've been mates for a while but i just didn't expect it! hopbramble has a new denmate now, let's see how that goes. crowded nursery fr fr |

Gosh me too but I can't have two in Yew and two in Plum I would lose my mind-
Also what is with old people bringing in more kids? At least Scarletdrift only has one. I feel like Shade and Thrush will have another five together. Hoping I don't manifest that into existence

We now have an art thread!if yall want to have a story thread for like, longer bits that don't fit in the roleplay lmk and I can make a page for that. ^^ I might make one anyways just because I want to put some Frozenlaurel backstory bits and also maybe write some early scenes that never played out (like maybe the Bramblespots murder plot? because that never even got touched/commented on much since it happened so early in the timeline) Should we get perms etc for the story page in the story page or in here so that it doesn't get cluttered |

whispering I was thinking since Drizzle also has a pip with Hay this moon, they could be on patrol together when Drizzle scents the rogues, especially since they haven’t had an interaction in a while. What do you think?

The new moon is… wow o: so many good things happened! All the heat exhaustion though :-(. I wonder where Scarletdrift found Puddlekit.
I’m excited about Dapple & Heavy at the head of the clan! Seems like Heavy’s bloodline is strong too with Thrushfleck.
I do feel a bit better, so I’ll work on some starters & will try to cover for last moon somehow.

Oh man this is a HUGE moon! Way to go heavy! And also thrush kits aaaa?? so excited both Shade and Thrush are gorgeous cats they're gonna make some hella cute babies.
ALSO NEARSIGHTED PETAL? I was lowkey headcanoning in my mind that she might be the runt if not dawnkit for their similar skittish personalities- but I had no idea she'd end up nearsighted like that! My little baby girl... does have me considering her future options though, so also figured I'd ask- how would a mediator even work mechanically in this rp?

OMG!!! Thrushfleck and Shadepatch are HAVING KITS!!!! And Heavy became deputy!!! Yay!! I do not expect her to become Heavystar as she is getting old, but it’s nice to have someone experienced to be deputy! When Heavy retires or dies (STARCLAN FORBID IT!) I hope either my cat Mistleheart or her best friend, Slatefoot becomes deputy.
As you probably know in the ClanGen code, it favours older and more experienced cats to become deputy, with the auto-deputy toggle on as cats who are older and more experienced are more likely to do well as deputies.

Brightleaf walks up to Dappleswipe, offering a life for farsightedness, reminding her to always think of the future. She smiles and states the Clan will do well under Dappleswipe's leadership.
Dappleswipe holds her head high as Stemriver approaches. Stemriver looks mildly amused--or is that annoyance? The starry tomcat offers Dappleswipe a life for humility, saying that she could definitely use it. Dappleswipe scoffs at the implication.
Frostfleck gives Dappleswipe a life for sympathy. This one hurts, and Dappleswipe grits her teeth as the life rushes into her.
Bramblespots pads forward, her eyes hard. She gives Dappleswipe a life for love, reminding her that it's easy to forget to love when things get tough, and to always keep her love for her Clanmates close.
Deerleap offers Dappleswipe a life for mercy. He smiles and says she already knows this, but a reminder can never hurt.
Beesong dips her head in greeting. Energy surges through Dappleswipe's pelt as she receives a life for courage. Beesong reassures Dappleswipe that it's almost done.
It's Bubblingstar's turn. He touches his nose to Dappleswipe's head, and a last life passes through their connection. This one is for hope, he says. Dapplestar's name rings over StarClan as she is granted guardianship of YewClan.
