(So, looking at Pinenoses' wiki, she has four kits, three toms and a she-cat, which is going to stay the same, but obviously they'll look different if Spiderleg is their father. So here's what I was thinking for those kits. Crowkit; black she-kit with amber eyes, Ravenkit: black tom with green eyes, Tigerkit; dark brown tabby tom with long legs and green eyes, and Flamekit; a slightly dark furred tabby tom with amber eyes. Flamekit was based of Foxleap, Spiderleg's brother.)

Yep) Amberpaw's mind whirled. Was she really going to die now, to a random stranger? She always thought she would die defending her Clan. She survived the plague, so she might as well go out with a bang. But being pinned by a mangy rogue with relative ease certainly wasn't the way she had wanted to go out. She began feeling her vision fade away. Much to her surprise, however, the pressure on her throat lifted - and she immediately rolled away, taking one of the deepest breaths she had ever taken in her life. Her head snapped up, emotions brewing through her as she saw Spiderleg pin the rogue. Once again she found her limbs frozen. Amberpaw refused to blink. She stumbled once the rogue fled into the darkness. Her instincts were fading, and exhaustion was taking over. She could feel a faint trickle of blood running down her throat, but it wasn't anything too serious. "I'm fine," she choked out, ears flattened. Not knowing what else to do, she immediately pressed herself to Spiderleg. She felt more disappointed than scared, honestly - how come she didn't notice the rouge earlier? Now she had almost gotten both of them killed. Shameful! Amberpaw wouldn't be a warrior in this state. She wavered, her paws struggling to keep her standing. Spiderleg wrapped his tail comfortingly around her shoulders. "As long as you're okay." He tasted the air, searching for any sign that the rogue had returned. "You're fine. That rogue is gone now, and I doubt they'll return. Now, let's get back to camp so that we can have Willowshine treat our injuries and inform the rest of the Clan about what happened. We'll have to be extra careful to keep this border marked for the next few days." He pulled away from Amberpaw and started walking back in the direction of the camp. He could tell the experience had shaken the young cat, which wasn't surprising. She was still only an apprentice, and yet she'd gone through so much already. Being attacked like that must have brought back memories of the Dark Forest battle. She had of course only been a kit, but her ears and eyes were open. She could clearly see for herself the death and destruction all around her. If ever she did recover from it, it would take her a while. Fortunately, however, Spiderleg had been with her when she'd been attacked. If she had been alone, she would have surely been ripped to shreds. However, she had been with him, and she was alive because of it. He decided then that he'd require all of the apprentices to be with a warrior whenever they left the camp, just until the Clan was sure that the rogue - and whoever he might live with - were no longer a threat. In no time, they were back at the camp. As soon as they arrived, Spiderleg turned to face Amberpaw. "Go and see Willowshine," he ordered. "I'll inform the Clan of what has happened."

(Just a little update, next Wednesday (Sept. 7) I will be starting school, and I will be there from 8:00 AM till 2:00 PM, and I won't be able to Rp during this time because I won't be able to bring my phone or IPad.)
(Also, @lana do you mind if I give Weaselfur a bit of an update? Mostly his back story and stuff.)
Pinenose was standing next to Weaselfur, something she wasn't too thrilled about, keeping the night watch. Since Badgerclan camp was in a clearing, anyone could really waltz into camp unhindered, something that very much bothered the black she-cat. She eyed the edge of the clearing,'Maybe we can plant some thorns or brambles there.' She thought idly, she didn't like being so...exposed. It made her feel like everyone was watching her and it made her fur stand on end. Weaselfur didn't seem to mind to much, and had added no commentary about adding a thorn barrier around the clearing edge, but he probably liked it, being an ex-Windclan cat by birth.
She was about to reply to him with something snarky and clan related when the words died in here throat when Spiderleg and Amberpaw returned from their patrol, looking very worse for wear. Weaselfur made a startled noise beside her and stood up,"What in the name of Starclan happened to you two?" He demanded, bounding over to Amberpaw and looking over her worriedly before looking at Spiderleg for an answer. Pinenose, however, seemed glued to the spot, and didn't look like she was going to move anytime soon, her gaze locked on Spiderleg. He seemed to have taken the brunt of the attack, most likely to save Amberpaw, who was bleeding a bit around her throat and looking a bit rattled. She suddenly came back herself with a deep breath, the only thought really connecting in her head was 'I could've lost him too' on repeat. She suddenly felt a bit like a kit again, she blinked again and realized with a quiet calm, that was rather unlike Pinenose, what that meant to feel that way. 'I like Spiderleg' She thought, and repeated it a couple times as if that would make a difference, 'I like Spiderleg'.

After he'd finished weaving a couple brambles into the wall, Owlclaw glanced upward at the sky nonchalantly to check what time it was. Upon looking up, his mouth dropped open in shock. I could've sworn a whole day had passed by now. But the sun's mocking presence overhead said otherwise: the day was still, still not. over. yet. My pawpads would like to make a complaint, Owlclaw thought resentfully, flexing a paw in attempt to alleviate of some of its soreness. I've probably got enough scratches to pass off as a rogue!
He narrowed his eyes briefly at the reappearance of Scorchfur from the medicine cat den, tracking the other tom's progress intently until—yes, yes, yes!—Scorchfur had made it past the wall and entered the warriors' den without touching so much as a single bramble along the way. That's one cat down, two more to go.
Energized by the surrender of one competitor, Owlclaw dove back into his work with renewed enthusiasm – that is, until he got scratched again. As he passed his tongue over the fresh wound, he glared heatedly at his latest thorny foe. Stupid brambles. Why can't they just injure intruders, not the cats putting it up for protection?
He could barely contain his excitement when Spiderleg got up and left, followed soon after by Weaselfur. If he was being honest with himself (which he wasn't), Owlclaw would have admitted that he'd probably done the least work out of all the toms, mainly due to his preoccupation with stopping his work every time someone left in order to tick them off of his mental checklist.
But Owlclaw ignored this self-proclaimed "minor technicality" in favor of savoring the unparalleled sweetness of victory. He'd really done it! As of right now, he was the last cat to still be working on the wall: in other words, he'd won!
Owlclaw's internal celebration was interrupted by sentries' respective noises of shock as Amberpaw and Spiderleg returned to camp. Unbeknownst to him, it seemed that the day had given way to night some time before. Blinking back a sudden onslaught of drowsiness, Owlclaw squinted at the figures of the cats across camp, straining to make out what they were saying. Has something happened?

Amberpaw shook, willing her paws to take her back to camp. She was obviously frightened by what had happened. Her fur was puffed out, her limbs shook, though she wasn't sure if it was from exhaustion or fright, and her eyes were wide like moons. "O-okay," she stuttered, the words sounding strangled as they came out. Despite her current position, she made the effort to keep up with Spiderleg, just in case the scoundrel rogue decided to come back for more. She felt uncomfortable at the attention they had gathered. The moment they had returned to camp, everyone's eyes were on the two. She didn't have time to tell every cat and their mother what had happened! "All right." she said in response to Spiderleg's word, relieved that he had control of the situation and that she could quickly get out of it. She gave him a worried glance, checking to see if he had any injuries of his own before making her way to Willowshine's den. "Willowshine?" she called weakly, her voice hoarse. She didn't want to strain it with her neck wound.
Leaftail had been fretting over where Hootpaw was when Amberpaw and Spiderleg arrived, looking rather battered. Did the Dark Forest come back? he wondered for a moment, staying where he was as the rest of the Clan approached the two. Worry nibbled at him as he thought of his apprentice. If something happened at the border, what about all the other cats outside? He gave a quick rundown of the camp - Poppyfrost and Hootpaw were notably missing...

( Thrushmoon That's fine with me) Spiderleg looked around the BadgerClan camp for a suitable place to address the Clan from. He spotted a low-hanging branch that extended over the medicine den, and decided it was a suitable place to address. He darted through the crowd, scrambling up the tree and coming to a halt on the branch. As he did so, he couldn't help but come to the realization that he was acting just like a Clan leader. Making decisions, throwing orders around, addressing the Clan... Still, the Clan needed a leader, and he was more than willing to step up. "Cats of BadgerClan," he began. "I have some bothersome news to report. While out assessing Amberpaw on her border patrolling skills, we were ambushed and attacked by a rogue. We fought and successfully repelled this rogue, but unfortunately I cannot guarantee that he will not make a return. There is also the chance that this rogue is part of a larger group, and may end up bringing more cats here to seek vengeance upon us. Therefore, I believe it is in the best interest of the Clan if I implement some temporary rules. "First and foremost, all patrols from this point on until I say otherwise may have no fewer than three warriors on them. That way, if an ambush happens, a patrol is at least somewhat adequately stocked to deal with it. Secondly, no apprentice is to leave the camp without at least one warrior to accompany them. I know the three of you are groaning inside, but this is for your own safety. A lone apprentice caught by even one larger rogue is in danger. "Third, elders and queens may also not leave the camp without a warrior to protect them. This is especially important because of the fact that we currently have only one queen to speak of. We cannot lose her or put her in danger, as you all will agree. Fourth, when her kits are born, they will not be permitted to leave the camp at all. Fifth, there will now be two cats guarding the camp entrance at all times instead of just one. And finally, there will be a new predawn patrol sent out every day to check and re-mark the northern border. Do we all understand this?" Kinkfur listened to her Clanmate's speech with open ears. She had to admit, suddenly needing a warrior beside her when she left camp wasn't fair in her eyes. She could still defend herself; she didn't need some warrior to help her. Plus, how was she supposed to get her alone time? She most certainly couldn't relax out in the forest with another warrior chattering his head off. She kept her mouth closed, however, respecting Spiderleg's decisions. He wasn't trying to be mean, after all. Just helpful.... Even if it wasn't welcome. Typical ThunderClan.

☂ Willowshine gave a simple nod to the retreating tom. Glancing over her storage, she continued to stare at the plants. Almost mesmerized, she slowly took one out at a time, of each type, studying it, and going over it in her mind. The scents of the forest had become so familiar to her. However, she still felt a longing to be back at her river home. A foolish hope rose in her chest; that all the happenings were just a bad dream. She had even expected at some point that she would find herself back in camp, blinking the sleep out of her eyes. The soothing voice of Mothwing would awaken her, along with the cat's warm paws rubbing her to rouse her from dozing. And every time, she banished this hope, burying it deep in her heart. If she didn't think about it, didn't talk about it, the feelings would pass. A slight bitterness rose in her chest at the thought that she couldn't even communicate with her mentor. Mothwing wouldn't have gone to StarClan. No, she would be... where? Lost in an endless dream, never to awaken, never able to speak again? The thought frightened Willowshine. Instead, the tabby forced herself to slow her fast breathing and thumping heart, instead trying to find a place for Mothwing.
Maybe unbelieving cats go to some sort of... void. Maybe they were able to see their old territory, and live happily with other unbelieving cats? Frowning, the dark grey tabby simply shook her head. The only other unbelieving cat she knew of was Cloudtail... and she was almost certain that he and Mothwing didn't know each other that well; maybe not at all... which meant her mentor was alone. Sadness crept up into Willowshine's thoughts, but she quickly buried it again. No point in mourning a cat dead for that long. Her mentor was hardy, and willing, and brave. She would be fine on her own.
The sudden, small voice in the outside world. "Amberpaw?" she meowed gently. The she-cat sounded hurt. Quickly raising up and giving herself a small shake, she stepped out of the roots and caught the eye of the pale she-cat. Blood was beginning to cake onto her ginger fur, and her eyes were wide with fright. "What happened?" she meowed softly, noticing Spiderleg beginning to address the clan. He was near her den, his black fur catching the light, giving him a shiny appearance. A few notable scratches were on him, but nothing to serious. Good. She would have to remind him after his speech to see her for treatment. Her gaze returned to Amberpaw, and she took a look at the wound on her throat. "Alright," she meowed, now able to see the extent of the damage. "Come into my den. I'll give you some herbs for that." She put a tail around the she-cat's shoulders and guided her inside, noting the look on her face. She had experienced so much loss in her young life. StarClan knows she didn't need anything more to add to the mix. "Go ahead and lay down, rest a bit," she said gently, guiding her to a nest. Heading over to her herb storage, she began to gather the things she would need to help the she-cat's wound and shock.

Frozen Paw Prince ♛ Thrushmoon @aromatisse @battlingfear I compiled a list of each cat's mate and kits (if any) based off of data on the WW. I thought it would be a helpful reference in regards to planning for a cat's eventual mate and/or kits. Now, I'm not saying that every cat needs a mate and kits, nor am I saying it needs to happen now. This is simply a planning reference. Spiderleg - Ex-mate: Daisy, Kits: Toadstep and Rosepetal Mousewhisker - No mate, no kits Poppyfrost - Mate: Berrynose, Kits: Cherryfall and Molewhisker Cherryfall - No mate, no kits Owlclaw - No mate, no kits Scorchfur - Mate: Snowbird, Kits: Three unnamed kits born in BrS. His named kits, Berryheart, Beepaw, Cloverfoot, Rippletail, and Yarrowpaw, did not appear until TAQ. Therefore, if he ends up having kits, the five aforementioned ones should be the basis of the litter he has. Pinenose - No mate or kits prior to BrS; set to have kits with Spiderleg Harespring - No mate, no kits Weaselfur - No mate, no kits Leaftail - No mate, no kits Crouchfoot - No mate, no kits Duskfur - Mate: Unknown, Kits: Curlfeather and Podlight Lakeheart - Had four kits in TAQ, which should be the basis of any kits she has in this RP. Amberpaw - As a warrior, no kits or mate Spikepaw - As a warrior in TAQ, took Pinenose as a mate and had four kits, Lionkit, Birchkit, Slatekit, and Puddlekit. Hootpaw - As a warrior, no mate or kits I'm open to discussion about any of my characters and their possible romantic interactions with yours)

(Okay, I'll work on that a bit later, then)
Petalfur had poked her head out of the Nursery when all the commotion had started, curious to what could have exicted the clan so late at night. As she listened to Spiderleg's speech, however, she felt fear seize her belly, Rouges? Haven't they dealt with enough? Was a few moons of peace to much to ask after what had happened all of them? She forced herself to relax, settling down back in her nest. She just had to have hope that Spiderleg and the others would be able to handle a rouge or two, and that they'd be okay.
Pinenose stood up, taking a step closer Spiderleg and the front of the crowd,"I think we should also try to make the camp more secure, then." She said, and waved her tail at the edges of the clearing,"It's all open, I think we should start making a thorn barrier, or at the very least something so we aren't so wide open, and make it harder for the rouges, if they do come back, to find a way inside." She paused,"It's also something the apprentices could work on as well while they are in camp."

Spiderleg looked down at her from his branch. "I was just about to suggest that myself." Addressing the whole Clan, he added, "First thing tomorrow construction on the walls around the apprentice's den will continue. We mustn't abandon Scorchfur's idea. It will be of great help to us, both in leaf-bare and if these rogues should attack our camp. After we finish that project, we will begin constructing walls around the camp. It will be long, hard, and will require many materials, but I am confident that we can do it. We have survived tougher things; I see this as only StarClan's way of testing BadgerClan's strength. If we can pull through this challenge without losing our minds and fighting amongst each other like the enemies we once were, then we can overcome anything. BadgerClan is strong. Now is the time to prove it."
He jumped off of the branch then, silently dismissing the Clan. He considered going to see Willowshine, but she was probably busy. Besides, his wounds weren't that deep. They'd crust over with blood, and that would hopefully help keep them sealed from infection. Plus, he hated getting wounds treated. Although he'd never admit it, he had a lifelong fear of the medicine den. He was not sure why, but he felt panicky whenever he was in there. He hated the feeling of poultice sticking to his fur. He hated the smell of all the herbs and how dizzy it made him. He hated every part of it.
And, as such, he would not be visiting the medicine den. Easy solution.
He approached Pinenose, trying his best to erase any signs of concern from his face. It was best for his Clanmates not to worry. They needed to stay strong and fearless, especially if a rogue attack happened. He could have no cat having a panic attack.
"Would you mind taking out the predawn patrol in the morning? You can have Leaftail, Weaselfur, and Owlclaw for it."

So Amberpaw's gonna fall for Spiderleg when she's a warrior, I think. When will she be made one?)
Amberpaw stumbled into Willowshine's den with a tired huff, wincing at her throat wound as she settled into a nest. Man, it really stung. She hoped the medicine cat would be quick to make a poultice for her - she sometimes tended to zone out. She pricked her ears, straining to hear what was going on outside, but couldn't hear much. Whatever it was, she supposed it was important, seeing as all of the Warriors were now listening to Spiderleg. Taking over, as usual - but she felt no malice; rather, she felt slight admiration for her mentor. She laid her paws on her head, drowning out the pain in her throat as she waited.
Leaftail listened to Spiderleg's words, pelt pricking a bit over the fact that he was giving orders. Even though every cat was in the same Clan now, he couldn't shake Onestar's words out of his mind - calling all ThunderClan cats weak kittypets. He remembered the ambush against them, when he was perhaps a kit or young apprentice, where WindClan had launched a raid on the in the dead of night. Back then, Leaftail agreed that ThunderClan was rather involved with the other Clans, and he supposed he could see Onestar's view.
The sun had disappeared then.
He could only hope it wouldn't disappear again. The event was something the Clan cats never figured out. Some said it was a sign from StarClan, others thought it was the end of everything. And yet while it vanished, it came back - much like the new BadgerClan. If the sun can come back, he supposed, so could the Clans.
Leaftail curled his tail around his paws, waiting for instructions.

(Updated WF info ^^)
Weaselfur- A lithe ginger tom with light tabby striping and large white paws, his fur is short, but glossy. As an apprentice, Weaselfur belonged to Windclan, and was bold and somewhat arrogant. However once the plague started and Weaselfur started losing friends left and right, the young apprentice was scared out of his mind and did something that will dog his mind for the rest of his life, he fled to Riverclan. He doesn't regret his choice however, as now he can help feed his new clanmates in more than just one way, however he still is sometimes at odds with surviving ex-Windclan cats, even in this new life. He is a bit quiet now, and contemplative, which is wildly different to who he was before. He will protect his new clan fiercely, and actually prefers to stay and work around camp, as there is plenty work to do, and his hunting skills are practically useless in the forest, anyways. He gets lost in his head sometimes, remembering and wondering. He forces himself to have hope for this new clan, and that it will stick. Third times the charm after all.

( @aromatisse: No problem! Just take your time ~ nwn ) Owlclaw’s eyes narrowed as he watched Spiderleg scramble up onto a branch and begin addressing Owlclaw and the other cats gathered outside. As a former member of ShadowClan, the significance of the podium’s usage was especially not lost on Owlclaw; after all, Blackstar had sat upon a very similar branch when he’d made clan-wide announcements in the past. It seemed that Spiderleg was setting himself up as BadgerClan’s leader. Owlclaw felt his old ShadowClan prejudices rekindle themselves at the epiphany, unaware that Kinkfur was currently following a similar train of thought. Of course it would be a ThunderClan cat who’d be the first to try to step up and take command of the others. Well, at least it’s not Poppyfrost, Owlclaw reflected . He definitely wasn’t looking forward to the late-night sentry shifts and agonizingly early border patrols that Spiderleg had just proposed, but it was still far better than what life would probably be like under the aggressively optimistic tortoiseshell she-cat’s command. Where was Poppyfrost, anyway? Owlclaw scanned the camp half-heartedly for said she-cat before he turned his attention back to what Spiderleg was saying, his search having proven fruitless. A rogue, huh? That explained why Spiderleg and Amberpaw had been a state of such disarray upon returning to camp. Spiderleg ended by asking whether they all understood what he’d just said. “Got it,” Owlclaw said without much thought. Then he blinked. Wait, why was he diligently responding to Spiderleg’s questions like the tom was their official leader already? The thought brought a faint scowl to Owlclaw’s face. When Pinenose made her suggestion, Owlclaw groaned – not very loudly, but out loud nevertheless. They were going to build even more walls? He guessed that meant he’d have to say goodbye to the possibility of ever having unscratched pawpads in the near future. Owlclaw did perk up a little at Pinenose’s idea of making the apprentices contribute to the project. Any suggestion that would take some work off his paws was certainly a welcome one. “Yeah, I second that,” he meowed hastily. ( I’ll edit this post as needed / post again when Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ’s post is complete. c': )

Now is the time to prove it." He jumped off of the branch then, silently dismissing the Clan. You can have Leaftail, Weaselfur, and Owlclaw for it." Pinenose turned her gaze away from Owlclaw, she had heard his little comment and spent a good time glaring at him for it, and settling it on Spiderleg. She assessed him quietly for a moment, eyeing the blood on his fur with distaste before she met his gaze and responded,"Of course not. Do you want us to check the border you were attacked at?" She asked, voice hardening at the mere thought of the rouge who attacked Spiderleg and, of course, Amberpaw. She also hoped that it was only one rouge, as opposed to a group, that would be a little harder to deal with and they couldn't afford to lose cats when they needed every paw they could get. Pinenose shook that thought away though, she'd just have to claw the ears off that rouge herself, then. She took a step close and squinted at Spiderleg's wounds,"Not going to the medicine den?" She asked, the disapproval in her voice evident, they needed him in good health and he wasn't helping anyone if he was bleeding all over the place, and she doubted the other cats would enjoy being bled all over while they where trying to sleep.

( Should we have a rouge attack Pinenoses patrol? Or should they just find evidence of Rouge activity Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ ? We could have Petalfur's kits after a another rouge attack) (Also, using my 100th post to claim Harespring ) Harespring - a lithe white tom with brown spots and long legs. The former Windclan deputy and unofficial leader after Onestar died, Harespring was ambitious and proud, so much so that he even trained in the Dark Forest for a time. He became deputy when the current one passed on, ironically the first Windclan cat to die from the plague. Like so many other cats, the plague wrecked his confidence and because of losing so many cats when was chosen as their future leader was the final straw in creating the dismal warrior you see today. He's isolated, and also a bit reckless, throwing himself into situations stacked against him like a foolhardy apprentice. He has a tumble of emotions he doesn't know how to deal with and this only increases his chances of doing something that's going to get him into trouble.

Owlclaw tried not to flinch when Pinenose pinned her baleful glare on him, instead attempting to glare back at her as best he could. What, he wasn't allowed to express his opinion? He'd censored himself enough already today; he thought he deserved to talk freely at least this once. Owlclaw didn't get why Pinenose was so irritated with him; it wasn't like he'd shot down her idea completely. He'd even backed her up – at least when it came to the suggestion that they recruit apprentices to do some of the labor, that was. Do I want to volunteer to get scratched a million more times? No, thank you.
Luckily, he didn't have to endure her hostile stare for long. Spiderleg had hopped off the branch (presumably signaling the end of the meeting) and had gone over to speak with Pinenose, prompting the black she-cat to direct her murderous gaze somewhere else – though she didn't seem to be glaring anymore, Owlclaw noted sullenly. Whatever. In any case, Pinenose appeared to be fully occupied with her conversation with Spiderleg at the moment, meaning that Owlclaw could now think properly, without fear of being caught unawares and having his face clawed off by an angry Pinenose. He'd count their (likely one-sided, if he was being honest with himself – which yet again, he wasn't) glaring match as a win on his part, too. Anyone who said he'd blinked had clearly not been paying attention.

Thrushmoon Let's hold off on another rogue attack for a bit) Spiderleg nodded. "Yes, obviously. Did you not hear me say that I wanted the predawn patrol to go to the northern border, where we were attacked?" His tail lashed with irritation at her ignorant comment. Had she not been listening at all? He was giving a very important speech! When the leader spoke, every cat was to listen. The leader. Was he really destined to be BadgerClan's leader? Back in ThunderClan, he'd never wanted to be leader. He just wanted to serve his Clan, and maybe one day retire peacefully into the elder's den. If he got deputy, that would be nice, but he'd never go out of his way to get it. But now.... Now he was falling into the position of BadgerClan's first new leader, perhaps a bit too naturally. It almost frightened him, how comfortable he'd been issuing orders and sitting up on that branch. BadgerClan did need a leader, that was for sure. Without one, they couldn't appoint apprentices and warriors and make important decisions. They needed a nine-lived, StarClan-blessed leader to guide them into an era of strength and prosperity. Was Spiderleg that cat? He was not sure. One thing was for sure, though- they needed to make a decision soon. BadgerClan could not enter leaf-bare without a leader to guide them and a deputy to support them. They had a medicine cat in Willowshine, but she needed a leader to confide in. The half-moon was approaching; perhaps then would be a good time for the chosen leader to go to the Moonpool and receive their nine lives. He was jolted back to reality as Pinenose asked him another question. He scoffed. "Why should I bother? I hate the medicine den, and the wounds aren't that deep anyway. They'll crust over and then they'll be fine. I don't need some medicine cat plastering junk on my face. No thank you."

Excuse me for making sure." She snarled with a lash of her tail. She huffed and forced herself to calm down and her fur to lie flat 'liking Spiderleg of all cats, I'm doomed' she sighed inwardly before responding to the toms 'reason', if it could be called that, for not going to the medicine cat den to see to his wounds. "At least let me check, then." She said with a huff and moved closer to him to look at his wounds, trying to ignore the way her pelt seemed to heat up at the closeness to him. During the plague, in lue of what to do to help her clanmates, she turned to helping the aging Littlecloud with trying to make her clanmates last days less awful. She knew what infection smelled like, though she'd be surprised if there wasn't a cat in Badgerclan that managed to avoid getting the smell of sickness and death seared into their minds. She leaned forward to prod the sticky bits on his pelt to see if he hissed before commenting about it,"Well when be sure to clean them after you wake up in the morning. The last thing you need is debris in a claw wound." She said, stepping away from him and fluffing up her pelt too avoid licking her chest in embarrassment. She turned towards the warriors den, tail held high as she passed Weaselfur and Owlclaw,"Come on you two, we have a patrol in the morning." She said, disappearing into the den with a swish of her tail. Weaselfur snorted,"Come on Owlclaw, the last thing we need is for you too see how long it takes for Pinenose to decide to wake you up by clawing your ears off." He said smoothing a mrrow of laughter. He nodded to Spiderleg before following the she-cats lead to get some sleep.

( Just as a heads-up, I might be a little poofy tomorrow & Monday because I'll be going on a 4 to 5-hour car trip without WiFi & then rushing to finish my AP Gov. Pol. summer assignment before school starts on Tuesday. ^_^ )
Indignantly, Owlclaw's fur fluffed up at what he perceived as Pinenose bossing him around without warrant. Oh, was she supposed to be their leader now? He opened his mouth to make a snappy retort, but the dark-furred she-cat had already brushed past him and the others on her way to the warriors' den. To his dismay, Pinenose seemed to have gotten the last word this time.
The light brown tom's fur fluffed up further at Weaselfur's comment, though this time the action was motivated by a completely different emotion: alarm. The thought that Pinenose might try to take advantage of his sleeping state to seek vengeance for his earlier—and utterly justified, Owlclaw might emphasize—complaints under the guise of "waking him up" hadn't crossed his mind, but the more and more he thought about it, the more and more the idea made sense to him. That Weaselfur had likely been speaking in jest was utterly lost on him.
He still wasn't quite over how Weaselfur and Kinkfur had snatched away his chance at a hunting victory earlier that day, but he was still grudgingly glad for the heads-up. Pinenose's conversation with Spiderleg had seemed surprisingly heated, and Owlclaw certainly didn't want to be the one she took her anger out on. "Good point," he mumbled. Following Weaselfur's example, Owlclaw inclined his head in a silent ghost of nod to Spiderleg before he too ducked inside the warriors' den.
Sleeping in today might have been a good thing after all, Owlclaw reflected; he didn't think he'd be able to sleep soundly with Pinenose simmering in anger a couple nests over. Time to try to get the furthest nest away from her as possible.

Instead of going to rest, Spiderleg decided to check on Amberpaw. His mind was still too jumbled from trying to discern whether or not he was meant to be BadgerClan's leader anyways. He padded over as she emerged from the medicine den, eyes wide. "What did she say?" he asked, his voice holding a tone of urgency.
Even though he would never admit it, Amberpaw was like a daughter to him. During the plague, as their individual families died around them, they'd both grown close. They'd spent a lot of time together while they'd been in quarantine, away from the sick cats. He'd continued teaching her to the best of his ability, making her work tirelessly to keep her strength up. When they couldn't go outside at all during the peak of the outbreak, he'd had her go to a corner of the quarantine den and practice her hunting crouch and as many moves as she could in a small space. He'd drag the other surviving ThunderClan cats over to help her practice by being her battle partner while he observed. He wanted her to stay strong. If she made it, he wanted her to be able to become a warrior.
And she had made it.
When Willowshine declared the plague defeated, he'd been overjoyed at the fact that Amberpaw was one of the survivors. All of his hard work hadn't been in vain. He could finally see his little apprentice become a strong, courageous warrior- perhaps the first warrior of BadgerClan. And that was why he was so protective of her. Because he didn't want all of his - and her - hard work to go to waste. He wasn't about to bury her, not at least before she was able to step up and take her warrior name. Not until she was able to swear that oath of loyalty to her new Clan.

Amberpaw stumbled out of Willowshine's den, limbs aching with soreness. She was said to be good to go, and here she was, wanting to sleep more than anything. She blinked as Spiderleg approached, surprised that he was here. "I'll be fine," she mewed quietly. "I just need rest, and I need to be careful of infections." she added, practically repeating the medicine cat's words. She wasn't too big into herbs.
She tilted her head at her mentor. "What about you? Aren't you going to get treated?" she asked, looking at the blood on his pelt. She was no medicine cat, as stated earlier, but she wasn't mousebrained. "If you leave that untreated, it'll get infected." she lectured, pushing past her mentor. "I need to get some rest. I'll see you later." She couldn't help but feel worried about Spiderleg. He seemed rather stressed.
Leaftail let out a sigh. Well, he thought to himself, Guess it's back to making dens again. What am I, an apprentice? He was almost tempted to find Hootpaw and make him do it instead, like he should. Darn ThunderClan cat, that Spiderleg. Arching his back in a stretch, he drew a paw over his face before padding away to find some twigs. May as well.

(Hello there! This sounds like everything that I want in a roleplay. The number one thing that I wish to continue striving and improving is character development. I will admit that I am a little nervous as canon cats I normally avoid because I am quite strict on myself about making sure they stay in-character. It sounds like however since these are minor characters, which some have little to no book time they are basically a free for all so I feel I can give this one a chance.
There is another thing I feel I should warn and that is I do not believe I have read between TAQ and BrS, but if spoilers were a major problem for me then I wouldn’t have even consider this. I am just warning you in the event that you would prefer having people that were updated between those time periods to claim these characters.
I feel the cats I mainly want is Spikepaw and Lakeheart. I am debating on whether or not Lakeheart should become a pregnant queen who is carrying four kits. The major problem is that the wiki does not state who the father is. So unless she mated with an outsider, her former mate dies from the plague (I am not sure who this could be), or one of the current cats alive becomes the father then I feel this will just cause an issue as she cannot make herself pregnant. So if that ends up becoming the case I am more than willing to have her be a warrior first and hopefully find love and become pregnant later on. If I decide that I just want one of these characters to focus on I will let you know ahead of time.
The last thing I will warn ahead of time is that I do have college so that will take some time. I feel I can still make time for this one which is why I am commenting. I will do my best to update you if something changes. I know what you said about the literacy, but if you would like to see a roleplay sample from me just let me know and I am more than happy to give one!)

There isn't anything between BrS and TAQ, at least chronologically, save for Dovewing's Silence. That however isn't really important, since nothing major really happened in that novella. So you're fine on that end. If you do need to know anything, the Warriors Wiki should be able to help you. And as for Lakeheart, it would be interesting for her to be expecting one of the plague victim's kits. It's only been five, almost six, days since the plague ended as of now, so it isn't far-fetched. It would be more interesting if the kits are the product of a forbidden relationship; perhaps with one of the Clan leaders because each time they lost a life to the plague they became healthy again, making it so it would take longer for them to die completely in the end. Out of all of the leaders, Onestar would be the one in my opinion to be the most likely to enter a forbidden relationship. The kits would be looked down upon not only for their forbidden roots, but because they were born out of a plague-created relationship, potentially making them cursed in some cats' eyes. Seeing the kits' struggle with that would be an interesting thing. But of course, it's all your choice)

(Okay noted! I love that plot! I think it would be interesting if it was Onestar was the father. For now, I think Lakeheart will try to protect her kits' dark secret so she makes up the fact that another Riverclanner is the father. Some could buy into it, but those that were close to that cat would find the story rather funny as it doesn't add up. The "father" could have either been close to Lakeheart, but not in that sense or they were not very close, but they did interact with each other to some degree. I am thinking about making Lakeheart not a very good liar so every time one of her investigators talks to her about her relationship about this tom it only causes more questions than answers to arise especially if Lakeheart decides to dodge the question in the hopes to change subject. Eventually something causes Lakeheart's lie to be found out and of course this causes outrage and for Lakeheart's reputation to be lowered.
Now this next one I am a bit unsure with this next one. It could lead to an interesting concept if it makes any sense at all. Here it is below.
At first maybe some of the cats wish to kick her out. After all if she was willing to betray the Warrior Code once what makes others think she won’t do it again? Maybe around this time she is soon going to give birth to her kits and maybe Lakeheart makes a deal with one or a few cats in order to stay. The condition is she is not allow to name her kits. As strange as this is this would hurt Lakeheart as one of the things a queen looks forward to is giving their kits a special name that identifies and welcomes them in this world. She already discussed several names with Onestar and she was planning to name them after the names they discuss. She was even thinking about naming one of her kits Onekit in secret to honor their father, but they would be referred to something else around her clan and the name her clanmates would know them as.
Now she has agreed to this condition she cannot. It is possible that out of angry the kits’ names are typically names that are consider punishment or insulting names. When the kits are born they enter a world of hostility and unacceptance. What do you think?)
