Lilypaw looked over to Minkpaw with small wonder. Silently she coaxed herself into approaching the other apprentice. There was no harm with.. saying at least hello, right? The apprentice told herself before setting off from the little spot in camp that she had been previously occupying. "H-hey! .. Minkpaw. How is, the- how are you?" The apprentice managed to utter out, her ear tips heating lightly at her already messed up greeting. She tried though, so there was a little merit. Or so she told herself.

Silverdawn looked over to Stonefleck with a hard expression before she padded over. "Standing there meekly won't have others join you." She muttered before looking around. Her amber eyes searching. A hunting patrol was due now, wasn't it? She thought silently. Even if she did prefer to work alone, she felt a bit bad to just leave the tom standing there. More or less, the clan needed to be fed by tonight. "A Hunting patrol is in order, anyone coming?" She called to no one in particular but her tone was firm. Normally she wouldn't care if no one came, but the more there were of warriors, the larger chance they had to bring back more prey.

Minkpaw gave a small chuckle. Lilypaw's struggle to socialize made her really cute, and it also gave Minkpaw some relief. "Doing well I suppose, how are you?", she replied with a tiny smile.

Lilypaw looked to the ground, shuffling her paws lightly. At the very least, Minkpaw hadn't criticized her for speaking a bit brokenly there. Her response made the small apprentice look back up to the other she-cat. "R-really? That's great." She replied with a timid expression though a shy smile came creeping up. "I'm doing fine..!"
Lightly, the she-cat's ear twitched at the voice of Silverdawn, causing the cream apprentice to look over. A hunting patrol? She thought carefully.
Thinking it probably the best, the apprentice looked back to the she-cat in front of her. "Sh-Should we go?" Lilypaw asked a bit uncertainly. The cream she-cat liked hunting seeing as it was a task that could be done without much worry but she didn't know if Minkpaw felt the same.

Silverdawn nodded her head, expectantly looking over to clan entrance. "Since it was your amazing idea, why don't you lead?" She suggested as she turned her head to look to the other warrior. It really didn't matter to her if the tom would lead or not. All she wanted to do was get out by this point.
Lilypaw trailed after Minkpaw, giving a soft nod at the voice of Stonefleck. Silently the small apprentice looked over to Minkpaw for a moment before turning her gaze to her paws. Minkpaw seemed to respond so confidently, why couldn't she do that?

Minkpaw skips happily along with the patrol, keeping her eyes peeled for signs of prey. Lifting her nose in the air, she catches the faint scent of some sort of rodent.

Lilypaw trotted after Minkpaw, her gaze fixated on the apprentice ahead of her. Deciding it best, the meek apprentice soon lifted her nose as well to scent. Her nose catching scents of stale prey, but also the scent of the earth beneath her. In a way, the forest surrounding her was calming. It always was a place she liked to venture in order to calm her nerves. "Wh-when should we split?" The little apprentice asked nervously with a soft tone.
Silverdawn gave a nod as she followed after the group, deciding to trail behind them all. She still did prefer being more segregated from the rest. And the best way to do that was laying back. Besides, she could at least keep an eye on the younger cats in the group.
Silently the warrior brought her amber gaze over to the pair in question, a softer expression taking over her face for a moment though it ceased quickly. "After that tree up there, I think it's fine to break it off." She replied to Lilypaw, giving a look to the others for confirmation.

Minkpaw nodded at Silverdawn, indicating that she heard. "Lilypaw?", she asked. "Would you like to hunt together?" She could smell prey a little ways off, and was itching to find it. She didn't want to go without Lilypaw though.

Silverdawn gives a soft nod from the agreement and once they met the tree, the silver she-cat took off in a direction. Not bothering to say farewell, or the time to meet back. She didn't need that. Working alone and only focusing on what she needed to do was always better for the rather independent warrior. Soon as she split, she scented the air again, an eager feeling striking her paws once she knew for sure she was on the track of a rabbit.
Lilypaw almost jumped by hearing her name being spoken, quickly she looked over to Minkpaw with a confused expression. "A-Are you sure..?" She responded hastily but she was surprised needless to say. Giving a small shake of her head, the she-cat's amber eyes looked up to meet Minkpaw's. "I-I mean ... if you'll... have me.." The apprentice receded, though she felt a small feeling of happiness. It wasn't often that she'd be asked to accompany someone with something normally so simple.
