Introduction
It was unlike anything you have ever witnessed before.
From the mainland, your paws twitch with anticipation. It is whispered along the brambles that cats really did live on that island, many of them, akin to the cats of the Clans you'd heard of in stories. Did they really exist? You've come across nothing but loners here, could it be true that Clan Cats live all the way out there, in a land untouched by Nofurs?
You can't explain it past your curiosity alone, but you feel so strongly compelled to make it from the mainland to the island. Just in your view is a decent area of land that has a shoreline in the perfect shape of a crescent. It's the closest area to the mainland, though it was definitely no easy swim. But, if you are as lucky as you hope to be, you will be able to make it across.
Nervously, you set paw in the water, weighing your options and thoroughly thinking if you should really go through with this. Do you really want to leave everything behind for something that might not even be true? You suppose you could always just turn around and go back, right?
As the water rises to your underbelly, your heart catches in your throat. Out on the shoreline of the cove, two cats slip down the steep decline, causing you to nearly freeze in place. You sink further into the water and slowly begin to tread until your paws can no longer touch the lake's floor. Despite the waves threatening to push you back to shore, you are determined to get over there..
Though the cats hard to make out, they sit on the edge of the shoreline and appear to be talking quietly together before dipping their noses into the lake and sitting there silently.
You're nearly there, if you could just make it...
It is then the cats lift their heads abruptly, eyes wide in shock. They exchange glances silently, as well as a small nod. A sleek, dark grey and black tabby she-cat with eyes like moonlight cautiously steps towards you, offering to help you onto the Island.
"Your swim to this Island is not for the weak of heart," She murmurs, "We have not had newcomers from the mainland in quite some time."
The other cat paces forwards as well, his tail flicking slightly. The muscular tabby tom with fur like fire and sun appears intimidating at first, but he only offers you a gentle smile. "Briarstar is right. That trip is not a quick nor easy one."
Admittedly, you were stunned to silence. The tom was right, it took a lot out of you, but you were so determined to get there it almost felt like it took no time at all. You step onto the sand carefully, shaking from the cold water. You give your pelt a strong shake and glance to the two cats, who seem to be surveying you.
"Truth be told, I must admit that I feel you coming here was no fluke." Briarstar curls her tail around her paws as she sits before you. "Tell me, you were drawn here, were you not?"
You give a meek nod, not so sure you understand where this is going.
Briarstar nods. "What do you think, Emberstar?"
He replies with a simple nod and a smirk. "I don't think it was an accident. Perhaps... this is the sign we've been waiting for. And perhaps maybe the chance you were seeking?" He nods in your direction in a lackadaisical manner. "You might consider sticking around for awhile, then?"
Your head is spinning, were these clan cats really about to welcome you into their territory?
"Of course, ultimately, you can only choose one clan to be in, and if you decide to stay, you may not return to the life you once had." Briarstar's voice is stern as she stares into your eyes. "The choice belongs to you. Will you come with me, to the forest of Moonclan, or with Emberstar, to the beaches of Sunclan?"
Your destiny awaits you.
Let the stars guide your actions.
Who will you choose to follow?

Rules
Hello, and thank you for taking a look at my thrown together little clan based off my summer home tbh. I hope you enjoy hanging around but before we get into the fun stuff, I would appreciate if you could take a look through the rest of the contents in this section as well as the following sections, starting with the rules. I know it looks like a lot to read through, but it'll go quick, I promise! They're really not crazy most of it is just me explaining and blabbering.
Roleplay Rules:
* No swearing unless it’s OOC. Y’know how the warriors world works. As hilarious as it would be to have cats cursin’, it’s not natural to their world. Warriors insults from the books are allowed of course, ie 'mousedung', 'foxbrain', etc.
* No cats can be a Queen if they are an Apprentice or younger.
* We all love kittens, of course we do, but try not to have too many unless you're positive you can keep track of them all.
* There is not a limit on cats, just make sure you can keep track of them.
* Please, no godmodding. This covers all the good stuff I'm sure y'all know about - no being invincible, controlling characters that aren't yours, doing crazy things you know you shouldn't do, no mun-muse omnipotence (in layman's terms - your character can't always know what you know.) all that good stuff. This also means NO PROPHECIES unless you consult me about it and I agree to it. Please check and see if we have a current prophecy first.
* No forcemating. I feel that's a no brainer.
* When writing fighting, birthing, etc, please attempt not to make it too graphic as this is a public forum, a fade-to-black is always welcome.
* Just to make it easier on everyone, if you have a position of 'power' in one clan, aka, Leader, Deputy, Medicine Cat, you cannot be any of those things in the opposite clan. Coinciding with that, you can't be a med-cat apprentice of the other clan either. Other than that, everything is free game! Right now however I am leader of two clans until I find a replacement. This will not be permanent.
* Please respect me as well as any other potential thread mods I assign to help me out if I do so in the future. We want to make this thread a fun thread but we do have rules, and I expect them to be followed. I can be lenient with warnings but if you press it I will unfortunately have to remove you.
* Leaders will ultimately choose Warrior's names, but you are allowed to make suggestions to me via private message if you'd like
* Cats are not able to go to the crystal alone. Similar to when the cats go to the Moonstone or Moonpool, it is usually only after they become leader, a medicine cat, become a warrior, etc. Y'all know how that works.
* As far as inactivity goes, if you disappear without letting me know for multiple weeks, your character will be deleted off the main page, but I am more than happy to keep their description saved in my drafts so if you are able to come back you don't have to type everything back up. I'm not that cruel!
* I ask that you at least be semi-literate. I don't expect people to write like twenty paragraphs, or anything crazy over the top detailed, but I do expect you to use proper capitalization, grammar, spelling, all the good stuff so we can properly go about roleplaying. And please, for the love of Starclan, no one liners, please.
* A little kindness never hurt anyone! Please be respectful of other members and keep this place a nice place for us to roleplay and enjoy ourselves, and make new friends!

Territory
The Island of Sun and Moon is an incredibly large territory, though at first glance, and especially on a map, it doesn't appear that way. It is divided as evenly as possible between the two clans. Though Moonclan looks like it holds a lot more territory, there are huge slopes that make the territory have about the same actual space as Sunclan.
Moonclan Territory:
1. This is the main territory, and it is high up on a hill that flattens out towards the top. This holds everything a main camp would; Leader's den, Medicine Cat den, Nursery, Warriors sleeping area, Apprentices sleeping area, Elder's den, fresh kill pile, all that good stuff. Moonclan are a little tighter together with their camp, whereas Sunclan are a little more spread out.
2. This is the training area, where Mentors teach their Apprentices skills vital to being a Warrior, and where Warriors can brush up on their skills every once and awhile.
3. This is one of the popular hunting areas, and it is also plentiful for finding herbs. Here you can find many forest dwelling animals that are hunt-able, like birds, mice, martens, squirrels, and animals of a similar nature. Luckily there are hardly any predators on this Island because they only cross over during the winter (if they don't go into hibernation) and even then crossing the ice can be dangerous.
4. This is one of the common paths that Sunclan may take to get to Crecent Cove every full moon for the Gathering. This keeps them out of Moonclan territory, but it is not dangerous as the water here is very shallow right against the Island.
The starred section of the island is where the clans come together to meet every full moon as Clan cats would. Consider this the Fourtrees of their world, as travelling to the mainland is dangerous for elders and apprentices.
Sunclan Territory:
This is where the main camp is located, again, holding all things vital in a space to keep the clan running. eader's den, Medicine Cat den, Nursery, Warriors sleeping area, Apprentices sleeping area, Elder's den, fresh kill pile, etc. Unlike Moonclan however, their patch of woods is nowhere near as dense as the opposite side of the island.
2. This is the tip of the Island, and in the areas not marked by the green border, are the beachside. Cats here are able to gather many fish and beach-dwelling birds. This is also the perfect spot for cats to collect and trade shells, sand dollars, shiny pebbles, and other things.
3. Along the reeds and forest area is a good place to hunt small prey aside from fish, and there’s herbs that grow around there as well. Other prey that might be found here are frogs, voles, birds, ducks, and other animals of the sort.
4. This is one of the training pits where mentors and apprentices can hone the skills necessary to become warriors. They may also visit area 5 for this purpose as well, though when it is not in use, a lot of cats like to go there to have conversations, share tongues, or just relax on the sand away from the bustle of the clan.
Outside Map: Similar to the clan cats, the Island-dwelling cats have a sacred space of their own. Up through the woods, far from the reach of the Nofurs, is a small body of water. In the center of it is a den that houses a beautiful crystal. Cats journey to this crystal similar to how the Clan cats visit the Moonstone. This is where leaders and medicine cats go to share tongues with StarClan. Leaders also go there to receive their nine lives or ask StarClan for help. Cats come here as part of various ceremonies, such as medicine cats sharing tongues with StarClan every half-moon, and leaders gaining their nine lives. Also akin to the cats of the Clans, when leaders go to the Crystal, they are forbidden to eat or drink anything beforehand, including traveling herbs.
The mainland near the Island is pretty far from Twolegs, though they are known to travel through there on a few of the Thunderpaths. Luckily there’s no roads leading down to the mainland across the Island, so the cats tend to not pay the Twolegs passing by in their monsters any mind. Only when they’re travelling to the Crystal.

Clan Rules: While most cats know better than to break the Warrior code, these CAN be broken to add to plots! Just try not to go crazy. Also some of these rules are tweaked to make them relevant to the Island cats, so please read through it just in case!
1. Defend your Clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from opposing Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan, as one day you may meet them in battle. 2. Do not hunt or trespass on another Clan's territory. 3. Elders, queens, and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Unless they have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders. If any warrior or apprentice is sick or injured, they may eat while the elders, queens, and kits are eating. 4. Prey is killed only to be eaten. Give thanks to StarClan for its life. 5. A kit must be at least six moons old to become an apprentice. 6. Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their warrior name. 7. A cat cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice. 8. The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies, retires or is exiled. 9. After the death or retirement of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen before moonhigh. 10. A Gathering of both Clans is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night. There shall be no fighting among Clans at this time. 11.Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge all trespassing cats. 12. No warrior can neglect a kit in pain or danger, even if the kit is from a different Clan. 13. The word of the Clan leader is the warrior code. 14. An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win their battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or if it is necessary for self-defense. 15. A warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet. 16. Each Clan has the right to be proud and independent, but in times of trouble they must forget their boundaries and fight side by side to protect each other. Both Clans must help eachother so neither will fall into chaos Non-Warrior Code Rules: - Cats on their way to the Crystal are allowed to cross other Clans' territories to get to their destination - Cats may travel on other Clan territories if they have something to report or ask for help. - The code is flexible about leadership challenges. Cats may challenge a weak or cruel leader if their Clan is in danger, and if their leadership threatens the Clan, the code expects a warrior to challenge their leader. Additional Rules:
The following rules are not specifically stated in the warrior code, but are expected to be followed: - Medicine cats may not have a mate or kits. - Kits must stay in camp until they are apprenticed, and are not allowed to hunt. - The safety of the Clan is more important than the safety of one cat. - Clans must not force another Clan to share territory. - Cats cannot eat when going to the Crystal. - If an apprentice is made a Warrior during greenleaf, before they sit vigil, they will be tasked to swim once around the entire island without stopping. They may take as long as they like, as long as they complete the task. This is a long held tradition by both clans that is very important to them. Cats from both clans will go down to the shoreline and cheer on the cat, whether it be from their own clan of the opposite clan. It’s majority opinion that that kind of success for soon-to-be warriors is important, and they could use the encouragement for such a daunting task. While cats from opposite clans cannot cross each other’s borders, the deputy of Sunclan will follow them as far as their territory goes, and the deputy of Moonclan will follow them the other way around to make sure they stay safe and do not cheat. If they succeed, they are revered as a true warrior. If they fail, there are no consequences, but they have a bit more pressure to practice harder in their life as a Warrior. To the island cats this is a test of strength, endurance, skill, and intelligence.

L E A D E R
Emberstar || Roleplayed by Rabbitheart
Description |x| Emberstar is a large, orange ocicat tom with bright blue eyes. He has short fur that makes it easier for him to adapt to the ways of Sunclan, aka constantly being in the water. He has developed a rather muscular form from years of swimming laps around the island overtime, as well as hunting.
Personality |x| Emberstar is very involved with his clan, and is very kind. He is however by no means a doormat. He knows when to stand up to others, but he also isn’t overbearing. He doesn’t hold the same intimidating command as Briarstar however, and acts more like a fatherly figure to a good portion of his clan. He is very respectful and willing to help out and be involved with his clanmates as much as he can rather than sitting back and observing it all go down. He likes to tell stories to kits and fish with the apprentices and warriors, and all good things. Though he may seem a bit laid back, he is incredibly smart, rivaling Briarstar.
History |x| Emberstar was born and raised in Sunclan, and his father was once the medicine cat of the clan. Though his father wished he’d take things more seriously and follow in his pawsteps as a medicine cat, Emberstar knew it wasn’t his destiny. Despite going against his father’s wishes he hopes he still would respect him as leader of the clan.

Morningpaw || Roleplayed by Silverheart5432 Description |x| Morningpaw is a young Snowshoe cat hybrid with a sleek and glossy pelt. His whole undercoat is a pale, almost white, chestnut color decorated with many shades of brown. His flanks are all a dark caramel and along his legs, neck, and tail, it fades to an almost black, chocolate brown. He has a chocolate mask over his face and both of his ears are completely black while under his chin and two tips of his forepaws are pure white. He has a pair of ice blue eyes.
Personality |x| Morningpaw is a very… perhaps unusual tomcat, being very taciturn in a majority of his time. But in other words, he’s not a big conversationalist. The only time you might actually find Morningpaw speaking, is when asked or when he’s healing. But it’d be very rare and unusual to catch him strolling up and asking how your morning has been. At first try, Morningpaw could seem kind of stuck-up and maybe somewhat rude. But if you actually are willing to push past this side of Morningpaw and prove that you can be committed and loyal to him, he will give to you in a return a strong and compassionate friendship.
History |x| Morningpaw was found just along the coast of the ocean during the cold time of leaf-bare, freezing and just nearly dead. the Clan rescued him, the young kit spent his time in the medicine den getting healed and he honestly took an interest in healing cats. So back then, he asked a lot of questions about healing and herbs and how he could become a medicine cat as well. He was promised the role on being the medicine cat, and so his dream has been fulfilled, well, almost anyways. His beliefs in StarClan are very little, though he still respects them when visiting The Crystal.
W A R R I O R S
Pebbleskip || Roleplayed by Rabbitheart Description |x| Pebbleskip is a very sleek, wiry she cat with a simple dark grey coat and bright blue eyes. She has a very upbeat appearance as she always tends to have a little bounce in her step.
Personality |x| Pebbleskip, like many of her clanmates, is a very happy-go-lucky kind of cat. She's skilled with fishing and, as her name implies, pebble skipping, a skill that is difficult to learn but she has proved to excel in. While she can be pretty lackadaisical, she can be a bit stern when training her apprentices, but tries to make it as engaging and fun as she can while still teaching them valuable skills. Overall, she's a determined individual, and loves her clan more than anything.
History |x| Though she isn't quite aware of it, Pebbleskip is actually distantly related to Briarstar, the leader of Moonclan. Briarstar's father had a former partner, and Pebbleskip is the granddaughter of that partner.
------------
Cedarstep || Roleplayed by Willowheart Description |x| Cedarstep is a dark brown tabby she-cat with hazel eyes. She has a distinct nick in her ear from a previous battle.
Personality |x| Cedarstep is a senior warrior who has learned patience and an even temperament most of the time. She is analytical, thinking her actions through and worrying about how they will impact others before making a decision, and tries to never go into a battle unprepared. When she fights, she uses her surroundings to her advantage and tries to form a strategy instead of using brute force.
History |x| Cedarstep was born and raised in Sunclan. As an apprentice, a border dispute gave her the scar on her ear, and she lost her brother in battle a few moons later.
-----
Sandheart || Roleplayed by tinkerzb
Decription |x| Sandheart is a pale ginger tom with lanky legs and a long, thin tail. His eyes are green and there is a notch on her right ear--not the trophy of some glorious battle, but a simple feature he's had since birth. He walks awkwardly sometimes, if it's a steep slope or odd changes in elevation, but when walking or swimming normally he does as well as any other cat could.
Personality |x| Sandheart is a pleasant tom who loves joking around and socializing. He is the cat equivalent of a people person, and he is very loyal to his Clanmates. He loves kits and apprentices and any kind of inter-Clan event excites him greatly.
History |x| Sandheart was the only surviving kit of a sickly mother who died in childbirth and another stillborn kit. He was raised by another queen and doesn't look back on his past--it doesn't affect who he currently is.

Blazepaw || Roleplayed by hawkclaw3 Description |x| Blazepaw is an average-sized, thin-haired tom cat. His pelt is a light brown with few black tabby streaks along his face and body. He has large ears and paws, setting him slightly off balance. His eyes are a tame forest green that stand-out compared to his brown fur. Despite his young age and balance issues, Blazepaw has built up an impressive showcase of muscle beneath his thin coat of fur. This invokes a confidence in his clumsy walk.
Personality |x| Blazepaw is a passionate cat who is unafraid to make his opinions heard and stand up for what he believes in. While this is a good quality in certain circumstances, he often struggles to listen to those around him when he perceives their opinion to be wrong. He typically sees other's opinions as wrong when they don't match his, making it hard for him to connect to those around him. Blazepaw tries to play this off as independence, but there are nights where he longs for a close friend. In appearance and personality, Blazepaw is complicated and full of contradictions.
History |x| Blazepaw grew up in SunClan, unsure of his origins beyond that point. He thrived on adventure and exercise, leading to the development of muscle in his young body.
-----
Shellpaw || Roleplayed by tinkerzb
Description |x| Shellpaw is a light ginger she-cat with an almost pinky tint to her fur, although that could be the light or your eyes. She has faint tabby markings all over and a long, fluffy tail. Her eyes are yellow. Shellpaw seems bigger than she really is sometimes, thanks to her eternally very bouncy nature and fluffy fur.
Personality |x| Shellpaw is always energetic and drives her mentor and other apprentices crazy at times. It's always hard for her to sleep and she keeps her denmates up at times. That being said, she's fun to be around and doesn't try to be annoying on purpose. She thinks SunClan is the best and will always be loyal to them.

🌙[smear:000000]MoonClan[/smear:6699FF]🌙
L E A D E R
Briarstar || Roleplayed by Rabbitheart Description |x| Briarstar is a long haired, tortoiseshell Oriental cat. Her coat is mostly dark in color with patches of orange and white throughout her mostly black and brown body. With her resting irritable face and vivid yellow eyes, she has a very commanding presence. Briarstar is larger than most of her clanmates sheerly by height alone. While most of Moonclan’s warriors are more stocky, Briarstar’s descendants originally were from far away, hence her different appearance.
Personality |x| Briarstar, while she is typically a very just leader, is just that. She prefers justice over mercy, unlike Emberstar. She typically is very kind, but shows it in different ways than many would expect, and unfortunately often comes across as commanding, more so than a normal leader. However she always does what is best for her clan, no matter the circumstances. She puts her clan before herself, and while she tends to not get into the fray of things, she does well to keep track of everything going on in her clan.
History |x| Though very few living cats know of it, Briarstar used to belong to a family of Nofurs. Her mother, father, and their Twolegs came from a far away place to this land one year when Briarstar was a kit. Though she belonged to Twolegs, that life was short lived. At apprentice-age she had made her way to the Island and discovered the cats living there. She knew after thinking about it long and hard that this was where she was meant to be. She bid her family farewell and never looked back. Since then she’s risen through the ranks and become leader of Moonclan.
D E P U T Y
Tigerfur || rped by *ShatteringStar* Description |x| A beautiful, tall tabby with pale grey fur and black, shattered-like stripes. Her fur is long and sleek which helps against water and the cold and her tail is a bit longer than most with a white tail-tip. Distinctive tabby marks frame her long face and she carries a large set of intense, deep forest green eyes.
Personality |x| Her personality is usually collective, witty, kind, and it is very evident that she is beyond her years. She is hard working and a skilled hunter who normally prefers the company of one or two, although she is fine with leading large groups. She does have a dark side and most would say that she is border-line on becoming a psychopath due to her not having many emotions and being so silent and calculated when she's by herself. The good thing though, is that it doesn't seem to contradict her judgment or really show up much. She does have fears and will sometimes act on them or over react to them.
History |x| born into the clan, Tigerfur's parents were both well respected warriors and she use to be so happy with them. On one fateful morning, however, she awoke to find them missing and slowly she distanced herself from everyone. Over time, she has gotten better at being less reclusive, but she still occasionally goes out looking for them.

M E D I C I N E C A T A P P R E N T I C E Creampaw || Roleplayed by hawkclaw3 Description |x| Creampaw is a thick-furred white cat with a soft pelt that is always kept groomed and maintained. She has icy blue eyes and small ears. Her frame is smaller and weaker than those her age, and always has been, which led her to uptake her position as Medicine Cat Apprentice.
Personality |x| Creampaw is very shy and nervous, speaking often in quiet fragments if at all. She keeps her gaze upon the ground when around others or when spoken to, out of fear of being judged by those around her. Once she gets to know someone, she tends to open up more both physically and verbally. She is gentle and kind to all of a nature, and would go out of her way to save the life of even a simple butterfly. This stated, she understands prey is killed to be eaten, but prefers to find other sources of food when and if available.
History |x| Creampaw was left abandonned by her mother, who may have been associated with one of the Clan's. She was adopted as a kit by a kind Queen in MoonClan, but was never entirely accepted by the other kits her age. This contributed to her already reserved nature.
W A R R I O R S
Maplesong || Roleplayed by hawkclaw3 Description |x| Maplesong is a thin-haired, slim cat with a sleek gray pelt. The base of her coat is a dark gray with stripes of black running along her body. Her muzzle, paws, and underbelly are a fluffier fur of white coloring. She has deep blue eyes alike to that of the deep ocean, which are able to peer into one's soul. Being of smaller build, Maplesong moves swiftly and efficiently. Beneath her thin coat is a lean muscle that corresponds well with her small body. ||
Personality |x| Maplesong is often soft-spoken, choosing to keep her opinions to herself in order to avoid conflict. Maplesong is a believer of peace and kindness, and would rather resolve issues soundly. This being said, she often forms strong opinions on different matters which are at times a struggle to conceal. Due to her quiet nature, she is often misunderstood and read as reserved and cold. This adds to her personality a sense of mystery, as getting to truly know her can take time and commitment. Despite her mysterious prescense, she is typically a gentle soul and admires those around her, enjoying her personal time with those she cares about. Love runs deeply through her veins. ||
History |x| Maplesong was born and raised in MoonClan by her parents, who both passed on to StarClan just after she became a warrior. She has found a love for the darkness of the forest at night, as well as a love for night swims and swimming in general.
--------- Honeyflower || Roleplayed by tinyelephant Description |x| Honeyflower is a short-furred cream mackerel tabby with a small amount of white of his throat. He's built fairly average for a tom, not dainty enough to look feminine, but not enough to be outstanding at fighting. From his pale frame, his hazel eyes definitely stand out.
Personality |x| His parents never pushed Honeyflower or his siblings to be the best warriors growing up, and it was clear that Honeyflower had little interest in hunting or fighting the moment he had improved motor skills beyond that of stumbling everywhere. His interest in kits and everything to do with growing up gave the leader notice, and apprenticed him off to a former queen, whose kits were made warriors not too long ago. Honeyflower proved to be fairly average when it came to hunting or fighting, never going above or beyond but was sufficient. His mentor never pressed him about this, and instead encouraged his natural strength--his empathy and caring. He has a natural affinity for comforting cats near his age group or younger, Honeyflower loves you. Really, he does. He doesn't just like his friends, he loves them with an overwhelmingly complete loyalty. He cares maybe a bit too much about everyone and shows a stunning amount of affection for a species who normally only idealize a few cats. Honeyflower certainly has a lot of love to give, but he's also a bit over-excitable. To the point of complete distraction sometimes. Things that might only produce mild excitement in other cats, send this tom into fits of hyperactivity where it's nearly impossible to get him to focus. He celebrates louder than anyone, grieves the hardest, and feels pain and anger far more keenly than he rightly should. He has so much energy and sheer feeling in him, that it is difficult not to feel fond of him even mere seconds after meeting him. He's genuinely glad to see you, whoever you are, and is a force of positive energy. When it comes to fighting thread or just life in general, Honeyflower is absolutely fearless. He isn't afraid of throwing himself right into the thick of things, nor is he afraid of new and dangerous situations of all kinds. When it comes to lessons and missions of importance, Honeyflower will often be the first to volunteer and his boundless enthusiasm and bravery will be a solid foundation that will support his clanmates. Unfortunately, he needs a dash of realism added to his daily life. He is reckless beyond reason and will need to be reigned in often to keep from meeting an untimely end.
History/Family |x| Blueclaw(father)- A short-furred mackerel grey tabby with some white on his neck. Has dull hazel eyes. Redstorm(mother)- orange short-furred mackerel tabby and hazel eyes, carries dilute Rosefoot(brother)- red mackerel tabby tom with a small patch of white on his throat and hazel eyes. Morningpelt(sister)- dilute blue torbie with dull hazel eyes. His parents did not have kits out of love for each other, more because they both wanted kits and thought them having kits together was an easy solution with little hatred involved, as they were both friends consenting to the idea. They were both fairly laid-back as parents, but were there when their kits needed them most.
Currently, Honeyflower is 3 years/36 moons old.
-----
Brackenclaw || rped by *ShatteringStar* Description |x| A large muscular tom with a dark brown tabby pelt. His fur is average in length and very thick which makes his appearance even larger although you can still see his muscles ripple under the fur. His stripes are black and usual, covering his entire body except for his face and underbelly. He has fierce amber eyes that seem like pools of dark honey and an old scar on his left ear.
Personality |x| Brackenclaw has a very aggressive and persistent personality which propelled him through his apprenticeship long ago. On occasion, he can be good humored and enjoyable to be around. He is very loyal and will defend the clan to his death, but his ambition often temps his loyalty. He is not a cat that you want to be against.
-----
Lilyfall || Roleplayed by tinkerzb Description |x| Lilyfall is a cream-colored she-cat with orange tabby stripes and a white belly and paws. She has orange eyes and a pink nose. Lilyfall's stature is slightly smaller than usual and her tail is a bit shorter. She has less power for swimming, but also less mass to be held up, so her size does not impede her abilities by much.
Personality |x| Lilyfall is a generally easygoing warrior always ready to mew someone's ear off. She gets much too excited when telling stories and always has to add in her own special touch--maybe there were six foxs rather than two, or the warrior was a few sizes bigger than normal, or the hero fought for days instead of hours. She believes in the truth otherwise, though, and isn't afraid to admit she embellishes whatever she says. She is loyal to SunClan and loves hunting, although her fighting skills are those of only a typical warrior.
History |x| She had two brothers, Piketalon and Branchpelt, but they went out swimming in a storm and never came back.
Q U E E N S
Dawnfur || Roleplayed by Willowheart Description |x| Dawnfur is a light-grey she-cat with blue eyes and a lighter chest and tail tip. Her build is thin, more lean than many of her clanmates. She is an older she-cat, which shows in her paling muzzle and the lines around her eyes.
Personality |x| Dawnfur can be a bit abrasive and ill-tempered, especially when she is in an irritable mood, though she tries to hold her tongue in front of her kits. She is strong-willed, rarely letting any cat other than Briarstar stop her from doing anything. She finds it difficult to consider that she is not the young cat she used to be, and doesn't like to be reminded of her age. But when Dawnfur sees she can trust you, she tends to curb her tongue a bit, and even offer the rare compliment or two.
History |x| Dawnfur lost her first litter before they were born. As a result, she took a long time to warm up to the idea of having a new litter with her mate Silverclaw, not at all helped by his passing to an infected wound just a moon before she discovered she was expecting. While she loves her kits very much, she often worries for them and her own ability to be a mother without Silverclaw.
A P P R E N T I C E S
Badgerpaw || Roleplayed by Willowheart Description |x| Badgerpaw is a sturdy-built apprentice, lacking in height but making up for it in muscle. His coat is a sleek black, contrasting with his yellow eyes, with a white stripe starting mid-back and continuing to his tail tip. His underbelly and the middle of his face are also white, as well as his paws.
Personality |x| Badgerpaw is a dedicated apprentice, taking on as many duties and training sessions as he can manage, and occasionally overburdens himself. He feels that he needs to prove himself to his clanmates, and as a result often bites off more than he can chew and pushes himself unnecessarily. He wants to be the strongest warrior in the forest, and doesn't have time to consider how realistic that goal may be. On the outside he can come off as prideful, but many of his boasts are to hide his own perceived weaknesses.
History |x| Lacking littermates, Badgerpaw's mother was somewhat overbearing when he was a kit, while his father Jaggedtail in turn was distant, prioritizing the good of the clan over his family. Shortly after his apprentice ceremony, his mother was killed, leaving his clan relationships strained, as his mother's over-protectiveness prevented him from becoming close with the rest of the clan. As a result he adopted his father's ideal of prioritizing protecting the clan.
-----
Blazepaw || rped by *ShatteringStar* Description |x| He is an average sized tom with pale, sand-colored fur. For the most part, his fur is short and thick to were you can easily see his muscles under his coat. His eyes are an azure blue and a bit more round than most.
Personality |x| Blazepaw is known for being a mischievous troublemaker and is normally a very laid-back cat. He likes to have a ton of fun and often forgets the consequences which gets him into a lot of trouble. He can be serious and at times, very thoughtful. Over all, he is very enjoyable and courageous, encouraging others to just have fun as well.
-----
Indigopaw || rped by *ShatteringStar* Description |x| A small and lithe black she-cat with fur as soft as a rabbit's. Her pelt is long and sleek which helps her swim and her beautiful eyes are an aquamarine color. Her face is a bit shorter than most and her paws are stubby, but she ignores that.
Personality |x| Similar to her appearance, Indigopaw is just flat out adorable! She has a very vivid and bubbly personality and she loves to have fun. In a way, she can manipulate others through her innocence, though she only does this when she has too. She does have the best intentions at heart and is a very comforting and loyal friend.

K I T S
Patchkit || Roleplayed by Willowheart Description |x| Patchkit is a stocky dark-grey tom with blue eyes and light-grey patches of fur.
Personality |x| Though Patchkit is young, he has no trouble making himself known, as he is a rather loud kit. He enjoys play-fighting, which sometimes gets him into trouble within the small space of the nursery, but he listens well and stops when he realizes he's disturbing someone else. He shows little fear for a kit, often sticking his nose into anything that interests him without considering the dangers.
History |x| Son of Dawnfur and Silverclaw, brother to Mousekit.
-----
Mousekit || Roleplayed by Willowheart Description |x| Mousekit is an all grey she-cat with big dark eyes and a slim build.
Personality |x| Counter to her brother, Mousekit is quiet as her namesake, and is a much more timid cat. Though she doesn't stray too far from her nest yet, she is more introspective, and as a result is often more impressed by little things than her brother. She doesn't need a big adventure to enjoy life, instead finding just as much enjoyment in a stable future with her clan. Though she's quiet, she forms bonds quickly with her clanmates.
History |x| Daughter of Dawnfur and Silverclaw, brother to Littlekit. She was named Mousekit because she did not mewl when she was born.

⇹Morningpaw|| Silverheart5432 || SunClan || Medicine Cat Apprentice || Morningpaw is a young Snowshoe cat hybrid with a sleek and glossy pelt. He has a pair of ice blue eyes.|| Morningpaw is a very… perhaps unusual tomcat, being very taciturn in a majority of his time. But if you actually are willing to push past this side of Morningpaw and prove that you can be committed and loyal to him, he will give to you in a return a strong and compassionate friendship.|| Morningpaw was found just along the coast of the ocean during the cold time of leaf-bare, freezing and just nearly dead. the Clan rescued him, the young kit spent his time in the medicine den getting healed and he honestly took an interest in healing cats.
(I have more to come!!)

Maplesong || Roleplayed by hawkclaw3 || MoonClan || Warrior ||
Description : Maplesong is a thin-haired, slim cat with a sleek gray pelt. ||
Personality : Maplesong is often soft-spoken, choosing to keep her opinions to herself in order to avoid conflict. ||
History : Maplesong was born and raised in MoonClan by her parents, who both passed on to StarClan just after she became a warrior. She has found a love for the darkness of the forest at night, as well as a love for night swims and swimming in general. ||
Creampaw || Roleplayed by hawkclaw3 || MoonClan || Medicine Cat Apprentice (If that's okay)||
Description : Creampaw is a thick-furred white cat with a soft pelt that is always kept groomed and maintained. She has icy blue eyes and small ears. Her frame is smaller and weaker than those her age, and always has been, which led her to uptake her position as Medicine Cat Apprentice. ||
Personality : Creampaw is very shy and nervous, speaking often in quiet fragments if at all. ||
History: Creampaw was left abandonned by her mother, who may have been associated with one of the Clan's. She was adopted as a kit by a kind Queen in MoonClan, but was never entirely accepted by the other kits her age. This contributed to her already reserved nature. ||
Blazepaw || Roleplayed by hawkclaw3 || SunClan || Apprentice ||
Description : Blazepaw is an average-sized, thin-haired tom cat. ||
Personality : Blazepaw is a passionate cat who is unafraid to make his opinions heard and stand up for what he believes in. ||
History: Blazepaw grew up in SunClan, unsure of his origins beyond that point. He thrived on adventure and exercise, leading to the development of muscle in his young body. ||

☀️;; The breeze drifting off the lake filled Pebbleskip with a sense of determination. Today was going to be a perfect day; she could feel it in her bones. After giving a quick sniff of the breeze, she tipped her head back with a grin. Above her, a small flock of seagulls were mulling about in the air, looking for anything that may have washed up onto the shore. Luckily for her, she wasn't something they'd want to pick on.
"Oh come on now, I just wanna play." the young Warrior teased, swishing her tail about as she watched the white birds with a smirk. She knew, of course, they couldn't understand her, but nonetheless she found amusement in taunting them anyway. Seagulls never ceased to entertain her. They were so disorganized and strange, but their feathers did make good lining for the nests at the camp.
If she could just catch one, she was sure she'd make Emberstar happy. The queens and elders could always use some upkeep with their nests.

Badgerpaw slunk through the undergrowth as quietly as possible, keeping his pawsteps even and his tail down just as his mentor had shown him. A few yards away, a bird was pecking at the ground, blissfully unaware of the impending danger. Closer, closer, almost there, he thought, bunching his muscles and preparing to spring. In his excitement, his tail twitched, shaking the grass he was hiding in. The bird's head whipped towards Badgerpaw, letting out a cry that startled him and taking to the air. Regaining his balance, Badgerpaw tried to leap for it, but the bird was already too far away. "Whatever. I'm better at fighting anyway..." he mumbled to himself, bending to lick the ruffled fur on his chest in embarrassment. He was not looking forward to telling his mentor about his failed attempt. Maybe he would keep looking and try to find something else- there was no sense in returning to camp empty-pawed after all. He'd have to try farther away though- that bird had probably scared off any nearby prey around here. Resigning himself to a much longer hunting trip than he had expected, he started to pad further into the woods and further away from camp.

Sorry I couldn't reply right away!! I was gone this afternoon and have been dealing with the dilemma of broken glasses. Currently taped them with electrical tape but it's not quite holding as much as I'd hoped. Can't exactly go without them seeing as how I'm legally blind without them. Horray. Hope you all are doing well tho! }}
☀️;; "Pebbleskip! There you are."
Emberstar's familiar voice put a smile across the she-cat's face. She gave a wave of her tail and smiled, dipping her head in greeting. "Morning, Emberstar! Did you need something?" She padded a bit closer, quickly glancing her leader up and down. He didn't sound distressed, so she hoped everything was alright.
"Yes, actually. Would you and Minnowtail mind going on a quick border patrol? I want to make sure the borders are marked a little earlier on, with the seasons starting to change and all." He gave a quick nod, certain Pebbleskip wouldn't mind in the least.
"Oh, yes! Sure, I can do that." She returned the nod and hurried off, a bounce in every pawstep.
As she traversed towards the border with Minnowtail and her apprentice, Birchpaw, in tow, Pebbleskip gave a sniff of the air, tipping her head to the side. "Alright, why don't you take Birchpaw and show him the ropes while I take this half of the border." She suggested. Minnowtail happily agreed, and soon Birchpaw's questions had faded away as Pebbleskip wandered to the other end of the border.
Having marked the border, Pebbleskip narrowed her eyes. Something smelled different. Was there a stranger nearby? She glanced both ways before carefully placing a single paw over the border.
"Hello?" She called out curiously, her tone hushed so Minnowtail didn't hear her. She could've sworn she'd caught scent of another. Could they be from Moonclan? She looked off into the thick woods curiously, her tail flicking. Normally the two clans were relatively at peace with one another, so she hoped if there was anyone around, they wouldn't give her trouble. If there was anycat there at all.
---
🌙;; As sunlight peeked through the trees and cast it's rays onto the clan camp, Briarstar gave an ever so tiny smile. Not that it was entirely uncharacteristic of her, but unlike Emberstar, Briarstar was very reserved about many of her emotions. Her gaze swept over the camp as she sat atop a tall tree trunk that had fallen over many, many moons ago, but was propped up another tree in such it was it was a perfect perch for her to address her clanmates.
But she did none of that. Instead she simply watched quietly from a distance, silently keeping track of everything that had been going on around her.

SC || Blazepaw sat impatiently in the camp, flicking his tail against the forest floor. A few tail-lengths before him was the fresh-kill pile, which he stared at intently with narrowed eyes. His muscles were tense in his annoyance and boredom of waiting around, yet he did not feel the urge to go out of the camp by himself.
MC || Creampaw sat just outside the Medicine Cat Den, enjoying the freshness of the open forest. Her bushy tail was curled protectively around her paws while she observed the trees around the camp rather than the activity within. She closed her eyes, breathing in the array of scents as a slight breeze swept by. A soft smile appeared on her face as the wind lightly ruffled her thick fur. This stirring suddenly caused her to open her eyes in alert, and she glanced down to see her pelt disturbed. She quickly got to work, smoothing her thick white fur back into place with gentle strokes of her tongue. Grooming was an activity that calmed her mind and distracted her from the world around her.

Badgerpaw's ears twitched as he picked up what sounded like.. another cat? He blinked in surprise; he didn't remember hearing about other hunting patrols being in this area. Actually, looking at the territory around him, he realized he'd wandered a bit further than he'd meant to. In fact, he was nearly at the border, which meant... was it a Sunclan cat? He smelled the air, but he must have been upwind, because he couldn't smell anything.
He knew it was his job to confront any cats this close to the border, but he hesitated; while he was sure he could take anything Moonclan had to throw at him, his mentor might not be thrilled if he managed to get in a fight while he was supposed to be hunting, especially so far away from where he'd said he'd be. And what if it wasn't just one cat, but a whole group? But he couldn't just run away like a coward. Maybe he'd just see who was there, just to make sure they weren't thinking Moonclan's borders were undefended.
Since the other cat must have scented him already, if he was the one upwind, he figured stealth was unnecessary; he pushed through the woods towards the border, hoping to get a glimpse of whoever was on the other side.

⇹ Morningpaw lay with his forepaws tucked under his chest. His eyes were closed and he let out soft purrs every now and then, enjoying how the sun beat down on his brown and white pelt. The tom’s ears pricked when he heard Emberstar and Pebbleskip speaking in the clearing. The young tomcat opened one icy blue eye and craned his ears to hear what they were speaking about. Talk about border patrols. Sounds pretty boring. He thought with a grunt and stretched his legs, flexing his claws in the soft dirt beneath him. I wonder what’s in store for me today. Hopefully nothing too bad. Morningpaw honestly didn’t feel like doing anything today, but he had to do what he had to do in order to keep his Clan healthy. The little tom was soon dozing off, soft snores escaping his jaws, still very aware of the cats moving around the camp around him. After a few moments, Morningpaw was awake, unfortunately. As much as he wanted to rest, instinct wouldn’t let him. What if someone got injured while he was happily resting in the warm sunlight? Or if something exciting happened? Sighing, Morningpaw forced himself to sit up, beginning to groom himself and waiting on something, anything, to happen. Dear StarClan, can this day get anymore boring!

☀️;; Furrowing her browline in confusion, Pebbleskip gave a small shake of her head. Maybe there wasn't anyone there at all. Could she have just been imagining it? She carefully turned and headed towards Minnowtail and Birchpaw, who were quickly approaching.
"Didn't see any big, burly Moonclan cats, did'ja, Pebbleskip?" Minnowtail lifted up her paws and pounded them on the ground for a moment as she teased, nudging her sister with her paw. Pebbleskip merely mock-scoffed and rolled her eyes.
"Thought I smelled something but, I couldn't find the source of it. Could've just traveled on the breeze from further away perhaps." She gave a slight shrug, "I'm sure it was nothing. You ready to head back to camp?" She inquired.
Minnowtail and Birchpaw gave a light nod, and Pebbleskip smiled. "Why don't you two head back, I'm going to keep an eye out for just a few minutes. Maybe bring back something for the fresh kill pile."
"There were some squirrels not too far off, they should be relatively easy to catch this time of year. They're busy scavenging the ground for stock for when the leaves start fallin'. Good luck!" Minnowtail called over her shoulder, giving a wave of her tail.
Pebbleskip, relieved that they had gone, quickly ventured back towards the other side of the border. She knew there had to be someone there, and it was her duty to figure it out without crossing over the other side. Would she be able to do that?
"Surprise!" A small, short furred she cat leaped out from behind Morningpaw, her eyes bright. "Hey Morningpaw."
Reedpaw, the youngest of the apprentices, was always full of excitement and energy. Unfortunately, this had made many of the clanmates tend to... well... avoid her. She was kind, of course, but she was very rambunctious, that's for certain.
"What'cha up to? Find any cool shells on the beaches recently?"
---
🌙;; Slipping down from her perch, Briarstar softly padded over to Creampaw, giving her a polite nod. "Greetings, Creampaw," She smiled, her tone gentle and even. "I hope I'm not interrupting anything... How are things around here?" She sat beside the medicine cat apprentice and curled her thin, fluffy tail over her nimble paws.

Morningpaw jumped to his paws when the apprentice popped up beside him. His heck fur bristled in irritation and his blue eyes were wide in his own surprise. "Reedpaw you mouse-brain!" The brown and white tom hissed once he realized who it was that dared scare him like that. After a while he forced his fur to lie flat and began to smooth down his chest fur in slight embarrassment. "Don't you have anything better to do then to mess with me?" He grumbled silently, glancing awkwardly up at the younger apprentice. And everyone wonders why I don't talk much. Well now take a guess!

Cedarstep sat near the edge of camp outside the warriors' den, taking in the rare moment of calm as she enjoyed a mouse. She'd been on a dawn patrol early that morning, and was still drowsy from the early morning duties. Just as she was thinking this, a sudden commotion in the camp caught her attention. She prepared to rise to her paws, but settled back down when she saw it was just Morningpaw and Reedpaw. Her ears twitched in amusement as she considered the pair, deciding to leave them be, but keeping one ear pricked. --- As Badgerpaw made his way closer to the border, he started to doubt his plan; he hadn't heard anything else. Had he really heard a cat after all? What if he got to the border and there was no one, or worse, what if there was a whole patrol of cats? Maybe he should turn around and head back to camp...
Wait, that scent. Not just the border, but... another cat? He must be getting close if he could smell them now. Once again resolved to find out who it was, he bounded forward, making sure not to show how much the idea of confronting a cat on his own worried him. Stepping out of the last of the undergrowth that might hide him from a cat on the otherside of the border, he puffed out his chest and yowled, "Who's there?!"

SC || Blazepaw flicked his ear, glancing up to where he heard voices. He narrowed his eyes with slight annoyace, turning his attention to the interaction between Morningpaw and Reedpaw. I wonder what they're talking about, he thought. He chuckled to himself with a smug expression. Not that I care. But he remained with his gaze on his fellow apprentices, watching the commotion for amusement.

MC || Creampaw glanced up to see Briarstar approaching and dipped her head respectfully towards her leader. She nervously shifted her weight, positioning herself so that she could more easily face the tortoiseshell cat. Her blue eyes were wide as she responded, shaking her head to the interupption comment. She appreciated the gentleness in Briarstar's voice, allowing it to calm and relax her. "They're going well, it seems. No one has been in for anything too serious lately," the medicine cat apprentice replied softly.
