Patchriver raced after the kits. The calico didn't know exactly how to catch the rock. Normally, if these kits were warriors, she would have tackled them, but the small kits probably couldn't handle that. And she didn't exactly want to chase them down, that wasn't very fun. The she-cat's tail lashed as she sped up. She would just have to try to catch it when they passed the rock.

Bramblepaw was about to go after Emberpaw when Sparrowfeather stepped in front of him. He was about to run after her anyway but figured that his mentor must have had a good reason to be doing this. Still, that didn't stop him from wondering what it was. "Why did you do that?" He asked. "She could fall in and drown!" Emberpaw sunk her teeth even deeper into the branch to strengthen her hold on it. She pulled, walking backwards quickly at first but slowing down as it took more and more energy to pull Stormpaw out of the river. I really hope this works...Lightningstar walked slowly, not stepping forward unless Oakwind did. She didn't want to rush him or upset his balance for fear that it would hurt him even worse than he already was. She could tell he was in pain and wished she could do something more to help. Oakwind stumbled forward, clenching his teeth in his pain. "Almost... there." He grumbled out, the scent of cats becoming stronger as the neared the camp. A small trail of blood was in his tracks, which made him slightly unsettled. If something like a fox stumbled across the trail, they might follow the scent back to camp! |

"Thank StarClan, you're both alive!" Riverheart said, the relief obvious in his voice. When Stormpaw had fallen in and Emberpaw had ran after them, he had been worried they were both going to die and there was nothing he could do to help them.
Lightningstar slowly helped Oakwind to the medicine den. She stopped outside the medicine den. "You should probably lay down and rest your paw. Do you want me to help you?" She asked.

"You're welcome," Emberpaw said, looking around. She wasn't sure what to do. Were they going to continue fishing or head back to camp? She looked around at the mentors, wondering if any of them knew what they were doing next.

"Okay," Emberpaw said with a nod. She looked back at Stormpaw, assuming that he probably wasn't very happy about having to go to camp. She turned around and started to walk in the direction of camp, glancing back to make sure Stormpaw was coming.

Emberpaw didn't say anything. She would prefer to avoid getting into a fight with Stormpaw. She wasn't sure why she had to be the one to escort him back to camp. Had she done something wrong? It's probably nothing. Don't worry, she thought as she continued to walk.

Lightningstar stepped into the medicine den, noticing that Kinkfeather wasn't there. She looked at all the herbs, not knowing which ones did what. "Do you need water or prey or anything like that?" the black she-cat asked, wanting to help as much as she could.

Oakwind shook his head slightly, glancing down at his mangled paw. "I think I'll be fine... but having a Kinkfeather or someone that could give me some herbs would be nice. D-do you think you could find someone that knows something about herbs?" He meowed quietly, shifting his weight slightly in his nest.

Lightningstar thought for a moment. Who knows a bit about herbs? "Foxtail," she said. "Foxtail can help you." The black she-cat padded out of the den, looking around for Foxtail. Where is she?

I am aware Tawnypool has a crush on Riverheart, but i am hoping they could be mates. I didnt realize that in the book Rowanstar and Tawnypelt were mates in the book, until i finished my form XD.))

He didn't even want to go back to camp, but he couldn't argue with his mentors orders no matter how much he wanted to. |

"I know, but if I don't come with you, I might get in trouble," Emberpaw told Stormpaw. The she-cat tried to follow the rules unless she had a good enough reason to break them. In her opinion, breaking them so that she could get to go fishing longer wasn't good enough.

Even if Stormpaw didn't want to see a medicine cat, she thought he would be at least cold and tired after falling into the river and she didn't want him getting any worse.
