Pine slowed his pace when he noticed that the she-cat Lily seemed to want to come with them but didn't want to leave Tiger. Tiger had seemed to have made up his mind already, at least for the time being. "This storm looks like it might be a brutal one. The hollow would be very sheltered from it, plus it has many places to stay dry out of the rain. Your welcome to stay with us untill you make up your mind about joining us. No cat should be left out in the rain", The russet tabby tom meowed. He could feel the wind pick up, with cold gusts disturbing his longer fur around his belly cheeks and tail. His pale yellow green eyes then looked up at the encroaching storm before back at Lily urging her to join him. She was pretty and seemed to be very kind hearted and the tom wished to have the chance to get to know her.
Silver stuffed in the last of the leaf litter and backed out of the den just as Jagg and Cora finished up what they were doing. The den was as secure as it was going to get and the three of them looked on it proudly. "No storm is going to disturb us in there", she heard Jagg meowed as he shook a broken dried leaf off his short sandy pelt. "I agree!", Silver meowed agreeing with the new tom. This was the first time she had really heard him speak and was glad he was starting to open up and feel comfortable. "Why don't the two of you go help Red and Mist figure out where would be a good place to store all those herbs from the storm. I'll go help Otter with the bedding and stuff", she meowed throwing out a suggestion not expecting them to really do anything. Without waiting to see if they would help the two healers Silver turned around and padded up to Otter. "Would you like some help?", she asked curiously as she fluffed up her silver and dappled pelt against the cold breeze that blew through the hollow.
Jagg nodded and went up to where Red was standing. "What kind of shelter are you looking for?", he asked the tom curiously his deep gruff voice slightly intimidating. He was very blunt and straight to the point but the sandy tom meant well and was trying to be helpful.
Cora walked up behind Jagg and listened. She was more than willing to help these cats. They were giving her and her brother a safe place to stay for the night. The least they could do was help out.

Lily turned back to Pine, her thoughtfullness obvious on her face. She looked at Tiger, "You'll come too right? You shouldn't be out here by yourself with those fox's stalking around." She mewed hopefully. The Toyger tom turned to her with a emotionless face. He was quiet for a moment before huffing, "Don't doubt my survival abilities." He snapped at her curtly, but then added, "I could survive quiet well, but rain will be here quickly and I won't make it to my den before it pours down on us." Tiger said flatly, pushing himself to his feet. Lily's ears twitched, "So your coming?" "Yes, I'm coming!" Tiger growled, lowly muttering under his breath, "....mousebrain." Lily spun back toward Pine and trotted after them. "I think we'll be staying with you then." She mewed brightly, her eyes dancing with a cheerful glow. "Thank you, again."

"Good to hear", Pine meowed tail flicking happily as the two new cats joined their patrol. Once they had caught up he picked up his pace to a brisk trot, wanting to make sure they got back to the hollow before the rain hit. Slowing is pace slightly he flicked his tail for Moon or Greywind to continue leading the patrol as he made it to where he was soon pacing right next to Lily. "So are you from around here or do you hail from elsewhere?", the russet tabby tom asked trying to make polite conversation with the pretty she-cat.

Otter had just returned from scavenging for more bedding. His mood was starting to change with the weather and all he wanted to do was get this done and over with. The cold wind was ruffling up his fur, but luckily it hadn't pierced it just yet. He eyed Silver as she padded up to him cheerfully. She asked if he wanted assistance and for a moment, Otter wanted to turn her down, not wanting to have to interact with anyone. But, his judgement got the best of him and he accepted her help. "If you want to grab some stuff from that pile over there- I'm finishing up the last of the nests in the big juniper bush. The reinforcements you guys made look great, by the way." He chimed before scooping up a mouthful of bedding and padding under the large bush.
Freedom had just gotten to where she had buried her fresh-kill when the wind kicked up violently. Her fur flattened against her side as the gusts pierced through her coat. The fiery colored she-cat shivered and tucked her head down, close to her chest. She quickly picked up her fresh kill by their tails- 2 mice, a vole, and a chipmunk- all relatively small and easy to carry, before quickly trotting off towards the hollow, prey swinging from her mouth. As she neared the hollow she felt as though she were being watched. Her tail fluffed up just a bit and her hackles raised. She lifted her head and scented the air but there was no scent of a fox. She shook off the feeling and padded in through the entrance of the nettles.

Name:: Ghost Name When Clan Forms:: Ghostwatcher Gender:: Male Age:: 16 Moons Current Rank:: Loner Wanted Rank:: Loner? if not- Warrior Description:: Ghost is an albino cat- meaning he is an all white cat with striking, pale blue, almost white eyes. His pupils appear to be a dark red color, almost black. His nose is pale pink- same as the rest of his skin. His medium length hair has a slight wave to it and he is rather small. Although he does have poor hearing, Ghosts other senses are stronger to make up for the lack of a sense.(best description I can give if I were to imagine my kitten all grown up) Personality:: Ghost grew up with his family until he was about 3 moons old. That is about the time that his mother understood what he was and abandoned him. Ghost had to learn how to hunt and fight by himself and he excelled at it. The strange tom is very quiet and awkward around cats, seeing as he tends to always scare them off with his looks. He angers quickly and trusts no one. Den Location:: Wherever he pleases Mate/Crush:: None. Other:: I would love for him to always be a loner but if that's not possible let me know.

Lily trotted along behind them, glancing over her shoulder to see if Tiger was following. Luckily the tom was, although he didn't seem nearly as enthusiactic as she was. Lily looked up with a start when Pine spoke to her. She hadn't even realized he'd begun walking beside her. "I've been here for sometime, but I'm not from here. Far south is a large forest, I was born there and raised, but the forest wasn't the right place for me, a bit to crowded. So I left and came here." She mewed in a casual, conversational tone. "And you?"

"Of course", Silver meowed more than willing to help out with anything. Picking up the moss she started on another nest making it nice and fluffy for whomever decided to claim it. When she heard him compliment her about the dens reinforcements she purred proudly. "Thank you, but we'll see how good we actually did when the rains come", she meowed trying to be humble about her work as she spoke to Otter.
{{Accepted and im sure it will be fine if he stays a loner. Just make sure he is peaceful with the newly forming clan or else they might want to drive him out later on cause he doesn't join }}
"Interesting, I've never been south of the gorge that makes up the Marshlands southern border", Pine meowed intrigued that she was from the southlands. "Well I was born here, but my mother and father are both from the mountains to the northeast of us. My father died before I was born and my mom traveled here to a warmer climate before she kitted. It was leaf-bare and its apparently dangerous to kit in the mountains during the colder moons", he meowed informing her a little of his past and where he had come from. Looking up ahead he could see the familiar tall pines that surrounded the hollow, "The hollow is just up ahead", he mentioned as he nodded for her to see the camps entrance as it came into view.

Otter dipped his head at her response, "True. Maybe it will all collapse." He mumbled through a mouthful of moss. He pressed it down on top of the nest he was currently working on and then moved on to another. "How are you feeling about this whole.. clan thing?" He asked. He flicked his amber gaze towards the she-cat for a moment before re-concentrating on the task at home.
Freedom set the prey down near the edge of the hollow and pulled a bit of the nettles over them. She looked around and sat next to her fresh-kill.
Ghost was crouched in the limbs of a bush near the entrance of the hollow. His pale eyes watched as a group of cats neared the nettle hollow. He had been watching the cats for the last few days as they all grouped together in fear of the foxes that roamed the forest. Ghost had smelled the foxes scent but he wasn't overly concerned by it. The deaf cat could easily pick up the scent of a nearby fox. Ghost didn't care to join the mass of cats, he wasn't big on interacting with other cats, mostly because everyone was caught off guard by his appearance, but also because he could only interact with actions, not words. With only a rustle of the bushes Ghost backed out of the dense foliage and whipped around. He wanted to get a high vantage point and see into the heavily guarded hollow.

Lily listened to Pine with interest. She'd always found the history of other cats fasinating. Her ears twitched to catch his every word. What an interesting story. Lily herself had never been to the mountains or even seen them, but she imagined they were a very grand sight to behold. Lily moved her gaze ahead of them as Pine mentioned the hollow. It was a lage, but cozy looking shelter, and Lily had a sudden feeling of a desperate need to feel safe and warm inside that hollow. She had a desperate want for something more. Lily shook the feeling from her pelt, "It's quiet large." She said softly in obvious awe of the hollow. "How many other cat's are here?"

Silver flashed the tom a look when he said that it would collapse but thought he might be joking and let it slide. "Well personally I like the idea of it all. Yes it might be a bit crowded at first because we are all used to being alone. However, being apart of something greater than ones self feels good. I like to help others and I personally like company. The loner life wasn't for me at all, besides there are perks to living with other cats. Friendships and loyalties form, we take care of each other, and like with the fox problem we now have a bigger chance of surviving and no one getting hurt." The silver dappled she-cat spoke her mind to the tom as they finished up the last nest and she stepped back and looked at him with her dark blue eyes. "What do you think of it?", she added curious of the toms view point.
As Pine led the way into the hollow after Moon and Greywind he replied, "I wanna say around 10 all together.. give or take a few", he meowed with a guess after counting the cats he knew about. "Your more than welcome to find a shelter by yourself or with the rest of the group to stay warm", he meowed to both Tiger and Lily. Turning then to Lily specifically he added, "We can walk around the hollow together and see whats available?"
Cora had noticed a ginger she-cat ((Freedom)) sitting by herself next to a large pile of prey and feeling hungry she approached the she-cat cautiously. "Hi there! My name is Cora and this is my brother Jagg", she meowed flicking her brown tail towards the sandy colored tom behind her. They needed to start making friends so might as well start somewhere.

Freedom eyed the she-cat and tom warily- but curiously. Her minty eyes narrowed and widened as the she-cat- Cora introduced herself and her brother, Jagg. "Freedom." she meowed back at the cats. She was still having issues trusting the cats. She was in a whirlwind of thoughts. She wasn't used to this quantity of cats and she was having a hard time taking it all in. Whenever she's overwhelmed, Freedom tends to shut down and that's exactly what she did.
Otter shrugged when the she-cat asked him his opinion. "I've dealt with clans before and- I don't know- It's an interesting concept but tensions wind up and things go wrong." He grumbled. He didn't want to go into detail about his history of being exiled, worried about the other cats reaction.

"Its nice to meet you", Cora meowed kindly as she kept her distance and noticed Freedom become not forth coming about anything. "I don't mean to be pushy, but is this prey for anyone? I was wondering if my brother and I could share am vole?", she asked respectfully lowering her head not wanting to seem like she was threatening to steal the she-cats prey.
"Well you can't expect everyone to be perfect. Of course tensions run high sometimes, but thats where a strong leadership comes in to remind everyone that we are all in this together. That we are all on the same side", Silver meowed being positive about it all.

Otter let out a puff of exasperation at the she-cats enthusiasm. "Sure." He didn't have much of a response for the cat. Her happy-go-lucky attitude was beginning to get on his nerve. His tail tip twitched angrily, but he tried to keep it under control.
Freedom picked up the vole and dropped it in front of the duo of cats. "Sure," she responded without enthusiasm. She saw the cats nonthreatening gestures, but Freedom still didn't exactly feel like interacting. It was going to take her a moment to get used to constantly having to deal with other cats.

Lily thought for a moment. Perhap's Silver had made her way into this group of cats. It'd be very disappointing if Lily didn't see her friend. But she would spare Pine the questions for the moment. She didn't want to annoy anyone when she just got there. Lily looked around her expression showing she was clearly both pleased and excited. Lily looked at Pine, "I'd be glad for your company, that's for sure." She said with a cheerful purr. Despite the looming fact that she was a loner, Lily didn't like going into new places by herself. Having a cat that knew everyone and such would make things much better for her. That is if he wouldn't be bothered with it, but since he offered, she didn't think he would be bothered too much.

Silver finished the last of the nest making and waved her tail at Otter before leaving the den. She could sense the toms irritation, not knowing what could be irritating but not wanting to pester him, so she left him to his own devices. As she looked around she noticed that the patrol had returned and Silver noticed that Lily was with them. She called out a hello to her friend before making her way out of the camp to make dirt before the storm hit.
"Gratitude", Cora meowed thankfully as she picked up the vole and turned around. The two simular shaped cats then padded back to a soft nettle spot and laid down to eat.
Pine gave a pleased mew at the she-cats response and started to padded around the forming camp. They started on the opposite side and first came across a hollowed out tree that was still standing that would make the perfect den for max three cats. "Ohh I like this one", he meowed moving forwards sniffing it curiously. "What do you think of it?", he asked curiously.

(I'm sorry for your lose Falcon :/)
Lily followed closely behind Pine, her gaze raking over every inch of the Hollow, trying to catch every single detail. She slowly drifted away from the tom, but after quickly realizing she was about to be lost. She scampered over to him and made sure to stay close. She didn't want to get lost. Lily took a small step toward the den and sniffed at it for a few moments. She took a short step back. "Well it looks nice and snug. There's a crack in the side that would need fixed to keep out wind and rain, but it looks nice. A few moss nests in here and it would be very comfortable." She mewed while continueing to look over it. Finally she turned her gaze to Pine. "I like it." She purred cheerfully.

{{ Thank you all. Nightingale is accepted. You dont have to create a she-cat if you don't want to. I'm pretty sure the genders are pretty even, if we need another cat later on then you can make one. }} "You're right", Pine meowed when she mentioned the crack in the trees trunk, "But that is an easy fix which wont take but a moment to do." After a moment of still examining the place he stepped out of it and looked to Lily. "I think I might make a nest in there. You're welcome to join me if you like, there is plenty of room. But I do want to see what other options this hollow holds."

Pine stepped out of his warm and cozy tree den and into the open. The ground beneath him crunched as his russet paws broke through the snow that had fallen through the night. The air around him was cold and his breath could be seen billowing out of his mouth as if it was smoke. The russet tabby tom shook the snow that had already landed on his back and he fluffed up his fur, moving quickly he decided to gather some other cats to go out for a hunt. Making his way through the cold clearing to the main den where most of the adults cats slept he called out. "Anyone up for hunting before the snow gets too thick?", he meowed his voice strong and awake. The tom knew that if they were going to all make it through this leaf-bare they would need to keep up their strength especially with the foxes still present in the territory.
Jaggs sandy tail twitched irritably when he heard the word snow from Pine. The shorthaired tom had come to had the winters and wished that he could just stay curled up in his nest till it was new-leaf again. Beside him he could feel his sister Cora stir at the call and felt relieved that she was getting up to join Pine so he didn't have to.
Cora heard Pines call for a hunting party and the lean solid brown she-cat perked up. She hadn't been awake for long and was giving her sleek short brown fur a couple of licks to tame the sleep out of it. The she-cat then took to her paws replying to the tom in the den entrance. "I will join you", she meowed kindly ready to get the day started.
Silver was sitting as still as a stone with her tail curled around her paws. The silver dappled she-cat had been sitting guard near the entrance to the camp. Last moon one of the foxes dared to squeeze through the bramble tunnel and into the camp and ever since Pine had instructed for the cats to all take turn standing guard. It sucked but it was for the safety of them all and all she could do was just wait to be relieved from her shift and go curl up in the main den.

Fall ;; The white-and-grey she-cat licked her lips, staring into the wilderness. Her tail twitched constantly, her fur blowing with the gentle breeze. She blinked dropping down from the weather-worn rock she had perched upon. Her paws made a squelching sound as she landed on the wet, marshy ground. She padded forward, flicking each paw as she went. Recently traveling to this area, she was still getting accustomed to the land. She took shelter in a fallen log with a clump of ferns next to it; it was better than the conditions she had been living in earlier. Heaving a sigh, she began the trek back to her shelter.
Cedar ;; The large brown tom was bored. He had done all things he could possibly think of for the day and was now extremely bored. He sat up in a oak tree, watching the world from above. His gaze flicked as it locked on a moving object. He heaved a sigh, lying down on the limb. Man, he thought lazily. I wish things get a little more interesting around here.

"I'm up for a hunt!" Nightingale chirped. He trotted over to the gathering patrol, leaves and snow crunching under his paws. The young tom had grown substantially within the last two moons, his legs were onger and muscular than before. Additionally, his coat had started to look a lot less fuzzy and more mature. True, he was one of the younger inexperienced cats but he had dedication! Ever since Pine had let him join the group he had trained and trained in order to sharpen his hunting skills. It was the least he could do, all things considered anyway. Nightingale shivered, fluffing up his pelt. He wasn't used to the cold but.. he liked it. With each breath of crisp air it filled him with energy, like he could run forever. When he was a kittypet he had never been able to go outside in the winter months. The only memories he had were staring out a window, watching the snow drift down from a clouded sky. This was so much better, being a free wild cat! He felt excitement tingle at his paws, ready to begin the hunt.

Pine was pleased when Cora and Nightingale joined him for the hunting patrol. "I've noticed you training as of lately. Your progress in skill will benefit everyone greatly, you've become a great addition to us", the older tom praised. Looking at Cora he added, "We shall wait for one more cat to join us before we leave. We need to bring back as much as possible just incase the snow thickens too much and the prey hides away in their holes. " He watched as Cora nodded and pad off to see if anyone else would join them.
Cora peeked her head back into the main den, "Hey we need one more cat for a hunting patrol, anyone willing?", she asked curiously.

"Sweet", Cora meowed glad that Greywind had chosen to join their patrol. Following after her they rejoined Pine and the havana brown was ready to go.
Once Cora rejoined him and Nightingale with Greywind, Pine took off out of the camp at a quick pace. He wanted to warm up his muscles after feeling stiff from the cold that was around them. The russet tabby tom led them into the pine forest and slowed down to a walk after his muscles warmed up. "Lets spread out a little bit, but stay within hearing distance. I don't want anyone attacked by the foxes and be too far away for us to help you", he meowed keeping everyone's safety in mind.

Otter strolled out of the main den, having been awoken by Pines call for hunters. The patrols slots had all been filled, but he noticed that Silver was sitting guard at the camps entrance. She looked cold and tired- and ready to be done. The stocky marbled tom padded over and casually sat down next to the she-cat. "Go get some rest. I'll take over, here," Otter dipped his head to Silver and settled in for the long haul. He didn't know when his shift would end, but he wasn't too worried about it.
Freedom dozed in the main sleeping den and peeked an eye open at Pines call. Lucky for her, several cats got to their paws and padded out, leaving her to peacefully slumber.
Ghost sat in a tall tree above the nettle clearing and watched the camp come alive with movement. Ghost wasn't totally deaf, but extremely hard of hearing, so he couldn't really make out what the cats were saying from his perch. His pale eyes twitched back and forth as he watched several cats gather for what he could only assume was a hunting party.

"Oh thank you Otter", Silver meowed standing stiffly. Her ears and paws felt frozen but as she started to move she could feel the warmth starting to return. Reaching out with her muzzle she touched the tom friendly in the flank before turning around and rushing off to the main den to get warm.
