I was actually planning for Dappleswipe to find Blizzardkit before hunting with Cinderdapple. The searching party happened off-screen in my response and Dappleswipe was just recounting the events as a flashback. Sorry for any confusion! I should've specified I was writing a flashback scene for the moon since it was quite eventful! But I'll be willing to do some brief edits and work around to fit Blizzardkit's death if lemonshortbread agrees Okay, that makes sense, but we'll see if lemonshortbread agrees |

noo, Blizzardkit! YewClan seems cursed to have any kits, it’s like we’re not allowed to while PlumClan thrives so much. Can we steal kits or an apprentice again? /lh /j
Blizzardkit’s death is written so well. I love that Mosspond greeted her in StarClan.

Rip Blizzardkit!  And I'm routing for Mistle + Slate as well! Mistleheart is just unsure of her feelings towards her at the moment, but I hope that will change in the future! I've written all my starter prompts for this moon! It is such a sad moon, omg! And leaf-bare has started, so we might lose more cats, but I really hope not!  |

Thanks for the bday wishes! I don't think I'll be able to participate this moon, my husband surprised me yesterday and said he's going to come visit me from today until Monday and I'd really like to focus on spending time with him and showing him around my new town. We live on opposite sides of the country now so I'm trying to make the little visits we get special. If anyone needs to NPC Cinderdapple in their prompts, that's fine, as long as you stay true to her character!

That's what I meant, thanks Sapphire! In reality I didn't write much beyond just small actions, like Foxkit running to the patrol for example. I'm nearly done, I swear I'll have this posted very soon. I tried to match the length of Blizzardkit's response.

Oi! I'm running the moons in advance tonight so I can have time/focus to really update the front pages of both rps tomorrow. I know I've been falling a bit behind, sorry about that! They will get updated soon~ E - Also apparently tomorrow is NOT monday uh. Yeah can you tell I've been a bit of a mess? Moons still being done early, still focusing on front page tomorrow, just. it's not moon day tomorrow. Take your time with replies. Compared to PlumClan's snug camp, YewClan's is mostly open to the elements, they would have been buried under the blizzard and had to dig the dens back out once it was over. The healer's den and nursery are warmer, being built into the side of the ravine, but the warrior's den is more exposed. They take pride in having to live in harsher conditions than the other Clans do, it makes YewClan strong.  Also as an announcement: I'm changing the way I report fresh-kill slightly. Instead of giving yall the exact numbers, I'll be simplifying it. Pile < Needed: Critically low Pile ~= Needed: Low Pile > Needed: Stable Pile 2x > Needed: Full Pile +3x > Needed: Overflowing |
