"I see would make sense if it was some side remark," he said, it was good if the students didn't know the full details, let alone the ones that disappeared were outsiders. But the less they knew the better, especially the beastkins. He headed over and grabbed a sword, to avoid being yelled at by the general, grabbing some gauntlets for Jasmine since he had heard she was working on brawl. "Exactly, and noble families don't exactly like to announce they have a kid missing, they more so want to keep it on the down low while they search." He nooded to her last comment. "Especially the ones from Sreng, don't they ahve like warrior tribes or something. Im sure they probably fight people in their own families." 

Neason yawned a bit shaking out his head. "It's good your parents support you," he said offering a smile. He sprang to his feet, albeit not gracefully as he had to much momentum and almost fast planted. "Well hopefully you are able to be come a great knight! The alliance is always in need with the small towns in territories." He knew there were a few 8n his own fathers territory, and often half the time he rarely protected them when they got attacked as he said it was better to protect the bigger ones since they mattered more.

Jason observed the stall quietly, as he watched the blacksmith work. He jumped a bit when he heard approaching footsteps, and saw the taguel standing there. "S-sorry," he apologized moving out of the way a bit. He studied her quietly, she looked a lot different to Rieka, granted they were different kinds pf beastkins he was curious to know if there was some kind of similarity, but he couldn't find one. He averted his gaze, not wanting to be staring to long as he looked back at the blacksmith stall.

Julius | Classrooms | Rekka, Pierce, Grimm

"Sounds like the best time to avoid getting caught," Julius agreed with a nod of approval and a slight grin. While he had hoped he could investigate the monastery by himself he didn't really mind having run into these three and getting to join their treasure hunt. Even if the rumours were true it wasn't like he'd find some big secret about the church so there was no real risk in teaming up with some surface dwellers. At Rekka's comment he shook his head and laughed. "Any other rules we'll have to break? Who knows, maybe this room will be in one of the areas that are off-limits," he suggested, glancing at the kitsune with an amused smile as he spoke.

Callan | Dorms | Neason

With a small chuckle he nodded. "Thanks. I'll definitely try my best," he said. Maybe Neason was just being nice or maybe he meant it. Callan didn't know him well enough to tell for sure but it was encouraging to hear nonetheless. It did look like the other boy was ready to head off to somewhere else though, unless he had just got tired of sitting around. Part of him wondered if he had said something wrong to the noble but he pushed that thought aside. Neason probably just wanted to go meet up with Searc or Julius, now that everyone had left the Training Grounds and the students who had spent the afternoon in town had returned by now. "'s getting late, huh," he said, briefly glancing up at the darkening sky. "Are you going back to your dorm already?"

Vincent | Library | Elara

"Then that is what we will do," Vincent said, glad that Elara seemed a bit more comfortable with that idea. "Oh, and you might want to tell me beforehand when you are ready to join us. Before or after class, I mean, not right now. So I can let Estelle know to maybe not have one of her classmates tag along that day." It was probably something he should keep in mind. If Elara had trouble interacting with those from the other Houses then having to talk to more than one student from there wouldn't be the best start. While the Deer he had met that way so far, Rekka and Callan, seemed like people Elara wouldn't be intimidated by it was probably better to not just assume she would be comfortable with having either of them along for the first time she met Estelle.

(I think you mean Megumi, Ember. Sure, she and Jasmine are equally unpleasant when they're dealing with each other but Megumi wouldn't be too happy about the mix-up ^^)

Julius | Classrooms | Rekka, Pierce, Grimm

With a nod he followed the others. Pierce was right, they didn't need anyone to overhear their conversation. "Probably not too soon," he said, grinning at Rekka. That kitsune sure was excited for this. "But we shouldn't wait too long either. If it's too close to morning we might have trouble sneaking back into our dorms." As for the investigation itself, Julius wondered if there were any other rumors worth looking into. Something that would give Rekka a reason to keep sneaking out at night. It would definitely make things much easier. For now he'd just focus on the rumor they had, that secret room that was said to hold weapons and artefacts or scrolls and tomes. But he'd definitely pay close attention to whatever the people in town and at the monastery had to say during his time here.

Callan | Dorms | Neason (briefly)

"Hm... yeah, I should try that," Callan agreed. He wasn't too sure about actually asking the knights but maybe he could approach one or a squire if they didn't seem too intimidating. With a nod he quickly waved and gave a small smile as Neason headed off. "Good night to you as well," he said. For a moment he considered going back to his room too but since it wasn't quite nighttime yet he decided to stay outside for a while longer.

Vincent | Library | Elara (briefly)

With a nod and a friendly smile Vincent gathered his notes and placed them back on his desk. "Have a good night then," he said. He would probably head back too soon but for now he would get back to studying a bit more. "Thank you. I will see you in class tomorrow."

Jasmine | Training Grounds | Ambrose

"If she does do us the favor she better tell someone before though. Or do you want Lady Hera or the captain send you to go look for her?" Jasmine said with a light chuckle. She definitely wouldn't mind if Megumi decided to go back to her tribe. "Plus, it's not like she's the only student from Sreng so it shouldn't affect our countries' relations too badly." At the mention of potentially reporting the taguel if the need arose Jasmine nodded. "Yeah, that'd probably the better thing to do. Not sure if she'd listen to what we humans have to say but that way at least no one can blame me for not trying."

Jasmine | Knights Hall | Ambrose

"Sounds like a plan," Jasmine said with a chuckle. She'd do the same if she was tasked with finding that rabbit. "'I even tried to lure her out with carrots, sire. Looks like she really went back home and I can't just invade her country now, can I?. Little unhinged old me?'" She laughed and struck out at one of the training dummies before one of the others could use this one. As she leaped back she glanced at Ambrose, her expression something between a glare and a grin. "Oh shut it," she snorted, rolling her eyes at his teasing. Going to Sreng on a peaceful mission? No thanks. "Next you'll tell me to write poetry for their leaders, as a sign of our country's appreciation for them."

"Ooo that's a good idea," he said with a teasing grin. "But can you even write poetry? Without making it become a hate poem?" He spun around his weapon a bit. "Though I'm certain if a student did run off back for home, the church probably would contact the heads to get permission for us to go in there and at the very least speak to the student in person...or beastkin?" He didn't mind if he had to go to other countries as long as it wasn't Albinea, the thought of having to step in the home country of those mutts sent disgust through him.

"You know I'm not sure if they can, I doubt it though" he said. "They probably just growl and make other noises in their beast form." He gave a small roll of his eyes at her seriousness in the matter. Did it really matter? They were still beastkin at the end of the day, not humans. "I suppose if we truly need to know the moment and situation shall arise, but if it doesn't who cares? I doubt it will be information we would need anyways. We could just refuse to talk to them till they are out of the beast form, simple."

Ambrose-Blue Lions Classroom-The Lions

Ambrose had been given an assignment from the captain to handle a small group of bandits along a travel route. And was told he should take a small group, and why not take students over the knights. It would be good practice for the children and would let him see their potential. Throwing open the doors to the Blue Lions classroom, interuppting whatever lesson was going on. "Good afternoon!! How's my favorite old guy doing," he asked looking at Konstantin. "I was wondering if I could steal two of your students for something?" He eyed the students in the room, having to hide his disgust when his gaze swept over Rieka. Still cant believewe let those mutts in.

Konstantin | Blue Lions Classroom | Lions, Ambrose


Agnar | Blue Lions Classroom

Agnar jotted down some extra notes as this lesson was about the kind of terrain he hadn't dealt with much yet. Just as he was done with it the doors burst open. Surprised he watched as the knight entered the classroom to speak with their professor, stifling a chuckle when Ambrose greeted Konstantin with "old guy". At the mention of bandits and merchants though he got curious about this. As someone who had some experience with trading and selling goods himself he kind of felt obligated to join and deal with the bandits to help out those merchants, if this really was what Ambrose's assignment was about. He nodded when Konstantin told the class that they could decide for themselves whether this was something they could and wanted to do and waited for Ambrose to explain what he wanted the students for.

(Well, the team is three Lions, one Eagle and one Deer so I guess Luca will run after them or otherwise beg to join them? When Ambrose goes to recruit someone from the other Houses he'll probably have to state right away that he'll only take one student along xD)

Agnar | Blue Lions Classroom | Lions, Ambrose

"I'll go as well if that's alright," he quickly threw in before anyone else could volunteer, not wanting to miss this chance. He didn't want to stay here and let three others deal with this. As for the lesson, what they learned today was still one of the basics so he would have no issue catching up on it later.

Konstantin | Blue Lions Classroom | Lions, Ambrose

Konstantin nodded when Imrie and Agnar volunteered. "Alright. You heard the man, the issue should be relatively simple to deal with and I trust that you two have the required common sense," he told them, smiling for the briefest of moments before looking serious again. Both of them were students who had already some experience and thus would gain more from joining Ambrose than going over the basics this time. "Be sure to follow his orders and do nothing that would hinder the mission." He looked over the class again. "Is there anyone else who would like to go with them?"
