In no time at all the shecats had arrived at the Sun Rocks. Firestrike stopped and stayed still, she could hear faint scrabbling of tiny claws on the rocks "What do you hear?"

Poppypaw nodded. She made her way over to the bushes, disappearing behind them. The bushes shook and a shrew jumped out, running away. Poppypaw returned with a look of disappointment on her face.
"I missed," she meowed.

Sunstripes was in the Firefly Meadow. He was hunting down some mice and voles and so far had a pretty good pile.

Julia was hunting near the Firefly meadow as well. She was completely unaware of Sunstripes and was having no luck in finding prey.

Sunstripes pauses from hunting and looks around. He could smell a unfamiliar scent near by and he looked to see where it came from. The smell wasn't from his clan so had to be a loner or a rogue.

Julia crept up on a mouse as quiet as she could. She was determined to catch it this time.

Poppypaw padded off towards the other shrew. She crouched, preparing herself, and she lunged, grabbing the shrew and killed it. She beamed and looked back at her mentor.

Firestrike led the way to the Bear Caves. It was quite a distance from the Sun Rocks so she quizzed her apprentice on hunting and battle knowledge along the way.
