Swiftflight shuffled his front paws and looked down at them. "Man, that's terrible..." he sighed, unable to imagine the pain they both felt.
"I'm sure both their spirit's will live on in their kits. Your's certainly seem to be incredibly strong for their age." he said, smiling reassuringly.

He was strong, not fast. So he used his strength to his advantage and tackled Watersplash midstride, easily pinning her underneath him. |

Watersplash gasped. She struggled in his grasp, trying to get free. "Cheater!" She purred. She reached up and licked his nose, hoping to make him loosen his grip. He was a better fighter than she was. So she needed to find new ways of getting free.

He was a better fighter than she was. So she needed to find new ways of getting free. He almost loosened his grip from the surprise of her licking his nose but he didn't. "Not a cheater, just playing to my strengths." Her little gesture made him realize something though and he just looked at her for a few moments before leaning down and licking her cheek. |
