( whats new? I'm setting up some new clans because I am obviously not in enough. There are never too many clans to be in  )) Rosebriar made her way back towards the rest of the patrol hoping they had caught more. On her way back she smelled rabbit so she sat down her mouse and followed the scent. (I should be paying attention in class right now but I get bored easily) Cinderpaw sniffed for Rosebriar, and noticed she started following a rabbit scent. "Should we go after her?" Cinderpaw asked Russetsong. "I think that would be best," Russetsong answered. "We don't want to get separated." |

She tried to hook it with her claws and barely did. She fell again as she gave it a killing bite. She felt a shooting pain go through her leg and cried out. |

Cinderpaw shot forward at the sound of her mentor's cry. "What happened?" she mewed, scared to even ask.
Russetsong followed her daughter in full sprint. "Rosebriar are you alright?"

"Rosebriar are you alright?" Rosebriar started to get flustered. "I think I strained my leg. But I got the rabbit." She pushed herself up and managed to get on her paws. She winced a little as she put weight on her front paw. "I'm okay." She picked up the rabbit and made her way to grab the mouse to. (I'm a senior I have to go to the adult world now  ) |

Cinderpaw and Russetsong both put their shoulders underneath Rosebriar. "I think we should get you to a medicine cat, or at least the leader," Cinderpaw meowed.

Rosebriar nodded. "It would probably be better that way. I don't want to do permanent damage." She tried to hide the shame of being helped back to camp.

"Alright." Cinderpaw hesitantly made her way back to the clump of prey, trying to grasp it all in her jaws at once. Once she got a good grip, she stumbled her way to camp, tripping all the way there.

alriight thank you!)) Mother DarkRussetsong shook her head again. "I'm telling you, you didn't hurt yourself. Unless you did that on purpose, injuring your leg was just an accident." Once they reached the camp, Russetsong moved from underneath Rosebriar. "Wait here, I'll get Windstar." Since there was no medicine cat at the moment, Windstar was the cat with the most knowledge of herbs. "Windstar! Rosebriar got hurt, get your herbs!" Windstar stuck her head out of her den, hearing Russetsong's call. She immediately sprinted out into the clearing, stopping at Rosebriar. "What happened?" she asked, her voice soft. |

Russetsong backed up to let the leader have a better look.
Windstar examined the paw carefully before sprinting back to her den, coming out a few moments later with some comfrey, stinging nettle, two poppy seeds, and a wad of cobwebs. She mashed the stinging nettle with her claws, placing a smear on Rosebriar's paw and in one of the cobwebs, which she wrapped around the sprain. "Here, eat these," she ordered, nudging the poppy seeds at Rosebriar. She then got to work on chewing the comfrey and placing the pulp in another cobweb which she also wrapped around the paw. "Stay off that paw for a few days. Come to me every night so I can redress the wound. After around two days, you can start putting light pressure on it."

"Yes Windstar," she said, "what will Cinderpaw do while I am resting my paw though. Should I come up with things she can learn in camp for training and then she will will have to go on patrols with other warriors?" Rosebriar felt bad for even saying anything about her paw.

(The code word is in the rules, in one of the bigger paragraphs. It takes a while to find it. The Alliance happened only a couple of moons ago, so she must be a very new apprentice. And she will be given a mentor once there are more cats joined, because we need more warriors as well. Those are just some things you should know, not putting your cat down or anything.))

Windstar dipped her head to Rosebriar and then turned to Russetsong. "You should start training Smokepaw as soon as possible. With multiple mentors, he must be lenient with his training. Get him into shape, teach him properly."
Russetsong nodded. "Thank you, Windstar." She padded to the apprentice's den, finding Cinderpaw laying outside. "Will you find Smokepaw for me? Tell him I am his new mentor."
Cinderpaw nodded. She stuck her head inside the den. "Get up you lazy tom," she meowed to Smokepaw.

Rosebriar looked sorrowfully at Russetsong as she spoke to Cinderpaw. She wished that she could go on training the apprentice but she was hurt.
Smokepaw looked up at the she cat prodding him. "Whaaa? I'm napping. I don't have anyone telling me what to do for training so I'm relaxing." He rolled over.

Rosebriar looked sorrowfully at Russetsong as she spoke to Cinderpaw. She wished that she could go on training the apprentice but she was hurt. Smokepaw looked up at the she cat prodding him. "Whaaa? I'm napping. I don't have anyone telling me what to do for training so I'm relaxing." He rolled over. Cinderpaw rolled her eyes, leaving the den. "He says he's napping." She meowed to Russetsong. Russetsong's tail tip flicked angrily. She stomped past Cinderpaw and loomed over Smokepaw's curled body. "Alright, Smokepaw. from now until your warrior ceremony, I will be your mentor. Since you have been relaxing all day, you can go hunt for the Clan. after that, you will change the bedding in both the nursery and the apprentice's den. You won't get to eat until you have finished. Around dusk we will go to the Dappled Clearing for battle training." |
