Sleekstar was sleeping peacefully. His dreams took him to when he was a small kit. His siblings were there. He knew it wasn't the best childhood but he couldn't be hard on his Mother. Losing two kits and your mate ! This is why Sleekstar was always afriad of taking a mate and having kits. He never even had a father figure to show him how to be a good Dad.

"Okay..." I can do this... She bites through the stem slowly and carefully, strange for the energetic apprentice. "It tastes minty too. Is that why it's called catmint?" She looks up at Lilacblossom, smiling at her own joke.
