so the idea is
me and rusheh have been talking about gingerear and honeyteller getting together, but wait, there's more *shot*
so.
with being leader and elite, i feel like honeyteller and amberstep are already pretty close, and because of that maybe honey already has some feelings for amber. she also starts hanging with gingerear a lot and gets close to ginger. so blah blah, honey has a crush on the two or something and internally screams
ice goes to amber and tries to get her on his side, blah blah. if she has feelings for honey then amber will probably be really hard to persuade obviously, butttttt maybe something happens and honey catches ice and amber together one day. maybe she overhears ice talking to amber about how he wants to be the omen-teller and honey gets the idea that amber is just stringing her along to then betray her in the end
that's when honey runs to ginger and cries out her sorrows and then things can go from there?? owo

Soothawk was heading toward the camp entrance, when his attention was caught by Dandelionmilk. He had seen the she-cat fidgeting out of the corner of his eye and couldn't help but be intrigued by her behavior. Was something wrong? The tom caught her gaze and blinked, temporarily halting his hunting trip to go and talk to the she-cat.
"Hello Dandelionmilk." He mewed, stopping in front of her. "Is everything alright?"

omg that sounds amazing rush like pairing two of the most intense tenderpaws together would probably cause lots of drama
and he probably would ruin poor dark which would further her evilness.

[ i mean nettle isn't a tenderpaw but since he's a protector i feel like it could cause more drama since dark is only a tenderpaw so that would be added drama on top of other drama ]

Too nice? No, that wasn’t it. What it really was was that Icetail felt himself to be the true omen-teller of the Clan. Honeyteller just didn’t seem like the kind of cat that would have ever been an omen-teller had she not been star-kissed. It was obvious that Icetail was ambitious. He always had been. Even as a kit he had wanted to be the omen-teller, the cat that lead his Clan into a new dawn. He would be Iceteller, an omen-teller that would never be forgotten. He would be like Arrowteller or some other omen-teller that was told in tales for kits. Falconteller was another important omen-teller; he had been star-kissed, the first cat to ever be born with the unique ability, but even without his ability he was an exceptional leader, leading GroundClan through a dark time of sickness, despair, and betrayal. Yes, Icetail wanted to be like Falconteller, an amazing leader, one that lead his Clan onto a better path. Icetail felt his shoulders shrug. His ear twitched as he thought about how to exactly answer Mothlight. Finally he was able to piece together a decent enough answer to speak aloud. ”Mothlight, have you ever thought about what Honeyteller would be had she not been star-kissed? Do you think she would have the right enough qualities to be our omen-teller?” That sounded civil enough to not come across as totally jealous of his sister. To him it sounded like simple questions, questions that perhaps any other cat would have asked sooner or later about the current status of GroundClan’s leader. |

When the she-cat nodded to him, he perked his ears up once more and blinked, quickly deciphering her mouthed phrase. "I saw you fidgeting and I thought something might be wrong." He admitted, "But I was just about to go out to hunt. Would you like to join?"----FeathertalonMothlight watched Icetail in silence. She had no idea what was going to come of this conversation, yet she had the desire to find out. She had always known Icetail to be ambitious, even since he was a kit. But what cat wasn't? If a clan cat didn't want to become a healer then they wanted to become an Omen-Teller, it was just the way clan life was. The urge to lead started young and for some cats stayed until they were old. The white tom's question threw her off. It wasn't something she had every really thought about; it just was. The older she-cat tipped her head, pale eyes deep in thought. "Honestly..I haven't really thought of it.." She started, her voice trailing off a bit as she tried to find the words to answer his question. "I think things would be different, but the Givers always have a plan. So whether or not Honeyteller had been star-kissed, I more than likely think she would have still be omen-teller."

ospreypaw, amberstep, mistwatcher & honeyteller ;; healer’s den
Ospreypaw sharply nodded, shaking as he led the way into the healer’s den. He quickly darted off to Sagepaw once Honeyteller was in there and he steadfastly ignored Amberstep and Mistwatcher arguing fiercely over her health, staring at his paws while he sat with his friend.
“For the last time, you will not be standing up and going about your day,” Mistwatcher growled, in full healer mode. “You will stay in here, you will heal, and there will be no chance of you leaving the camp in at least a moon, maybe even two.” He was snarling at her, just as she snapped at him, both visibly at their last nerves. He looked absolutely strung out, even from their short argument while Ospreypaw was fetching Honeyteller.
Some of Amberstep’s wounds had started to bleed again, her movement displacing some of the cobwebs, and she pointedly ignored it while hissing at Mistwatcher. “There is absolutely no reason to deny my wishes. I am perfectly fine, even with a little bit of blood, and I must continue on with my duties rather than sit here and waste all of my time being bored to death.”
“There is a fine line you’re walking here, Elite, and you’re just about to cross over into the wrong area,” Mistwatcher snapped before turning to spot Honeyteller. “Just the cat I need right now! Please tell her that she has to calm down, sleep and heal. I doubt she’ll listen to any cat but you. Even Icetail wouldn’t be able to sway her, I’d bet.”

Soothawk felt a surge of relief go through him when Dandelionmilk agreed. He wasn't sure why he felt so relieved, but the fact that his embarrassment had been saved was reassuring. It certainly would have been disheartening to be rejected. The tabby tom gave the smaller she-cat a soft smile as she stood up. He was glad that she had agreed to join him. Hunting with a partner was always more fun, especially if a game was made out of it. The dark gray cat padded toward the entrance of camp, eager to set paw out into the territory.
