Smokefoot and Quietsong; He looked him. "Of course, she's not as helpless as she may seem. Small but yet somehow, mighty." Quietsong dragged the bird over, holding her head high so her prey didn't drag on the ground. "Welcome back." She nodded, and was pressed to Smokefoot's side again. He began walking, and she soon followed him, going a little bit slower because of the prey she was carrying.

Spiderfang just stared at Poppy for a moment, was the cat really worried about her getting in trouble that much? Even to turn down her offer? "Well it is true that you two will be scented on my fur but I can just say you were some stray cat that when I gave chase you ran. I think that would work fine if I cleaned myself off before padding into camp, it wouldn't get rid of the scent but it would lessen it." She told Poppy after some thought on the matter, glancing over to the other shecat as she spoke, she knew that the other cat would take her offer just like she did but Poppy, she didn't expect Poppy to be worried about her.

"Need help?" Forest asked, coming up on Quietsong's other side. He didn't want to make it seem like he thought the she-cat couldn't do it; he just wanted to help her like she helped him get into the Clan.
Silhouette watched the other cat closely. "If you roll in something gross - like toadstools or fox dung - it'll get rid of our scent completely. Of course that'll just raise a bunch of other questions." She said reluctantly, distrusting this clan cat.

Poppy; The small cat nodded slowly. "Okay... But don't get in trouble. And she gives a good point, just roll around in something, they never have to know!" Poppy became more perky now, her eyes slowly starting to light up in warmth and pleasure. She looked at Silhouette, and then at Spiderfang. I'm not dying! And not to mention that we're all helping each other and getting along... That's nice! Her fur was completely flat again, and she didn't look scared anymore. Her ears were calmly up, her stubby tail relaxed.
Smokefoot and Quietsong; She looked at him with her big eyes, nodding and holding it up just a bit higher so he could help. Holding her head up that high, her neck muscles strained tightly. Smokefoot watched the exchange, nodding to himself. We'll move a lot faster if she's able to walk without worrying about that.

Smiling, Forest grabbed the bird from her. Lifting his head up a bit, he was able to carry the bird easier. "Good catch." He mumbled around the feathers, careful not to swallow any.

Smokefoot and Quietsong; She looked up at him, gently nudging him and nodding. Thank you. Smokefoot watched the exchange, and then studied Forest's face with a focused look. He was staring to see if he had gotten what she was trying to express to him, even without her voice. I'm sure he did, I mean, he knows that she wouldn't talk. No cat would just ignore a compliment like that, either. he gave only the smallest of nods, turning forward. "Oh. We're here." He trotted into camp. "You two put that bird into the fresh-kill pile. I'll tell Snowstar we're back." She nodded, beginning to walk over.

Forest smiled at Quietsong best he could as they carried the large bird to the fresh-kill pile. Gently he placed the part he was carrying down and flicked his tail at the she-cat next to him. "Care to join me for a meal?" He asked, nearly blushing under his fur. Forest's gaze was warm as he looked at Quietsong, the mute. I just hope I can get her to speak. I bet she has a lovely voice.

Smokefoot and Quietsong; She considered it for a second, and then nodded quickly. Instead of looking over the food, Quietsong stared right at him for a while before blinking rapidly to clear her thoughts. He's being so nice to me. I wonder why... I hope he knows that just because I don't talk, he isn't obligated to be my friend... I don't want him thinking that he's being forced into anything, after all.

Forest blushed hard as Quietsong continued to stare at him. "What do you want to eat?" He asked, glancing towards the pile of fresh kill before looking back up at the she-cat.

Quietsong; She observed the fresh-kill and pulled out a plump squirrel. She held it up, staring at him with pleading eyes. I want to eat this. I love squirrels, they're my favorite. Light slowly started to stir in her eyes but it slowly diminished right back to their normal dullness.

Purring, Forest nodded to her. "That seems like a tasty squirrel!" He commented, flicking Quietsong's ear with his tail. "Now I'm new here. So where should we eat?" He asked, fluffing out his brown fur slightly.

Quietsong; She motioned with her head to follow her, and began walking to a quieter spot in camp, under the Highrock. Settling down, she gently set the squirrel down. Quietsong looked at Forest, and then sat down next to the prey, still staring up at him expectantly.

"You want me to take the first bite?" Forest asked as they settled down together. He wanted confirmation before chomping on the prey. It seems like she's already warming up to me... I think I really have a chance to get her to speak. Forest continued to smile at Quietsong. His jaw had begun to ache but he refused to break his grin.

Quietsong; The she-cat nodded, gently nudging it towards him. You deserve it, you're one special cat. You joined our clan, you should deserve to taste only the finest of our food first. Not to mention... I feel this weird feeling that I really want you to have the first bite. It's like I already like you. Wait... That's exactly what it is. Never mind.

Forest smiled before taking a bite. Forest flavors danced in his mouth along with a slight taste of ThunderClan. Trees and leaves and ferns... all mixed together into a beautiful scent. He thought, imagining their territory. Now that territory is mine too. And these cats are my clanmates. Forest began looking around camp and as they made their way back around, he kept his gaze on Quietsong. "It tastes amazing!" He exclaimed, pushing the squirrel closer to his new friend. And I have a mission. A mission to get Quietsong to speak.

Quietsong; The Siamese nodded quickly, taking a small bite out of it. It made sense why it was her favorite prey; the juicy meat filled her mouth with wonderful flavors. Quietsong loved to hunt, as well, so sometimes it reminded her of how she loved to feed the cats that she called her clan-mates. Even though she felt like a fish out of water most of the time, and as if she didn't belong after being gone for so long, she still refereed to them as clan-mates internally. She kept trying to get into that force of habit, of calling them her allies, but she never really felt it. Quietsong viewed the cats that she lived with, besides Smokefoot, to just be judging cats that would see her every failure.

Smiling, Forest took another bite of prey. "Now..." He began, starting off awkwardly, "You all have odd sorta names. Will I be getting one?" The former loner asked, hoping, but knowing he wouldn't, get a spoken response.

Quietsong; Biting off more than she could chew, the small cat nodded firmly. Sooner or later, it depends what you do to help around the clan.

Forest purred in pleasure. He loved his name and his mother had given it to him. But a new name with a new life sounded great to him. "I- erm." Forest began to speak, his voice a mere whisper. Should I say it? Well I already started so I guess it's too late now. "If you ever want to talk... about anything at all, let me know. But of course if you don't want to that's cool too. I'm overjoyed just being able to hang out with you." Forest smiled and hoped he hadn't upset Quietsong. That's the last thing I want!

Quietsong; She looked at him with huge eyes. They quickly became perplexed as the she-cat grew confused. Quietsong tilted her head in question. She pawed at her chest, not realizing how she was doing it though. I don't talk, though... I don't talk about anything... There's nothing to ever talk about. I enjoyed being with you too, though. Giving a small nod, she gently nudged against him happily.

"I will, they won't question me to much anyways, my clan knows I'm loyal." She mewed as she sat down on the grass, Spiderfang had completely calmed down now, her mind going from hostile to calm now. She didn't see much use in being more hostile to these two, they was clearly going to allow her to make sure they left and that was enough for her...though if they got snappy she wouldn't hesitate to match the sass.

Poppy; She nodded quickly. It must be nice to have the cats trust you that much, isn't it? Are they just one big family? I never really understood the large group of cats... But I'll assume for now. Poppy stared at Spiderfang with wondering eyes. A few blinks and they were back to normal. She looked at Silhouette, and then at Spiderfang again. You know... The clan cat is being rather nice to us. I wonder why... I mean, we're rouges. I'm not saying I don't appreciate it, I'm just confused.

Thanks!
Shadedfur lay nearly in the shade, waiting for someone to put her to an assignment, or at least stroke up a conversation. Today had been a long, dull day. Defiantly a lazy day for her.
Lightningfoot flexed his claws as he stopped outside of thunderclan camp. He had managed to break away from the afternoon hunting patrol so he could hunt on his own. He needed a good chase not some easy kill the patrol seemed to love so much, so he decided to go on the prowl for some nice rabbit, or crow, though he knew it would be harder to find. Lightningfoot began to trot over to an area of tall grass and large trees warmed by the sun, just what prey, and predators like him alike all loved, he knew something would be on there.
Redwing was resting by the river she tucked her front legs neatly underneath her and wrapped her tail around her. She sighed while in thought, looking at her reflection in the flowing water.
Windrunner was resting in the Warriors den, deep in sleep. Twitching a bit as if having a dream.
Echoeyes grand fully hoped across the stones that crossed the river. Once reaching the other side she padded happily into camp, her differently colored eyes glistening in the sun.

(( Sorry for the late reply! I was completely distracted this weekend e-e It was busy ))
Smokefoot; The Siamese tom left Snowstar's den, looking around camp in silence. Boredom tore at his mind, the feeling of lonesomeness being unfamiliar to him. Usually his sister, Quietsong, was always at his side. But she went off with another tom, leaving him for the time being. Sighing quietly, he tried not to let the feeling of jealousy bubble in him. After all; He was very protective over the ones he loved. Taking a deep breath, he looked around for someone to talk to, so he could take his mind off of Forest and Quietsong. Spotting Shadedfur, his eyes lit up and he trotted over. Calming himself before hand, he stopped by her. "Hey, Shadedfur."
Windwhisper; Trotting around the RiverClan camp, she gently put down what she had caught earlier after showing a few cats. It was a bass bigger than she had ever caught before. And she couldn't say that she wasn't overly happy to have caught it. The older warriors just purred in amusement, but some of the apprentices were impressed. Staring at it for a few seconds with pride gleaming in her eyes, she looked around the camp. Well shoot, what do I do now? She questioned, her ears and tail falling in disappointment.

((It's fine!
Shadedfur shoot herself from her thoughts and quickly looked up at Smokefoot, her sharp orange eyes focusing on the tom. She then bowed her head respectfully, and in greeting to him, "hello," she said with a purr. Shadedfur scooted over a bit, just incase he wanted to sit. She straightened up, "is there anything you need me to do? " She said while looking around camp a bit, she then looked back at Smokefoot, though her ears were flicking every which way. "Or are you just here to socialize," she joked with a gleam in her eye.
Echoeyes sighed before sitting at the entrance of the camp. She shook her matted, wet coat out to try and keep it from clumping. She looked around camp, seeing each of the cats in it socializing and doing jobs. She spotted a silver she cat trot into camp and place her catch in the prey pile. It was Windwhisper! She hadn't ever really started to socialize with the she cat until a few weeks ago. As always, Echoeyes was determined to make her her friend. She elegantly trotted over to the silver she cat and bowed her head and lifting her front left paw as a friendly hello, "hello," she said in a happy, yet shy voice.

Smokefoot; Seeing that she moved over, he sat down next to her. His tail curled around him, finally settling and just lying across his paws. Letting out a short purr of amusement. "Just here to socialize," He meowed, staring down at her with a friendly look in his eyes. "So... What's up?" He questioned, attempting to start conversation with one of the simplest openings ever created.
Windwhisper; Windwhisper looked over at Echoeyes, and the relief set in her head. She was no longer standing out like a sore thumb. Her bright green eyes settled on the other she-cat. "Hello, Echoeyes." She greeted, nodding her head to the other cat calmly. Her extra energy had melted away from her kit-like playing earlier, so she had gotten her grace and pleasant personality back. She wasn't sure where the burst had come from, but she did know that it made her feel like a kit to be playing in the water like that.
