Quietsong and Smokefoot; The She-cat scoffed. "Of course not. We're clan cats here." She motioned around with her tail. "This is ThunderClan. The cats that brought you here are part of the clan, as all of us are, except for you, of course. If you'd like to join us, we'd be happy to have you, though." Smokefoot looked at the she-cat with wide eyes. "That's a bold statement for a cat you just met." "We did the same for your parents, and look where that got us. My offer stands." "What if he's dangerous?" "A good fighter; A wonderful asset to have when dealing with ShadowClan." Smokefoot was gaping at her, and she simply smiled. "Smokefoot, you must learn to trust even if whom you are trusting is unknown. We accept all; Every life has worth, and we are willing to support that life." He grumbled in agreement, flicking his tail and looking away.

Forest looked at the she-cat with wide eyes. The brown tom secretly agreed with Smokefoot. How could they trust a loner they just met? Nevertheless, his eyes seemed to glow with happiness at the offer. If I join, I lose my freedom. But I'd have the friends I've always wanted! Forest realized how lonely he was. Never had he been with a cat for too long. Taking a deep breath he said, "I'd love to join your Clan."

Quietsong and Smokefoot; Smokefoot's jaw dropped. Seriously? You're really willing to drop everything like that to join a clan you just met? The she-cat nodded, her muscles relaxing. "Wonderful! I'm Snowstar, the leader of ThunderClan. Obviously I'm going to have to introduce you to the clan, but I can have these two show you around first, if you would like." She motioned to the siblings.

"Hello Snowstar, and thank you." Forest smiled at the she-cat and blinked his forest-green eyes. "That would be wonderful." He responded, nodding to the siblings.

Quitetsong and Smokefoot; Snowstar gave one firm nod. "Well, then they will show you around. Smokefoot, I expect you to be respectful and kind to our new clanmate." He bowed his head. "Yes, Snowstar..." "Quietsong, you keep doing what you're doing. See if you can hunt a little while you're out there." She nodded. "If not, it's alright. I'm sending out a patrol soon." Another quiet nod. "Wonderful. Thank you for joining us, and I hope that you like it here!" She smiled at Forest.

"I'm sure I'll love it here." Forest purred and dipped his head respectfully. Then he turned to the siblings and smiled, his eyes a bit warmer as he focused on Quietsong. I wonder if something is wrong with her? Did something happen? Maybe she is just shy. Shaking off the thoughts he once again focused on the two cats in front of him. "Lead the way."

Quietsong and Smokefoot; "Follow us, then." He began trotting away, Quietsong following quickly. "So, as you can probably tell, this is our camp. Everyone usually stays here in their free time. The whole territory's big, so we'll let you explore around camp when we get back. How much of it have you already seen?"

Spiderfang didn't respond for a moment, wondering if she really heard the newer shecat correct. 'Did she really just address me as if I was a mere kit?' She thought then let a growl escape her. "If some random cat was invading your territory I'm sure you would act just as hostile, though you rouges have no morals." She sneered and lashed her tail. "If you want to fight I'll gladly take up the challenge."

Poppy; The small she-cat looked between them. "Are you saying we don't have discipline?" She questioned, the fur on the back of her neck falling back down. "Why do you speak and refer to us as if we're another species? We're still cats; Just because we're not in a clan doesn't mean that we're in any lower status than you. Don't degrade those who are not you." Poppy meowed, staring at Spiderfang with pointed eyes. The small cat wasn't very intimidating, but she didn't like the way the words came out of the other cat's mouths. "And you." She looked at Silhouette. "You're not any better, you're just in reverse. And I'm not a kit, you know, no matter how small I am! I would've gotten away, or fought. I learned to defend myself, you know. So can we please all just calm down? I'll leave. I can't guarantee for her but I will. I don't want to fight, I just wanted to eat." She took a deep breath after talking like that. And then she realized what she had done. "M-Mouse dung... Please don't hurt me."

"Not much. I remember scenting the edge of your territory but I don't remember much after that." Forest answered honestly, looking at Smokefoot as he responded. "Thank you for showing me around by the way."
Silhouette didn't even blink as the small she-cat yelled at her and the clan cat. Purring with amusement, she watched as the she-cat grew frightful again after her episode. "Why would I hurt you? I put myself in danger to save your life if necessary." The black cat grew almost bored of the conversation but stood her ground.

Quietsong and Smokefoot; He nodded to him. "No problem." He began trotting deeper into the territory, pointing out special points to him. He stopped at the ShadowClan border. "This is one of our bordering clans, ShadowClan. They're really fierce, and aren't afraid to attack if someone even steps a paw over-Real funny, Quietsong--" She had one paw over the border line. Smokefoot was not amused. "I wouldn't take one of them on alone."

Forest purred in amusement as Quietsong stepped over the border. "ShadowClan better not mess with us. I have a few loner tricks that could do them in." He growled, heeding Smokefoot's words seriously. The dark pine forest seemed to be full of shadowy figures and made the former loner shiver. "I will be sure to stay on our side of the border." He meowed, nodding to Smokefoot.

Quietsong and Smokefoot; Quietsong backed away from the border after putting her paw over. She was watching the conversation. Smokefoot nodded. "Good plan. They won't bother you if you don't bother them. They're like bees." He began walking back into the ThunderClan territory, and starting to go to Four Trees. Quietsong gently nudged him and pointed her nose out into the forest. "What?" She sighed quietly and fell into a hunting crouch. "Oh, okay. You'll catch up?" She nodded. "Good luck." She nodded again before running off. He continued walking casually.

Forest followed the tom as they left the smaller she-cat behind. "Urm... I apologize if this is personal in any way... but why is Quietsong so, well, so quiet?" He asked, looking sympathetically where the she-cat had vanished.

Spiderfang smirked at the shecat's outburst, her ear twitching once in amusement. "Well then, someone got feisty all of a sudden." She meowed in amusement, her attitude or body language didn't change to much but she didn't seem as eager to attack Poppy. "Are you truly going to leave this territory at once?" She asked, glaring at the other shecat's words, Poppy she might let go on her way but Silhouette, she was a whole other matter.

Silhouette looked over at Poppy and waited for her to respond to the clan cat. She was amused by both of the cats' reactions so far and intended on staying as long as she could without getting shredded.

Poppy; The small cat nodded quickly. "I really don't want to be attacked, I know there's more of you. And to answer your question..." She looked at Silhouette. "I don't know how hostile you may be. I already know she might as well attack me. But..." Poppy sighed. "I just really don't want to die."
Quietsong and Smokefoot; He looked at him. "Don't tell her I told you this story, and please don't mention it to her at all. When we were merrily kits, only five moons old, a pack of rouges attacked the camp. We didn't know who they were or where they had come from; But they had blood on their scent. We were told to hide in the nursery, which we did, and we were told everything would be fine. But it wasn't fine in the end. They had broken into the nursery and killed our mother right in front of us. Quietsong and I had been planning to venture out into the open for a while, since our mother was overprotective and didn't let us leave camp. So we built a small tunnel. I tried to escape through it with her, but we couldn't both go fast enough. I can remember her crying for me when a rouge forcibly took her away from the nursery, and away from the camp. She refuses to tell me what happened with the rouges. But I do know that they threatened to cut off her tongue if she wouldn't be quiet. I thought I'd never see her again..." His tail drooped. Obviously the memory was hard for him to bear. "But the second moon of me being a warrior... She limped into camp, completely torn up. I recognized my sister, and I tried to talk to her but she said nothing. Turns out that the group had done some pretty terrible things to her, and she was traumatized into being completely mute so she wouldn't share the events. Well, not completely. She can talk, but when she does, it freaks her out. The last thing she said to me was when we were reunited and she was given a warrior name. All she said was, "I missed you." And she was back to being quiet. Ironically that was in her name. Rumor has it that she told Snowstar what happened with the pack, but I haven't asked. I don't want to know what happened to her, what matters is that she's safe now." Smokefoot took a deep breath. "Long story short; She's traumatized from being taken as a kit and being tortured into some weird rouge society which she managed to escape from."

Spiderfang nodded as she looked at Poppy. "I can let you go this one time I guess, I really shouldn't though. If you both will leave without any problems and agree to let me escort you out." She meowed, not looking so hostile anymore. She still didn't feel at ease with these cats but at least she knew that one of them was going to leave without to much of a fuss

Poppy; She paused, looking between them. She stopped at Spiderfang, the gears spinning in her mind. She wasn't sure if she wanted to benefit herself, or benefit her. Poppy knew their scent would probably be on her fur; They would know that she had let them go. But on the other paw, being let go would mean she could go home with a full stomach. She was faced with a decision, and she took a deep breath. "If you... If you're not supposed to let us go, what are you supposed to do? I don't want you to get in trouble, and our scent will be on your fur." She was looking at her with guilty eyes. I'm Just being a nice cat. I'm being a nice cat. I'm nice. Okay.

Silhouette's eyes widened at her fellow loner's response. "Why wouldn't you take the offer?" She hissed in surprise. Turning to the clan cat she dipped her head. "We will take the offer." She growled, sticking her nose up in the air. It's better to give in than fight. I'd end up having to protect Poppy if she is as weak as she seems. I sure hope she isn't.
Forest stared in shock at Smokefoot. "I'm so sorry." He finally meowed after several quiet seconds. "And don't worry. I won't mention anything to her." The former loner dipped his head and stared at his paws for a minute. That poor thing. She is so sweet! Maybe I can help her. Yah, that's what I'll do. With a new mission ahead of him, Forest felt better. "I'll do everything I can to help her." He vowed, smiling at Smokefoot.

Quietsong and Smokefoot; He waved his tail. "Ah, it's okay. It's all over now." He paused. "But thank you, Forest, help would... Help would mean a lot. To us both." He looked at him, a small smile on his face. "If you can get her to talk to you, though, you'd be a miracle worker. Don't get your hopes too high."

Smokefoot and Quietsong; He gave a purr of slight amusement, but did admire the optimism of the statement. I'm rooting for you, but my doubts are high. I'm begging you to prove me wrong, that you'll be able to make her talk one day. And this time it won't be one of my dreams, if you succeed. "That little island thingies over there is Four Trees. Once a moon, the clans gather there with some of their warriors and apprentices to talk." He pointed with his nose.

Forest nodded silently, thinking about what his companion said. He waved his brown tail in slight excitement at the mere thought of meeting more cats. "So you're allowed to talk to the other Clans then? Are friends allowed or are you supposed to keep to your own Clan?" He questioned, eyes glittering with pleasure. There's so much I don't know or never even wished to know. I'm so glad I was captured by these two cats.

Smokefoot and Quietsong; He nodded. "Exactly! We're allowed to have friends, but not romances. Even though that happens often. Peace is supposed to be at a gathering; Attacking another cat can result in great punishment. So we do get to make friends without judgement during that time. It's a lot of fun, you'll enjoy it!"

"It sounds fun!" Forest meowed gleefully, looking forward to the gathering of all four Clans. The romance part would be tricky. The former loner was always allowed to love whoever his heart chose. Now his heart was confined to one camp and one Clan. I'll have to deal with it though. Besides... Quietsong is cute. And sweet. Maybe I'll end up falling for her. Forest purred at the warm and happy thought.

Smokefoot and Quietsong; After a moment of thinking, the Tom nodded. "It is. And if I have my facts straight, the next one is pretty soon. I'll have to ask Snowstar." He looked at the sky. "Speaking of, we haven't seen all of our territory, but we did get through most of it. It's also going to get dark soon; We aught to get back."

Forest felt his whole body fill with excitement. This is such a weird feeling, liking cats around me. Sure it got lonely but... I never thought I'd enjoy this as much as I already am! With those thoughts in his head, the former loner purred enthusiastically. "I can't wait to go to a gathering. It seems like a great experience." He took one last look at the gathering area before turning away. "Should we fetch Quietsong before we return?" Forest questioned, starting to worry about the mute she-cat.

Smokefoot and Quietsong; Smokefoot nodded. "I don't know exactly where she is, though, so that might be our first problem. Although, she should be close by..." He cleared his throat and yowled her name loudly. Her ears perked up from her kill, and she was dragging The large bird by the wing.
