Lilypaw's face flashed with something akin to hurt when the she-cat already began asking about her own well being. "I'm fine.." She spoke softly, finding that she was unable to meet the other she-cat's gaze. Only it was much different than the usual reason as to why she did. Minkpaw was worried about he as soon as she woke up? How selfless.. Even though she wasn't the one that was on StarClan's way for a moment there. "E-Enough about me..! What about you? How are you feeling?"

"Oh...well that's good," she sighed with relief. "I guess I'm fine. I feel fine, besides this pain in my leg." She relaxed, knowing that Lilypaw was safe and no one else would get hurt.

Lilypaw couldn't help but feel a sense of relief to hear Minkpaw speak casually again. Granted, the shy apprentice never really spoke with the other she-cat but after the day they had.. it was quite the introduction to say the least. "Is it only you're leg that hurts?" She asked, worry edged in her voice. If anything, the she-cat wanted to know for sure it was only that. Fear of it being anything more was something she couldn't handle.

Spiderface looked up from where he was working in the corner of the den. "The poison has most likely been expelled from your body," he said. "The only problem now is the wound itself. It will definitely be sore for awhile, but you can still walk around if you want...but don't leave the camp." He then returned to sorting his supplies and tidying up.
Minkpaw made a disappointed face. "I should at least make up for the prey we didn't catch..." she mewed.

Lilypaw listened to the medicine cat rather intently, her amber eyes showing small glimmers of hope. In the end, she was just glad to hear that Minkpaw wouldn't suffer too much since she could still use her leg. That was the greatest joy to know. "D-Don't be too disappointed.." The she-cat tried to comfort as she came only a bit closer in an attempt to make the other apprentice feel somewhat better. "You can just make it up when y-you're better!"

Minkpaw eased a little bit. "Fiiiine," she sighed, slumping down in her nest. A moment later, she sprung back up, wincing from the pain in her leg. "I at least want to walk around camp though!" she exclaimed, a sort of mischievous gleam to her eye. Although her leg was sore and hurt when she moved, she was bored and didn't want to stay cooped up in the den.
"Alright then, but let me take the cobwebs off and check the wound first." Spiderface mewed, trying to act authoritatively. He went over to Minkpaw and carefully peeled the cobwebs off of her leg. Two holes pierced in the skin were visible, but they appeared to be closing up and healing. "It'll probably scar, but otherwise the wound doesn't seem to be infected."
