"So where should we hunt?" Featherdawn asked him. She had a few places in mind but wanted to hear his opinion.

Silversky considered his options, "Hmmm I don't mind where we go, any place is good to me." He smiled and flicked his tail, he walked a few paces forwards infront of the she cat then stops, as he waited.

"All right." Featherdawn begins to pad forward and starts going straight. They could hunt by the river usually that was a good place to find prey.

Silversky headed towards the river, even though it was a bit chilly today. He looked up at the pines that towered over them. he then look to the she cat and mewed, "It ganna be cold... it a little chillier today." Smiling, as he padded on he stopped for a quick second and shook out his fur before continuing.

"Good thing I have thick fur." Featherdawn mewed as she walked with him. That was one benefit with having long fur. "lthough it becomes a pain when it gets wet. Say do you think it will snow?"

(would you rather practice hunting or fighting?)
OrchardStar stepped out of her den after a quick nap, and stretched, yawning. glancing around, she wondered where her apprentice bramblepaw went, and whether or not he was ready for some training. not seeing him anywhere, the she cat decides to go check the apprentice den to see if he was hiding out in there.

{ fighting is fine! c: }
>> It felt as if all the other apprentices had left their shared den; after all, Bramblepaw was able to lay himself out comfortably, without bothering anyone else. Of course, this was probably just because he was the only apprentice who slept in. "How embarrassing..." He grumbled quietly to himself as he lifted himself up from his resting spot, awkwardly shifting in his small space in order to curl up and groom himself for a moment or two. Once he decided he look decent enough, he crawled out of the den with a weary sigh, his tail drooping behind him as he gave the camp a meek glance. When he caught sight of Orchardstar, Bramblepaw felt a twinge of panic as he straighted up the best he could, hoping his mentor wouldn't be upset with him. "Good morning..."

"did you oversleep?" OrchardStar asked as she approached her apprentice. it was obvious that he had, as his fur was still messed up slightly from being in his nest. with a quiet sigh, the leader shook her head a little. "come on, we have training to do." she meowed.
LightBringer watched over her kits as they played by the queens den, purring softly. she was pleased that they all seemed to be healthy and happy, and she was eager to teach them more about the clan life.

>> He offered nothing but a guilty flick of his ears, already picking up on what he thought was a disappointed tone from his mentor. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to." Bramblepaw apologized softly, sounding like a kit who had been caught causing trouble. "Yes, ma'am." Following after his leader without saying another word, the bulky tom felt his fur burning with embarrassment at such a small mistake, yet he still appeared calm and stoic on the outside.

{ here's a reply for Lightbringer too! }
>> "They're growing up so quickly, aren't they?" Dovefeather, curled up alongside Olivekit, murmured to her fellow queen, having been peeking at their playful kits. "Before you know it, they'll be getting their warrior ceremony." She let out a purr of amusement, her eyes blinking sleepily as she shifted slightly, causing her kit to began whining. "Hush, hush, I'm here."

OrchardStar led the way to their training hollow, and, once there, turned to face her apprentice. "what is your worst fear, bramblepaw? dogs? badgers? foxes?" the leader and mentor asked. she was looking to find that one enemy, that scared him. and teach him the moves to easily win a battle against this enemy. whether it be dog, or even another cat.
LightBringer chuckled. "yea, its amazing how fast they grow." she mewed in response. she kept a careful eye on blossomkit, as she seemed to not want to play as much.
BlossomKit broke away from her littermates, and padded over to olivekit, and dovefeather. "can i show olivekit some hunting stuff?" she asks dovefeather politely, not wanting to get anyone in any trouble.

>> Such a chilling question flustered Bramblepaw. What was he afraid of? Plenty of things popped into his mind: stepping on thorns while hunting, squeezing into small spaces, fearing that his Clanmates wouldn't take account of him...there was plenty of things that scared him. However, he knew just what sort of enemy his mentor was talking about, and he felt rather silly for considering her question so deeply. "Dogs are definitely horrible. If anything, I'm not a big fan of them." He answered, tensing up at the thought.
>> "Very true. It's best to cherish how silly they are now, they'll never be quite the same again." The she-cat pondered, almost to herself as she eyed Cloudkit with a saddened expression; it quickly disappeared once Blossomkit came up to her, and Dovefeather purred admiringly at the kit's polite nature. "That's all right with me." She turned to look at her son, as if prompting him for his answer.
>> Olivekit wasn't one on exploring or playing, not like his brother. There were lots of things that frightened him, but being with his mother was one of the only places he felt completely safe and sound. When Blossomkit padded towards them to ask if he could go with her, he had already set his mind to a definite no. But seeing how kindly his mother looked over at him, he supposed it wouldn't be that bad. "Okay..." Olivekit hesitated, but agreed nonetheless. Picking himself up, he wobbled out of the comfort of the den to meet Blossomkit, albeit timidly.

OrchardStar nodded. "what is the best solution when facing a dog?" the mentor asked. Ideally, if it was just one dog, the best thing to do would be to run, and get into a tree. dogs couldnt climb the way the clan cats could, and it gave them a vantage point. luckily, as of yet, no dogs had made an appearance in the clan's territory. but it was still something they prepared for.
LightBringer purred again as she saw BlossomKit engage with dovefeather's kit, happy that she was making friends. she knew that, like olivekit, blossomkit wasnt very adventurous. she wasnt a fighter, more of a medicine cat type. maybe thats how things would turn out for her. the queen thought.
BlossomKit glanced around, and found a few leaves they could practice on. "we'll use these to practice on" she mewed to the young tom. she could tell he was nervous, so she took things easy. "here. crouch down like this" the young she-kit crouched, keeping her tail out behind her, and held it as she turned her head to watch OliveKit

( Heather Chandler sure!) DuskPelt yawned, and stretched, glancing around for someone to go on patrol with. Spotting echodawn, the she-cat padded over, and dipped her head in greeting. "hey echodawn! want to go on a quick patrol?" she asked, flicking her tail tip back and forth

Echodawn was sitting in camp, a little bored. She wanted to do something but it looked as though everyone else was busy. "I'd love to go on a patrol," she said when Duskpelt walked up to her, happy that she now had something to do. The silver she-cat stood up and started to walk out of camp.
