With a purr, DuskPelt followed after the other she-cat happily. as they reached the camp entrance, she was quiet for the moment. "what do you think of LightBringer and DoveFeather's kits?" she asked, wondering what the other warriors thought of the youngsters. she already had an apprentice, and doubted that she could handle more than one, but she could always dream.

(yup! we will also have a border patrol page so all patrols will be on the same page so any encounters will be easier to carry out.)
OrchardStar nodded. "good. climbing a tree is the best way to get away. and if you are in a large enough group, you may be able to fend it off. what are its weak points?" the leader asks her apprentice, as she watches him carefully.
BlossomKit purred, and then leaped onto the nearest leaf. "that!" she exclaimed. sitting down, she nodded to the tom. "now you try!"

On her way back to camp, Echodawn caught the scent of a mouse. She dropped to a hunting crouch and slowly but surely moved toward it. She pounced, landing on the mouse's neck. She reached down to bite the mouse's neck when she realized that it had already broken from the impact. |

DuskPelt watched her clan mate make a quick kill, when suddenly she catches the scent of a vole nearby. dropping into a hunters crouch, she pinpoints where the creature is, before pouncing. her paw lands on its back and she reaches down and dispatches it with a quick killing bite.

OrchardStar approached emeraldsky with a polite greeting. "emeraldsky, i will be looking for mentors for the kits, when the time comes. if you are willing, id like for you to take on one of the kits" the leader told the tom calmly.

"Nice catch," Echodawn told Duskpelt as she gently picked up the mouse and carried it in her jaws. They were close to camp and Echodawn didn't catch the scent of any other prey on the way back. She set the mouse down on the fresh-kill pile. |
