 INTRODUCTIONYou walk into the forest, weary of the cats following you. It's rough out there for you. You can barely get a scrap to eat and the other cats are always at your throat. You can't change who you are and by this point you're wondering if they're right about you. Then you hear a rustle in the bushes. A large, black and white tom appears out of the bushes. He looks friendly and he starts purring when he sees you. "Why, hello there, little cat. You're pretty cute," he purrs. "And you seem a little worse for wear. Why don't you come back to my Clan with me and we can talk."Clan History
PrideClan was established by Eightstar, a leader from long ago. Eightstar was a great cat who unfortunately lost his life fighting with other cats. In an attempt to save the cats he loved from the same fate, he reached out to Redstar. Redstar was a cat that had been very close to Eightstar. Redstar dreamed of Eightstar and Eightstar told Redstar to gather all the cats he could find and take them to a home they had always dreamed of. After his dream, Redstar lead the cats to their new home where they have lived safely. Now Duskstar carries on their legacy by continually training and welcoming new cats into the Clan.THE TERRITORYThe cats live in a forest that borders the edge of a small suburb. The forest area is generally pretty safe, however, being so close to humans can be a bit of a problem. There are dogs loose sometimes and the occasional human walking around looking for trouble. The edge of the territory is headed off by a larger stream that bottlenecks up towards the human homes.The camp farther away near the stream. It's not too close because the humans tend to wander towards the stream to take a look at nature or something. The camp is contained inside of a grove that is very hard for humans to enter and they don't even know it exists. The grove opens up into a clearing that is full of wildflowers of all colors and sizes. The cats of the Clan love to pick the flowers and line their nests and the dens with them.
The place where the cats go to consult with StarClan is the Starpool. The starpool is a human fountain near the town square of the suburb. The cats sit on the edge of the fountain and touch their noses to the water in order to communicate with StarClan. This is where Redstar got his first vision from Eightstar.CLAN NEWSIt was made just now.

Fishspot: A tall white tom with splotches of light gray and ginger scattered about his fur in a calico-esque fashion. He has olive colored eyes, and legs that are fairly long for his body that's built lithely, though he's not necessarily much taller than the average tomcat. His fur is short and bits of it are lightened with premature gray hairs- he tries near obsessively to keep his pelt fairly groomed but it rarely is.He was made medicine cat after a nasty fall from a tree that left his front leg awkwardly twisted. He had to learn the ropes quickly as he was already a very young warrior at the time, but in the end he fit the role fairly well. He tries his best to be polite and even cordial, but often loses certain manners as he's almost constantly tired and stressed. Ottersplash: A sleek, skinny "she-cat" who belongs to the Siamese breed. As she was a former kittypet, her bloodline is purely Siamese. Of course, you could probably see that just with a glance. The base color of her thin pelt is cream, but she has a darker mask covering her eyes and snout, darker ears, a darker tail, and four darker paws. Her eyes are narrow and sharp, an amber-gold in color. A worn purple collar hangs relatively loosely from her neck. There used to be a yellow bell that jingled with every step she took, but it's been ripped off ages ago, thank StarClan. She is genderqueer but uses she/her pronouns. She is homoromantic and asexual. Bobbytail: Bobbytail is an abyssinian tabby cross with signature brown fur and faded gray tabby markings, along with slightly shorter ears and legs for her breed. Her tail is crooked and cut off midway after an encounter with a hawk as a young kit, though she's long grown used to the disability and is mostly well balanced (a notoriously bad tree-climber though). Her eyes are light green. Bobbytail isn't native to the clan, but has been there since she was the age of the typical apprentice. She can be somewhat argumentative (occasionally without meaning to be), and tends to over-analyze everyone's words and actions. She can be playful and will easily loosen up around strangers, though no matter how close she gets, she tends to have bouts of getting herself lost in her own head. Honeydawn: Honeydawn is a medium sized cinnamon calico she-cat with sharp hazel eyes. Her chest, muzzle, and paws are splashed with a clear white while the rest of her body is coated with a mixture of lighter and darker browns, oranges, and blacks. She also has russet colored tabby markings on her face and front paws, giving her a distinctive look. Being a domestic longhair, her pelt can get quite matted and tangled, which annoys her to no end. Honeydawn normally likes to spend a good bulk of her mornings attempting to groom her coat until it is mud and burr free, believing that she must look her best no matter the occasion. Don't be fooled by her looks through, as this molly can be downright rude, snappy, and inconsiderate, especially when she is feeling rather impatient. Russetcloud: Russetcloud is a thick furred russet cat with a lighter patch covering each eye and toes. Russetcloud's tail is tipped with white as are its ears and muzzle. Their nose and pads are salmon, as is a small scar covering their chest. A snowy white patch covers its chest and left eye and has long whiskers. Russetcloud has long legs, muscled body, and broad shoulders. Russetcloud has sharp teeth. Two pine green eyes are what finishes off Russetcloud's looks. They use they/them pronouns. Sootsplash: Sootsplash is a long, thick furred grey tom with black speckles and white muzzle. His left ear is torn and he has a dark grey patch on his chest. His toes are tipped black and he has a small scar on his hindquarters. Sootsplash has a grey nose and pads, a scar covering his left eye. He has dark icy blue eyes. He is homoromantic and gay. Dapplestorm: A black tomcat with a handful of small, ginger-brown specks on his upper back and shoulders. He has piercing, ice blue eyes and soft, smooth fur. His tail is fairly short, almost like a bobcat's. Dapplestorm has a fairly moody demeanor and is known to be somewhat mistrustful and reserved. He is extremely protective of his clanmates, especially his sister, Leafsplash, and tends to respond to outsiders with open hostility. He prefers to keep other cats at a distance and is reluctant to get close to others. He tends to jump to conclusions and trusts his own judgement and instincts over the word of others, even when that gets him into trouble. He has a soft spot for kits, although he doesn't show it. Stonefleck: A light gray fur with a white chest and underbelly. He has bright green eyes and a average looking build. Stonefleck is kind and caring type of tom. Stonefleck can be a little sensative, but hides it pretty well. Due to his past, he is slowly learning to open up and to love himself. Stonefleck was bullied and harassed in his previous clan because of his preference. After a really bad day he ran away and never looked back. Vixenfrost: A light ginger fur with bit of red and orange mixed in. She has white spot on her chest and mouth. She has green eyes. Vixenfrost is spunky, outgoing and cunning. She often acts as if nothing ever bothers her. She is quick on her paws and likes to use her wits out outsmart a enemy. She can be moody and will lash out at others. Behind her tough exterior is a lonely and self doubting cat who is looking for someone to love and to lean on. She is biromantic and bisexual. Talonfrost: A light tabby tom with dark brown stripes and a fluffy tail. His eyes are green and his paws and tail-tip is white. Talk frost has one blind eyes with a scar over it which is his left eyes. One of his ear is torn, while the other has nicks. Talon frost is tall and has a muscular base and an athletic one. Her unchanging traits are her extreme care and nurturing; she absolutely adores kits, and acts motherly to almost everyone she meets at some point in time. She is incredibly determined to do things right for her and other cats, however does have anxiety and low moods, which can sometimes get in the way of this. She's loyal and sweet towards her friends and will fight for them with her life if need be. Snailpaw: A rather large young cat (for an apprentice) with a stocky and muscular build. Living up to his name, of course, he's defensive and bulky, but not exactly quick or agile. QueensMaplelight: A long-legged, reddish-brown tabby she-cat. She has amber eyes and silky fur. Having grown up as a pampered pet, Maplelight can be somewhat petulant. She tends to like things her way and to be uneasy with change. She expects things to come easily for her, for everything she wants to be handed to her, and she's confused and stressed out by challenges. The danger involved in clan life appalls her at times. However, she is also extremely crafty and motivated, and she joined despite her discomfort to guarantee the survival of her unborn kits. Some cats may regard her as weak-willed or soft, but once she gives birth and her kits are out of the nursery, she plans on showing them just how far determination can get her. She was raised as a kittypet, but when her owners moved, they left her behind, and the new homeowners drove her away. She found PrideClan pregnant and lost, and despite her reservations about the brutality of living in the wild, she joined to guarantee that she would be able to take care of herself throughout the pregnancy and feed her kits someday.

When he was alive, he took his responsibilities as both one of the clan's older warriors and a mentor very seriously. Drizzlefall tends to follow the "work first, play later" philosophy and prefers not to goof off when he has responsibilities to take care of. He's always been very ambitious amd driven, and when he was alive, he was hoping to one day make deputy and serve his clan. (Although he respects Duskstar and Beetlewing a lot.) I really wish starting wasn't so hard lol)
Lightheart twitched his ears at the sound of bird calls and he slowly blinked his eyes open. His legs still felt heavy with the ache of needing more sleep, but nonetheless forced himself to his paws. He considered stretching then and there, but stepped lightly out of the warrior's den before extending his front paws forward and lowering his shoulders; no chance of bumping into and waking another warrior while out here. His jaws opened with a yawn as he glanced around the hardly lit camp. It wasn't quite time for the morning patrol to head out yet, but it wouldn't be long.

Gingerheart woke up soon enough to see Lightheart's tail slip out of the warriors' den, but he didn't have enough consciousness to process it. He let out a big yawn and stood up and shook out his fur before slipping out of the den. He crouched to stretch long and hard, resulting in a mrrrow when he finished. Gingerheart spotted Lightheart nearby, and he flicked his tail-tip in greeting. "Morning."

(Alright. All are added. Also Silverowl is going to be the deputy since they will help me co-mod the rp.) (oh also Nochi i think we're going to stick with typical warrior naming conventions. however, if you want to have a half loner/pet name and add a warrior suffix im cool with that as well) Duskstar was sitting outside his den, cleaning his fur. He took great pride in his fur coat since he liked to think it made him more popular among the Clan--and potential mates. Once he finished his bath, he stretched out a bit and started to check on things around camp. |

(I'll keep all cats rp'd by the same person, if they're in the same category [i.e. all your warriors], grouped together so you can all find your cats easier as well. Cats will be alphabetized by User Name.)

Lightheart turned his head to face where the other warrior had emerged from the den a few moments behind him. He gave a quick flick of his tail in adknolwagement before turning his attention back to the camp's entrance. Hunger was biting at his stomach and he was itching to get on with the patrol to sooner subside his hunger. "Are you ready to go?" He asked, turning towards Gingerheart. He took a glance back towards the warrior's den. "And wasn't there another who was supposed to join us? "
