"Sorry!" Mistheart lowered her head. She followed them out, taking in a deep breath of fresh air. She loved to look at the nature around them. Mist smelled for any prey, though she knew it was unlikely so close to camp. Still, you never know. All she heard was the soft crunching of leaves around her.

Appearance: A black tomcat with a handful of small, ginger-brown specks on his upper back and shoulders. He has piercing, ice blue eyes and soft, smooth fur. His tail is fairly short, almost like a bobcat's. Dapplestorm has a fairly moody demeanor and is known to be somewhat mistrustful and reserved. He is extremely protective of his clanmates, especially his sister, Leafsplash, and tends to respond to outsiders with open hostility. He prefers to keep other cats at a distance and is reluctant to get close to others. He tends to jump to conclusions and trusts his own judgement and instincts over the word of others, even when that gets him into trouble. He has a soft spot for kits, although he doesn't show it.

Lightheard set the pace to a jog, trying to get them to the stream as quickly as possible. He took a glance over his shoulder as they made their way through the regrowing grass and weeds. Picking up on Mistheart's attempts to track prey, he stopped just once the stream's steady flow was in earshot. "Why don't you branch off while Gingerheart and I check the border line for any unknown scents?" He suggested with a wave of his tail.
(I hope you don't mind Ginger, but I'll just assume Gingerheart is staying around Light for this ;; )
