it felt weried asking somecat for help because she didn't do it often she took pride in her independence. but not asking for Dawnrunners help wasn't a option.

Emberclaw spotted Snowfall returning with her catch. He added his recent prey to his own pile now making it two voles and a thrush.
Breezecloud gave a playfully stern look at the tom, "So now my den will become a hiding spot from warrior duties?" Hearing Swiftdawn approach the she-cat turned her head and nodded in greeting.

She set her catch by Emberclaw's pile, greeting him quietly before turnin as a mouse's scent filled her nose. With perked ears and frosty eyes fixed on the nearby rodent, she dropped into her crouch again and lunged, but at the last moment, it scurried away. She landed roughly, reopening the scar on her cheek, and grunting in a pained manner.

Dawnchaser bowed his head at Snowbreeze ,"Wait for me SwiftDawn."He was tad reluctant to go but quickly caught up with the She-cat.

"I-I'm alright." She stuttered, embarrassed by the action, especially in front of the clan's deputy. "Silly mistake is all. I'll make up for the loss." She offered a smile, then looked around. "I thought I smelled some herbs nearby too, horsetail, perhaps?" Her gaze continued to scan the surroundings, ears twitching at birds chirping within the forest.

"Don't worry about it. I'd much rather catch prey and pick some herbs for the clan before I do anything about it." She replied, moving to turn towards the herbs. "Should we go pick some, then?"

Emberclaw nodded though he still felt a some worry for the matter. He stepped aside, sweeping his tail in a gesture to let the she-cat go first.

She began to quietly trot before him, following the faint scent until it grew stronger. Able to recognize the tall, bristly-stemmed plant in a marshier area of the clearing. Dipping her head a little, the she-cat began to pick as many as she could fit into her mouth, glancing at the deputy.

Dawnchaser nodded "That's perfectly fine with me now tell me what you have in mind."He figured out what he'll he want later but now he was all ears on what Swiftdawn wanted him to do for her.

"i need help plant poppy seed in the prey Sandwish and Spottedbark already suspect me but not you" she meowed calmy "i'll pick up the poppy seeds cause we cant get them from the medicine den cause its being used now" She added hoping that he would understand she walked off to collect poppy seeds.

Emberclaw kept his eyes glancing across the meadow, making sure nothing harmful could be around. Satisfied when he found nothing, he repeated the action of the white she-cat, grabbing fewer though so some would remain to grow.

"Can you manage to carry the prey?" She asked in between all the herbs as she began to pad back towards their prey. She managed to pick up her rabbit by the ear, managing to keep it in between her teeth with all the herbs. Her icy blue eyes were focused on the tom, almost admiringly, but then she shifted to try and fit one of his catches, wanting to help him out.

Dawnchaser sat down next to trunk of tree to wait for SwiftDawn.He was clueless when it came to herbs.For while he sat there in deep thought trying to recall what effect poppy seeds had.With a shrug he brushed off the thought it wasn't like Swiftdawn was planning on poisoning Sandwish so he could care less.

Emberclaw nodded his head as he picked up the voles and thrush. Making sure Snowfall was beside him, he began to walk back to camp, happy that they could be bringing back so much prey. "the pile will be filled today" He mumbled around the items in his mouth.

She couldn't really reply, but she nodded and glanced at him, managing to squeak out a little 'yup!' in between all the things she was carrying in her mouth. Once back inside, she set the items down, picking the prey and setting it on the pile. After that, the she-cat picked up the herbs and bounded quickly towards the medicine cat's den, setting the herbs in their respective place before heading back out of the den and joining up with Emberclaw.

Swiftdawn came back with a whole poppy flower and placed it on the ground next to Dawnchaser "Hide them well" she meowed before going out to hunt to stop suspicions from rising about what she was doing.

Emberclaw placed everything were it needed to go, once finished he sat down in camp. He looked at Snowfall with a soft purr, "We sure make a good team wouldn't you say?"

Snowfall kept her distance, not quite wanting to invade his space, and rather unsure if he was comfortable with it or not. She lay a little away, her tail resting beside her, paws crossed carefully over another. "Definitely!" She grinned and let out a joyful purr, "We'll be feeding the clan for moons! Leafbare might not even be that bad with all the stuff we've got."
