Sagebrush looked up, a bit surprised by the conversation. She smiled sheepishly,
"I'm good" She said softly. "I planned on taking the other Badger cats on a hunt to practice their power on prey" She said looking down at her mostly finished mouse.
"Would you like some?" She asked, gently pushing the mouse toward him.

Fallenstar shook his head at her offer. "No I am fine but you will need the energy for dealing with power practicing." He commented. "I remember trying to practice my abilities. None of the mentors wanted to be my practice partner as no one really wants their mind read." He laughed a bit at the memory.

Sagebrush nodded a bit, biting into the mouse. She smiled as he talked about his training and laughed softly,
"It is a very unique power though, very powerful in some situations as well" She commented lightly.

"I suppose so but it can be countered just like any thing else. It does come in useful when a cat is trying to hide something though or when one needs to understand anothers feelings." He sat down and curled his tail around his paws. "Your power is much more useful in battle."

Foxfoot watched them leave. Silverheart shook her head and laid down, licking her paw. Foxfoot stalked away, muttering about the Lion Den.
"I will never understand those two," Silverheart said to Owlheart.

Owlheart sighed gently, visibly relaxing around Foxfoot and Silverheart, before smiling over at them.
"Thank you for that, Foxfoot. It is quite... Taxing, to deal with flirtation. I'm honestly not very good around it." A gentle laugh escaped her, before she padded over and sat down, her eyes shining in the morning light.
"Was your rest alright, you two?

Summerwind padded out of the med cats area after looking through the herb stocks for what felt like the 50th time that morning. "Never can be too careful." He muttered to himself.

Spiderfang looked over and saw Summerwind padding out of the medicine cat's area, she had noticed that he had been in there for a long time and padded over to see what the tom was up too. "Is everything ok over here? You have been in there for a while." She commented to him, her eyes shining with curiosity.

Summerwind jumped a little when he heard Spiderfang speak. "Oh well I suppose so. I just want to make sure we don't run out of supplies. You know how bad it can be if you don't have enough to deal with power mishaps and such." He answered wincing a little at his own nervousness about the issue. "How are you today though?" He asked.

She let a small laugh ecsape her muzzle and shook her head. "I wish, the gossip in my den has only been about if one cat likes another, not very interesting at all really, but the den is doing quite well lately, no spell mishaps in quite a while." She said in a happy tone of voice. "Anything interesting going in with your den?"
