Spottedfur — interaction — with Stormpaw
Spottedfur was about to head out on a patrol when he realized something. If Icepath and Stormpaw needed some herbs, he might as well offer to grab them! He wasted no time as he hurried over to the medicine cat’s den. Hopefully one of the two felines would be there.
”Stormpaw?” the silver speckled tom mewed, poking his head into the den’s entrance. ”Icepath? Are either of you here?”

Pawsteps from outside the medicine den brought Stormpaw out of her herb-stacking stupor. Placing the last lot back down into the stores after drying them, she turned round to see Spottedfur leaning in! Huh. She didn't expect a visit from her father, but her tail poked upwards at the sight of him regardless as she padded over to a comfortable distance from him.
"How nice to see you, Spottedfur!" she mewed. "Do you need any treatment today?"

TheKeenGlint Icepath chuckled at the apprentice's skittering, smiling softly and slowing her pace just a little. She flattened her ears for a second, something echoing in the back of her mind, but she perked up after Stormpaw's fur brushed her own.
She too began searching for the herb, though she doubted the early fall blooms remained, Icepath kept her hopes up. Something she had been doing recently with a new apprentice to encourage her. The spiky leaves of the plant were the most noticable of it, well, to the healer. The molly had a love for spiky plants, something about them made her purr.
Icepath joined her apprentice, sniffing the herb. It was betony, though not the garden.
"Well done!" The healer purred, though she walked past the plant, searching for a bigger clump of them. "We just need to find the-"
Her tail shot straight up when she spotted a large clump a few paces away. She felt a warm feeling spread through her, pride, she thought, a rare feeling. Icepath had planted them well. Before gathering the herbs she used a claw and cut the blooms off one of the plants and turned to her apprentice, eyes shining.
Gingerly, she tucked the blossoms behind Stormpaw's ear. "In honor of the first herb you found!" It was a tradition that had died out long ago, perhaps Stormpaw would do it to her apprentice someday. For now however, it was just something Icepath thought was nice.

Stormpaw
Icepath's laughter was Stormpaw's favourite sound, she'd decided. It meant, to her, that her mentor trusted what she was doing and could relax. It served as a signifier of her progress, no matter how small.
The satisfaction of a little victory meant that, when she cast her eye on the huge clump Icepath identified, her silver eyes widened. They all looked so beautiful in flower, so proud! She was more than happy to claim the little blossoms as a trophy of the patrol, the little bloom tickling her fur at first but settling in the chosen spot.
"Before we head back," she took the opportunity to ask, still beaming with contentment, "What's the secret to maintaining a healthy garden like this? It must take a lot of planning."

Character name: Stempaw
Name change: Stempaw.
Description: Stempaw is a rosette pelted, long-furred tom with emerald-blue eyes. He is feisty and will accept any challenge that comes his way. He dreams of becoming one of the best warriors in YewClan, and one day hopes to become deputy. Stempaw's attitude toward his clan can be seen as determination, or pure energy depending on how well you know him. Stempaw is also, while being vengeful, rude and mostly sarcastic, is very caring towards his clanmates, friends and family, and if anyone were to harm them, he'd have their ears off in a second!
I understand that my cats will eventually die during the course of the game. I understand that while I may influence my character's actions and relationships, the game's random events will ultimately decide my cat's fate.

Spottedfur’s tail and ears perked up as he watched his daughter organize some herbs into the stock. Pride washed over the senior warrior immediately as he began to purr. He noticed that Stormpaw’s tail had poked up at the sight of the tom made him feel quite content inside. Even though Mosspond wasn’t here with them, he knew that Stormpaw would thrive without her mother’s physical presence. ”I’m glad to see you! No, no, I’m all good,” Spottedfur replied with a reassuring smile. Shifting his weight, the silver speckled tom peered into the den. ”I actually came to ask you and Icepath something. I’m heading out in a few. Are there any herbs I can grab for you?” |

 Nettle , Sand , Brownie FrostfleckFrostfleck laughed with joy and her tail was twitching with excitement as she led her patrol of three cats, now four back to camp. The fierce winds that has been crashing into her face doesn't bother the ginger she-cat at all. She has successfully stolen a FlowerClan apprentice with the help of Dappleswipe, Spottedfur, and Scarletdrift. She can't wait to show the young gray and white apprentice to Bubblingstar and get awarded for her effort for stealing him. She couldn't help but wonder what her patrol members thought of the apprentice-stealing mission. After pausing to catch a quick breath, panting, she turned around to look into the young apprentice's eyes, trying to get his attention. She also gazes into the eyes of her patrol members. |

Stempaw - On patrol for the first time!  After a good while of patrolling with his new mentor, the patrol is finally heading back. Before he can reach the camp entrance, he spots a purple lavender plant. It smells nice, and he decides he'll give it to Stormpaw - provided he can do it in secret. He immidiatley russhes over and breakes the stem of the plant. With the plant tickling his nose, he heads back to camp.
Making sure the medicine den is empty, he pops the plant into Stormpaw's nest, in hopes she won't know it's him, but will just appreciate the cat that did it without knowing who it was.
He smiles softly, before turning to leave.

"Aw, you don't have to do that!" purred Stormpaw, sheepish but nevertheless pleased by her father's concern. "But if you're asking..." She gave the herb stores a quick once-over before giving her answer. "We could use some more marigold. Look out for the flowers with yellowy-orange petals. If you smell sour nettles, you're on the right path!" She went to fetch a spare petal to show Spottedfur for reference, placing it down at his feet. She hoped he'd memorise most of its features and come back with a nice haul. Besides, all her rambling about the herb facts she picked up as a kit had to come in handy somehow.
"Herbs will become scarcer the further we go into leaf-fall. So, if you happen to bring any back, Icepath and I would appreciate it." |

The orange leaves were being carried in the wind, taking them to places far away. "There's been rumors around camp that there are badgers setting in our territory!" Spat Frostfleck, her tail lashing. "I will show those fox-hearted beasts not to put a foot on our territory! Will you go investigate and adventure with me, Bubblingstar and Scarletdrift?!" She raised her hackles of the thought of the beasts setting on territory that rightfully belongs to YewClan. Her claws unsheathe. How dare they?!

When BurdockClan kindly let them know that one had been scented just outside their borders, Scarletdrift, Bubblingstar and Frostfleck set out to investigate for themselves.
They didn't expect to find a pile of fresh earth, dug from massive claws, well inside their border line at the base of the ridge. A badger's doing, certainly. Scarletdrift curled his lip. "At least it didn't have a chance to get settled in," he said, looking over the dug patch of earth. It really wasn't that deep, if he were to judge by the volume of dirt spread over the fallen leaves. "And it doesn't look like it's here now. Maybe we can try filling in the hole?"

Shouted Frostflleck, her heart pumping fast with excitement and anticipation of seeing the giant and sturdy black and white beast. But deep inside, she was actually terrified of seeing the badger! Frostfleck turned around and started shoving dirt into the den with her front paws, starting to cover it up. Brownie I just wanted to let you know that I will be away for a few days that are around Christmas day. I will be going to my grandparent's place for Christmas, and they don't want me to use their internet as they have a limited amount of it. I do have data on my phone, but I struggled to write a prompt when I only had it and no computer. So I rather not use it and focus on family instead. I hope you will be okay with that. I will only miss 2 Moons at most. Thank you.
