Mintpaw's face morphed into one of confusion at her words "Why are we looking at the river?" He asked, paying no mind to Snowstorm's grumpy mutterings as she stared off in search of prey.

Snowtiger scented the air looking for prey. He got the scent of a vole in the distance. He began to follow the scent trail, trying to muffle his amusement when he saw Mintpaw run into Snowstorm.
(Bloody, if Foxleaf was also Bloodystar's apprentice should she do the same thing with Foxpaw that you did with Mintpaw?)

Bloodystar said calmly " Look at your reflection" then she start down beside the water looking down at water.

Mintpaw padded up to the river and glanced down to see a small light grey face with mint green eyes filled with confusion "My reflection?"
Snowstorm took a deep breath, trying to center herself after the pesky apprentice ran into her. She scented a mouse and stalked off in search of it.

"Ah.. I'm sorry to hear that" Mintpaw murmured, studying the water. A reflection tells a story huh? Is this what his father looked like when he was young?
Snowstorm straightened up from her pounce with prey in her jaws. She was finally starting to relax after Mintpaw ran into her and she felt a small smile come onto his face.

Snowtiger pounced on the vole killing it swiftly. He then spotted a mouse and quickly stalked that too. Leaving his prey by Goldenflame, he decided to go look for one more piece of freshkill for the clan.

After a moment of silence, Mintpaw turned to look up at Bloodystar with a blank look "I see my father"
Snowstorm purred her thanks as she placed her prey down to track the mouse.

Mintpaw just nodded at the leader and rose to his paws, following his mentor without a second thought. He was trying to forget his father and all the painful memories it has.
