CLAWCLAN
"When liberty's in jeopardy, I will always do what's right. I'm out here on the front lines, so sleep in peace tonight."
✯ T H E S T O R Y ✯ - - This roleplay is the re-make of ClawClan, a very successful FanClan that was once managed by cocokat on WCF. However, despite moving to another forum, the activity levels dropped and become abandoned. But now, the fire of the once-thriving Clan will be reignited here, and leave it's mark as one the most successful Fan Clans in WCRF history under the leadership of the same person, just under the guise of a cartoon woman named Lana.
- - ClawClan is a military-based Warriors roleplay that develops the strife, hardship, and lifestyle of a real-world U.S. Army soldier.
The four Clans fighting against the Shadow League control country-level sizes of territory. While there are indeed four Clans involved in the fight against the Shadow League, three out of four of them fight off-screen. The fourth is ClawClan.
When tom-kits turn six moons old, they are sent away from their birth parents to one of many boot camps set up throughout ClawClan's vast territory. Here, they will receive their apprentice names and be assigned to a drill sergeant, to train alongside eleven other apprentices who are roughly the same age as they. The same happens with she-kits, but when they turn nine moons old rather than six. The apprentices train there for six months before taking their final assessments. If they pass, they will receive their warrior names and be sent off to combat somewhere.
This is not like a regular Warriors story. The drill sergeants are tough. They don't tolerate any kind of tomfoolery or insubordination of any kind. Battles are taken more realistically; you are expected to role play these characters as if they are in a hopeless war zone- which they are. Think about how desperate, hopeless, and chaotic human conflicts get, and then apply it to Warriors. That's this role play. We imitate human conflicts, and that kind of realistic look on things is what makes us unique. Of course, we will still follow the "PG-13" rule of these forums. We can imitate human conflict and strife without having to get gory.
If you choose to join this role play, understand that your characters can and will die. Despite what you may want to believe, most soldiers in real life don't make it home. That is reflected here. Battles do not happen every five seconds; there may be anywhere from a few days to a few weeks between battles, and they won't be in the same locations. Your characters will not be fighting in every conflict, nor will they be allowed to do so. You can't teleport Blahtail to Blah location just because there's a battle going on. Your character goes to and stays where their Commanding Officer orders them to be. Period. No exceptions.
Back to the deal with death; your characters are not invulnerable in battle. These battles are more realistic than the ones in the Warriors series in that a realistic level of cats will die in them. Each time a battle happens, I will gather the names of the characters who will be involved. I will then put them all in a name selector and have it pick half the number of characters in it. For example, if there will be ten characters involved in a conflict (many more NPCs will of course be involved), I will have the selector pick five times for five deaths. If your character's name gets chosen, you must write out a death scene for them. You don't get a choice. Real soldiers don't, so neither do you. That is the hardest part for people to accept with this, I think. But it also gives it a thrilling sense of urgency. You have to make progress with your character and make them live life to the fullest, because they could die at any time. I told you that this was going to be realistic.
Apprentices are not at risk, or at least when a disease outbreak isn't occurring (which is usually the case). So your character will be safe while they are training at boot camp. However, as soon as they get their name, they won't be nearly as safe. Remember that.
If you need to go away on vacation, expect to lose internet access, or are just too busy for the forums due to school/work/etc., we understand. I will post a notification on The Bulletin Board when a battle is going to happen, and where. You will have at least three days' notice, usually more. If you know for certain you aren't going to be able to come online that day (battles usually last 1-2 days in real time due to scheduling/time zone differences), please let us know as soon as possible. I will then have your CO transfer your character away from the battle zone to keep them safe. If you don't tell us that you will be absent, and you don't show up to a battle at all, your character will be taken in by the enemy as a prisoner. You won't be able to free your character until they are rescued by their allies on a rescue mission, which may not happen for a while. If you don't come on for seven days following a battle, the character will be killed by the enemy.
So be active, or risk your character being unnecessarily killed off. If you get grounded or have a personal emergency, we of course understand. Just explain it to us when you return, and we'll revert everything back to how it was. But don't think you can constantly announce your absence or fake emergencies when battles pop up involving your characters. If we notice a pattern coming up, we'll just have a random invasion happen wherever your character is, and make you kill one of your characters off. No free passes, guys. If you don't like how we do things, then don't join and waste our time.

✯ R U L E S ✯ I. Follow the forum rules ;; As with every role play, you must follow the forum rules and the ghost rules at all times. We will report you if you fail to do this, and remove you from the role play if necessary. On the contrary, if you see someone breaking the rules, kindly remind them once. If they persist, report them. Do NOT quote them or attempt to start a fight. You'll just get this thread deleted. Just report and move on. We do not consider "Will blah come back to blah” as spam posts, but please try to stick to only reminding a person two or three times a day at most. Any more than that is excessive and will be counted as spam. Secondly, don't attempt to debate any topics in the OOC chat. This is a role play thread; not a chat thread. Take your debates and your rants elsewhere, please. You may link to those pages in the OOC chat, however. If someone breaks this rule, DO NOT QUOTE THEM OR REPLY IN ANY WAY. Just ignore it and let the moderators and I handle it. If you quote or reply, you risk this whole thread being deleted. Just report it if it's really extreme, and let the WCF mods handle it. This is especially true if we are trolled or someone comes on and attempts to start a flame war.
II. No god-modding, power-playing, spotlighting, or meta-gaming ;; As usual, no god-modding, power-playing, meta-gaming, or spotlighting. If you are unaware of what these terms mean, please ask. We don't bite. In fact, we'd much rather have you ask than sit idly by and not understand what these terms mean. We do not tolerate any god-modders, power-players, meta-gamers, or spotlighters. You will be warned once for this, and then you'll be either temporarily or permanently removed from this role play and not allowed to rejoin. You also may not make any Mary-Sues or Gary-Stus. Your characters cannot have unnatural fur colors, funny colored eyes, wings, etc. etc. They also cannot have perfect personalities; you must balance their pros and their cons. We will reject your application if we feel that your characters violate this rule. No powers, either.
III. Literacy ;; This is a semi-advanced role play. That means we expect at least four lines of detailed role play per post, as well as limited OOC. We will accept the occasional OOC-only post, but we will warn you if these types of posts become too frequent. As stated above, this is a role play thread, not a chat thread. You should also make an effort to use correct grammar and spelling. 'firepaw stamped his fot on the ground "you can't say that to me" he said" is not right. Rather, "Firepaw stamped his paw on the ground, shouting 'You can't say that to me!'" is right. If your grammar and spelling proves to be sub-par for this type of role play, we may ask you to leave this role play. Our apologies, but this is still a semi-advanced role play. We don't have the time nor the desire to give out grammar lessons. To lower the odds of this happening, everyone must take a literacy test before joining. It's short and sweet, but necessary. We reserve the right to reject you if we feel you are not enough of a skilled role player for this type of role play.
IV. Plot ;; The moderators of this role play have the final say in what goes on in the plot. You, as a regular role player, do not get to decide when major events occur. You cannot control the flow of time in the role play. For example, you cannot just be like, "Blahpelt woke up the next day and yawned". I, the Game Master, decide when one day ends and the next begins. Try and keep track of these things; we don't want to have to remind you constantly about what time it is. The moderators and I must come to a general consensus before we have a major event happen, such as a battle or a runaway soldier. You cannot start these things first without our permission. If you do, you will be ignored and possibly kicked out of the role play. You may break the boot camp rules occasionally for drama, but you may not break them too often. A good rule of thumb is once per week in real time. Any more than that, and you're pushing the boundaries. There are also some boot camp rules you are strictly forbidden by the role play rules to break, simply because they would lead to major events that we don't want just randomly happening at any given moment. As stated in The Story section in the first post, you may not have your character just go wherever they want. They stay where they are ordered to be, period. No ifs, ands, or buts about it.
V. Plagiarism ;; We all have put so much work and effort into everything in this role play. The artwork, the plot, the characters, everything. Out of common courtesy, we ask that you do not use anything from here without the permission of myself and whoever else owns the rights to whatever it is you are trying to use. If we find out that you have used something from here without permission, we will report you immediately. If you are a member of this role play, your characters will be killed off and you will be permanently removed.
VI. Activity ;; One of the most frustrating things in a role play is when someone joins and never comes back. Please do not do this. We expect you to make at least three detailed role play posts every couple of days. If I give you a major role, such as that of a drill sergeant, we expect you to be on every day, actively role playing with those who have apprentices in your troop. If you're taking a vacation or are expecting to be gone for some other reason, then please let me or a moderator know first. If you get grounded, go through a family or personal emergency, or lose internet access, we understand. Just come back when you can and explain it to us. We'll give you your characters back if you lost them, and you can start where you left off. However, those are the only three acceptable reasons for being inactive without an excuse. If you fail to keep up with the required activity level and don't have an approved excuse, you'll be put on The Warning List. If you don't correct your activity issues within 48 hours, you will be removed for inactivity. If you can't give us a valid excuse when you come back, you'll have to start all over again. If we have to remove you three times for inactivity, you won't be allowed to join again. Please see "The Story" section in the first post for our policy regarding activity when a battle is scheduled.
VII. Character Deaths & Battles ;; Battles are the most significant events in this role play. They are what a soldier trains for, and lives for. We schedule battles in various locations usually once every 1-2 weeks in real time, depending on how many soldiers we have in active duty versus the number in training. We will, as stated above, give you at least three days' notice when a battle is going to happen so you can let us know whether or not you'll be able to attend.
When a battle begins, you are to role play your characters participating if they are involved. Not sitting idly by. Not running away. Fighting. If your characters are not involved, you are to carry on as normal. No "Suddenly, Blahtail heard the sounds of battle and raced to help!" Does that happen in real war? 95% of the time, no. So, in that case, it isn't going to happen here. If your characters start teleporting around, you will be ignored and warned about your behavior. At some point at the beginning of the battle, I will announce which characters the Name Selector of Death has chosen. The people who own those characters must write (good) death scenes for those characters before the battle ends. If they do not, we will still treat their characters as if they are dead. If that person continues to fail to comply, they will be temporarily suspended from the role play. Your characters also cannot just randomly kill each other, not even if both parties agree. Your characters are allies; comrades in arms dedicated to protecting each other. On that note, you cannot have your character swoop in and save a character the Selector of Death has chosen. To keep things realistic, your character can dodge up to three times before they must take a blow. During a battle, I and any other moderators online will role play the enemy cats. We will follow that same rule when role playing those enemy cats. Also, any one character may only kill up to four enemy cats in a battle, and they must sustain at least one injury in a fight before killing the cat they are engaged with. I will use a random number generator to determine who wins the battle; if I get an even number, ClawClan are victorious. If I get an odd number, the enemy is victorious and ClawClan must retreat.
VIII. Character Limits ;; You may have as many characters as you want. However, if I or a moderator see that you are struggling to keep up with the number you have, we will make you pick two or three to kill off the next time a battle rolls around. You MUST start out as an apprentice beginning their training in a boot camp; you will start on Day 1 at boot camp. No exceptions. I will ask people to be drill sergeants and Commanding Officers when I see that they are dedicated, and I feel that they are skilled enough role players for the position. Do not ask me if I can give you one of those roles, or if I can make you a moderator. I will ignore you, and possibly suspend you from the role play if it persists.
IX. Boot Camp Rules ;; Your character can't just dolly around and do whatever. They are to adhere to their schedules, stay within the boot camp boundaries, do what they are told when and how they are told to do it, and stay on top of any scheduling changes or cancellations. Disrespect of their superiors is not tolerated. If any of these rules are broken, the drill sergeant in charge of the offending party will issue a punishment as seen fit. As stated above, you may break some of these rules, with the exception of the "no leaving the boundaries" rule. However, your characters may not break them more than once a week in real time. If you break that part of the rule, there will be repercussions in real life.
X. Keeping Things Safe for Children ;; The forum rules state that all role playing must be kept PG-13. We are going to adhere to this. Although there is a limit on language and gore levels, they should NEVER exceed what you'd find in a Warriors book. This role play isn't realistic in the gory sense; it is realistic in the way that war impacts the characters and their lives. You will be warned once about this, and then asked to leave. If someone breaks this rule, DO NOT QUOTE THEM OR REPLY IN ANY WAY. Just ignore it and let the moderators and I handle it. If you quote or reply, you risk this whole thread being deleted. Just report it if it's really extreme, and let the mods handle it.

✯ R A N K S ✯
Our ranks imitate those of the United States Army. The ClawClan leader and deputy rarely, if ever, interact with regular citizens. If ever they do, they will be role played by myself and/or a moderator. An apprentice is automatically ranked up to Private when they receive their full name; any other promotions are carried out by their CO and usually happen after an act of valor or a certain amount of time in active duty.
(From Highest to Lowest) Marshal (the military equivalent of a Clan leader) | Vice General (equivalent to a deputy) | Brigadier General | General | Colonel | Major | Captain | Lieutenant Commander | Senior Lieutenant | Lieutenant | Sergeant Commander | Sergeant | Private | Cadet
When a cat is in the presence of a soldier of a higher rank than themselves, they are to stiffen their tail and flatten their ears. This is the Warriors version of a salute. Once they either receive a salute in return or are told to let down, they may carry on. They are also to address a higher-up as "sir" or "ma'am" unless otherwise instructed. Generally, if a cat does not know another's rank, it is polite and proper to address them as "sir" or "ma'am".
✯ E N L I S T ✯
If you want to join us, you'll have to take a literacy test. The literacy test is very simple, so don't sweat it. We'll just give you a prompt that you must answer to the best of your ability. We will judge you based on that, so give it your all! We reserve the right to deny anyone who can't provide us with a satisfactory response for a semi-advanced role play. We expect good grammar and at least four sentences of detailed role play, preferably more. The more, the merrier.

✯ T H E C A D E T S ✯
Captain Shadowfur - A tall, muscular, broad-shouldered jet-black tom with deep blue eyes and a long, sweeping tail. Generally considered very attractive, he is well aware of this fact and uses it to his advantage. He is sneaky, manipulative, and merciless, yet loyal, intelligent, and determined all the same. He's an extraordinary fighter, yet his vicious tactics are considered by some to be unnecessary at times. He is one of the strictest drill sergeants in all of the boot camps, yet he also has one of the highest success rates. (42 moons, Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ)
Troop: 1. Cadet Stonepaw - Large, grey tabby tom with sharp green eyes and thick, shorthair fur. He has a below-average length tail and short whiskers, which 'bristle' on his face. His claws are strong, but white like a kitten's (much to his chagrin). It is to be noted that he very rarely moves- he doesn't ever flick his tail or ears, and it's unusual to see him wearing a particular facial expression. Personality-wise, he's the type of cat to soon become the favourite of a drill sergeant- which is exactly what he wants. He's somewhat addicted to winning, even in the most trivial of things, and whilst it gives him the incentive to work harder, it also forms the base of his greatest weakness... his penchat for picking enemies. This means that, in the heat of battle, he might leave another soldier to die instead of helping because of his own petty qualms with them. Despite this jealousy, he wouldn't be likely to take a private bet- he wants everyone to know he's the best, and taking a big risk to convince one 'enemy' would be harebrained anyway. If he doesn't let his jealousies consume him, however, he's a logical, practical powerhouse- one who can make up for his slow reaction time easily with his powerful blows. He's straight but usually uninterested, though he might date a she-cat just to make another of their suitors jealous. (6 moons, Smileyme2)
2. Cadet Snakepaw - Snake looks very intimidating for a Cadet. She has strong muscles, long legs fit for running. Her deadpan green eyes have constantly slitted pupils. The entirety of her pelt is black, like night itself. The only spots that aren't obsidian-colored are her tail tip and her ears - they're a light gray. Snakepaw is anything but "nice". Her expressionless gaze is enough to let anyone know she's not playing around. She's a no-nonsense kind of cat, and she does not think training is a game. She loves hard work, and pushes herself to the limit if she has to. Being made of iron from inside and out, Snakepaw looks down on weaker cats, thinking that they should be left to die if they're unable to fend of themselves. She dreams of being a drill sergeant one day. (9 moons, Mᴏᴏɴ - -)
3. Cadet Loonpaw - Loonpaw is a muscular, long-legged, sleek-furred black tom with white fave, muzzle, paws, chest, and tuxedo. Loonpaw has a grey nose, long tail, fluffy tail, and two bright green oculars. Loonpaw is very skinny, more bone than anything. It shows, for he has a thin coat of fur. Loonpaw is spunky, bubbly, and sassy. Loonpaw is only in ClawClan to become stronger. He doesn't care about war, mainly about getting a mate and having kits. Loonpaw looks up to Shadowfur, Viperfrost, and Strikethorn. Loonpaw is a great tracker, bad fighter, and normal hunter. He is energetic and never calm. (6 moons, BrackenfurFan) 4. Cadet Icepaw - Icepaw is a surprisingly petite cat that has considerably massive paws for a cat her size and age. Her coat has a silk like texture that is quite long. Icepaw has a pure white coat that holds in heat well during the colder months. Icepaw's eyes are a stunning blue. Icepaw is a complicated she-cat. She pretends to be a cheerful and carefree cat, but that is nothing close to the truth. Inside her sorrows run deep, for she has seen things when she was a kit no kit should see. This has emotionally scarred Icepaw. She always doubts her self every day and is on the brink of depression, every day falling deeper into it. (9 moons, Lórien) 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12.
Sergeant Commander Flamepelt - A lean but muscular bright ginger tom with green eyes, Flamepelt's temper is about as fiery as his pelt. His fuse is very short, and as a result he'll snap as a result of anything. He loves to yell, so much so that many cats wonder if he can talk at any level but loud. He's cantankerous, unsympathetic, and brash. Despite having little experience on the front lines, he has many scars crisscrossing his pelt from past conflicts. He is missing the first claw on his front left paw as a result of his induction into the ClawClan military. (28 moons, Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ) Boot Camp: Camp Fire
Troop: 1. Cadet Rowanpaw - Rowanpaw is a short-haired, solid ginger tom with emerald-green eyes. Rowanpaw is a very kind and loving tom who is very determined and loyal and will do anything for his Clan. He doesn't like fighting much, but knows it's necessary with the war going on and Rowanpaw is definitely willing to fight if he has to. (6 moons, Wolfdusk) 2. Cadet Mistpaw - Mistpaw is a beautiful she cat with bright green eyes. Her coat is a dark gray that becomes lighter as it reaches down her belly. Mistpaw has a elegant long coat that trails down below her belly. Mistpaw is a happy cat that will make a joke at every opportunity. She is a bubbly cat filled with personality. Mistpaw loves to try her best at everything, but when she is done, she is done. She is a very loving cat. (9 moons, Lórien) 3. Cadet Otterpaw - Otterpaw has short legs and a bobtail. Her coat is sleek and brown, followed by darker stripes and a long neck. She has a paler underbelly, neck, and tail. Her front paws are white, back paws almost black. Otterpaw has black tabby stripes zigzagging through her coat, the darkest part of her coat is the dark black "M" on her forehead. Otterpaw has a solid pink nose, small rounded ears, and a sort-of arched back. Otterpaw is shy, mischievous, and very sneaky. She doesn't talk often and is a great tracker. She hates being yelled at and hates being called "Tiny". Otterpaw has a friendly side to her. She uses her fun, energetic, happy side to lure you on her side, them uses her cold side to snap you. She often goes insane and returns with blood on her a lot. (9 moons, Salt) 4. Cadet Stormpaw - How to describe this majestic and elegant cat? For one, he is uncannily large, everything about him broad. He is jet black, diluted throughout his coat, with several (and I mean several) scattered hairs of white and paler grey. Black is the reigning color, however. He has a pale undercoat of white, so when he walks, he flashes his white roots. He holds himself with the confidence of a lion, with constantly narrowed golden amber eyes, flecked with orange around the outside, that bore into your soul. From his ears sprout 1 ½ inch black tufts of fur. He has a wide jet black nose. He has thick neck fur, making him look all the more broad around the neck. It is pale grey near his cheeks, and as it progresses, the grey becomes stormy, and horizontally striped white fur. His huge paws are jet black, with a smattering of white clubs, sprouting ivory colored claws. His thick furred, elegant tail is colored like a raccoon’s, with the same black found throughout his body with pale grey rings. His strangest feature however is his teeth defects, causing them to have grown two rows of needle sharp teeth, and overly large canines, the tip hanging just out of his mouth, making him look like he is always scowling. The huge tom is overly brooding, preferring to shut himself away from all of reality. He is severely introverted, and is pistanthrophobic. Aside from those roots of his personality, his is very dutiful but sometimes finds it hard to commit himself fully. No lie, he would die for the sake of his troopmates and superiors, but he cannot commit himself to social relations. No, even when you earn his trust, he doesn't roll over for you, you still have to work. (WHAT D: It's called being pistanthrophobic) He does not handle empathetic situations very well, as he finds it very hard to relate to others. He is bisexual with a preference for males. (6 moons, lozi) 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12.

✯ T H E C L A W C L A N M I L I T A R Y ✯
The Land Division The Land Division is the default Division all soldiers are sent to when they complete training camp. They must spend one full year, or four seasons, in the Land Division before they can apply to join any training programs for other Divisions. The Land Division is made up of six Companies, with each one of those being made up of units, which themselves are broken down into squads.
First Respondent Company "Be always on the watch."
First Respondent Company is the first Company in the Land Division. They are made up of only the most level-headed, intelligent cats- the ones who can remain calm in any crisis. The reason for this fact is because First Respondent Company cats are the first to be sent to deal with any crisis. If any kind of uprising happens or another Clan requests the help of ClawClan, they will send in a First Respondent unit. If a war happens, First Respondent are the first to form the front lines, and will continue to maintain those lines throughout the entirety of the war. They are highly respected throughout the Clan, simply because they are the first ones to stand up and protect. Any cat who is sent to First Respondent will find themselves thrust into a challenge unlike any other. The chance of dying is higher than in any other unit, but so is the chance of dying for a noble cause. First Respondent Company is considered by many to be made up of some of the bravest, most heroic cats in all of the Armed Forces...and they're right.
Theme Song: Rise Up ~ Extreme Music
Mark: One straight line, then two horizontal lines on top of each other, and finally a straight line with a diagonal line connected to its right side, all one after the other in a line on the cat's left side. In the written language of ClawClan, those lines stand for FR, the initials of First Respondent.
Company Commander: Colonel Whitewater - A big, muscular, broad-shouldered, thick-furred white tom with piercing ice-blue eyes and claws as sharp as thorns. He has a deep, booming voice and a commanding posture, always seeming to tower over everyone- even those who are equal in size to he. He has a thick scar running down the facing left (right) side of his face from a badger fight when he was a younger soldier. He has been serving in the ClawClan military since before the start of the war against the Shadow League, and is very experienced. He is missing the first claw on his right paw from his induction ceremony, and of course has the markings of a First Respondent soldier. The tip of his tail is missing from an unknown battle, and the tips of both of his ears are torn. Many smaller, much less noticeable scars crisscross his pelt, being hidden most of the time by his thick fur. He is very good at what he does, tolerating no foolishness but being relatively approachable nonetheless. He is kind and compassionate toward those who show him respect and loyalty, and would willingly lay down his life for any ClawClan soldier. He is, however, quite introverted, rarely letting his feelings show and talking to no one outside of what is necessary. He is a silent strategist, discussing his ideas and plans with no one until it is time to execute them. He spends most of his free time in his den, thinking over the state of things and planning for the next day's battle. Anyone who tries to know him will be sorely disappointed. He is a graduate of Camp Fire. (60 moons, Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ) Number of Units: Nine. Squads Per Unit: Three. Cats Per Squad: Eight.
Unit 1 Commanded by: Captain Finchlegs - A ginger and white tom with forest green eyes, Finchlegs is lithe and long-legged with powerful hind legs. He has a wide, oval-shaped white splotch on his forehead that is crossed over by a thin scar. One of his ears is badly torn, impairing his hearing slightly in said ear. His tail is long and scarred, and one of his hind paws has three of its claws missing- one from induction and two from unknown battles. His eyes are bright and calculating, always seeming to study everything and everyone they see. He is extremely determined, never giving up a fight until it is physically impossible for him to continue. This has lead to him stretching out his unit's battles longer than necessary, but it has also earned his unit the reputation of one of the most determined, successful units in all of First Respondent. His loyalty to ClawClan is apparent in everything he does, and he is clearly proud to be a ClawClan soldier. He can be a bit brash and sometimes acts too quickly, but is also usually the one to find the flaws in his and others' plans. (45 moons, Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ) Squad 1
Commander: Senior Lieutenant Bluewing - A blue-grey she-cat with smooth, beautiful fur and intelligent blue eyes. There is a large, deep, gouge-like scar in her shoulder from a fierce battle with the Shadow League- the same one that earned her the position of her squad's commander in place of its previous one, who was transferred. Her face is also badly scarred, with many thin lines crisscrossing it and one large, wide scar going across her muzzle. She is lithe and fast but strong nonetheless. She had a rough beginning, having failed her final assessment at Camp Leaf the first time she took it. However, she didn't let that stop her, and after some more preparation she took it again and earned her spot in First Respondent. She didn't let the teasing of her comrades slow her down, and quickly ascended to a point where her superiors were taking notice of her. Upon becoming commander of her squad, she dedicated herself to keeping her squad's reputation at a near-perfect level. She is known throughout the Company for her determination and unwillingness to give up, and is an inspiration to her peers. She is very energetic, sometimes to an overwhelming extent, and is always eager to engage the enemy in combat. She is, however, somewhat of a poor planner, often relying on her unit commander to help her out. (36 moons, Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ) Squad Members 1. Private Moonleaf - Moonleaf may seem small for a soldier, but she has very strong muscles underneath her pelt. Said pelt is a silvery sort of color, with midnight black mackerel stripes swirling around her flank and face. Her eyes, which look more immature than her actual personality, are a dark blue, as like to color of sapphire. Going back to her fur - it is very fine, not long at all, which she finds very convenient for training, fighting, or running on heated days. Moonleaf is independent and rather tough for her age. This is because she grew up with her father, who taught her the ways of a true army soldier. Despite this tough outlook, her inner child-like persona can appear - sometimes, she can get excited or energetic when such an event comes up. Although Moonleaf is strong, both in the physical and mental sense, she is prone to getting scared when a huge battle is waging on. Because of her semi-tragic past life, she sometimes can't look when she sees a dead soldier. (16 moons, Mᴏᴏɴ - -) 2. Private Willowstrike - Despite his prefix suggesting otherwise, Private WIllowstrike is actually a tom. He was named after his aunt, Willowshine, who died tragically after greencough plagued her HRC one leaf-bare. He is a brown and white tom with black stripes, a black striped tail, and black paws. He hates his eyes, which are a dull yellow and boring, in his opinion. Besides his First Respondent marking, he has one scar from training- a barely noticeable, thin one on the top of his left paw. He is proud of the scar, as he got it saving one of his apprentices from a fox that attacked his troop on a night mission. He believes that the incident gave him his "macho" suffix, -strike. He is energetic and fun-loving, often looking on the upside of things no matter how bad things may seem. He is smarter than he seems at first, although his moments of intelligence are often spontaneous and interlaced with (sometimes annoying) moments of childish ignorance. He loves his Clan and his job, and is willing to do even the dirtiest of jobs if it means he's helping his Clan, even in the smallest of ways. He is a graduate of Camp Leaf. (13 moons, Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ) Squad 2 Commander: Senior Lieutenant Rushfade - A mottled brown tom, Rushfade still looks like he belongs in the nursery. He has soft kit fur, an innocent face, bright blue eyes, and soft pawpads. However, he possesses an intelligence and an ability to strategize that is tough to compete with; many cats find themselves in awe of his ability to plan and re-plan as necessary. He is quite wise for his age, and that shows in nearly everything he says and does. He is quiet and rather introverted, which makes him hard to approach at times. Stronghold Company
"Embrace the beast within."
Stronghold Company is the second Company in the Land Division, and the only invitation-only Company. What that means is that not just any soldier can be assigned to this Company out of Boot Camp. When a troop of apprentices take their final assessment, a representative from Stronghold Company will observe them. They will watch each apprentice closely, especially during the private session. At the end of the final assessment, they will approach the troop's Commanding Officer and tell them of any cats they thought met the joining criteria of Stronghold. In order to be sought out by this representative, an apprentice must demonstrate exceptional strength and battle skill, well beyond what is normally seen in cats their age. They must display immense courage, dedication, and determination. Stronghold Company are the beasts of the Land Division, and of the ClawClan Armed Forces as a whole. If First Respondent Company can't handle a situation by themselves, Stronghold will usually send in a unit to help. Along with First Respondent, they are the first to form and maintain the front lines in a war. As only the strongest make it in, it is considered a great honor to be selected for Stronghold. Their peacetime duties include guarding home and nursing camps, patrolling borders, and inter-Clan police work.
Theme Song: Never Surrender ~ All Good Things
Mark: A scar of three horizontal claw marks running along the left flank.
Company Commander: Brigadier General Blizzardleaf - As one of the highest ranking cats in ClawClan, Blizzardleaf demands repsect- and gets it. Physically, he is one of the strongest cats in the Land Division. Mentally, he's equally as strong. He is truly a force to be reckoned with, both in and out of battle. Despite his higher age, he's still just as strong and ferocious as ever, if not to prove his worth. It would do a cat well to not cross him... ever. (66 moons, Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ) Number of Units: Seven. Squads Per Unit: Five. Cats Per Squad: Four.
Unit 1 Commanded by: Colonel Shortsun - A brown and ginger she-cat, Shortsun has a determined, courageous, respectably fiery personality. She never lets anything or anyone get past her, and is ready for any challenge. She has part of one of her ears missing, along with several missing claws on various paws. The tip of her tail is also bent at an awkward angle, which apparently was a birth defect. Still, she doesn't let any of those things get her down, and is truly a Stronghold cat. (44 moons, Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ) Squad 1
Commander: Captain Leopardspots - A dappled she-cat, Leopardspots is the definition of selfish. She helps herself before anyone else, and isn't afraid to wave her status in anyone's face. She demands her squad members not to show her up, and is good at placing them so strategically that she always comes out on top, even though she rarely takes the bulk of any mission. Outside of battle, she is rarely involved with her squad, preferring instead to do whatever pleases her. (32 moons, Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ) Squad Members 1. Private Redstorm - Redstorm looks anything but soldier material. Overlaying the vital organs that keep him alive are narrow muscles and frail bones. His small body doesn't make it any better. His fur - fitting for his name - is a reddish-brown color, with darker stripes running down his back, complete with accenting teal-green eyes that sparkle like diamonds. This young tom is a kind one, with a demeanor that's as timid as that of a mouse. He is not suited for dealing with death and raging battles. However, despite this, with a generous amount of consolation, he will be become stronger and bold enough to overcome the fear. He is generally kind and caring to others, but if his father is mentioned, he can lash out. His timid nature is a huge downfall. (13 moons, Mᴏᴏɴ - -)
Feather Company
"Always there."
The Feather Company is the third Company in the Land Division. They are often ridiculed and put down by the other Companies, simply because only the weakest, most cowardly soldiers are sent there. It is viewed by the other Companies as being a collection of the rejects, and this opinion is often readily stated. They are always the last to be called to the front lines, and their units usually carry out regular peacetime duties over fighting. However, Feather Company cats are known for their determination and their loyalty, and would naturally do anything for ClawClan despite the mockery. They would do anything for a Clanmate in need, much as a soldier should. Even though they are no where near the strongest or the smartest, they have qualities about them that make them worthy of being honored. Often, the cats spreading the most goodwill and boosting morale on the battlefield are of Feather Company. Feather Company are also the only cats capable of using and understanding the written cat language in all of the Land Division, something they take great pride in. Their peacetime duties include guard duty when Stronghold and First Respondent are unavailable, acting as messengers, and serving as hunters and even medics in nursing and home camps.
Theme Song: Unbreakable ~ Fireflight
Mark: A straight line with two horizontal lines next to it, one over the other. This is repeated five times, and is placed in vertical fashion down the left front leg.
Company Commander: N/A Number of Units: Three. Squads Per Unit: Four. Cats Per Squad: Five.
Unit 1 Commanded by: Colonel Graypelt - Graypelt, a slender dark grey tom with bright yellow eyes, is the definition of compassion and kindness. He is always willing to lend a helping "paw", and is truly a clean soul. He is willing to give his life time and time again for anyone, from the tiniest kit to the most courageous warrior. He is called weak by some, but no one can deny his loyalty to his Clanmates and his Clan, before himself of course. (42 moons, Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ) Squad 1
Commander: Lieutenant Commander Brightpelt - A white she-cat with grey splotches, Brightpelt is likely the most noble of all Feather Company cats. She is perhaps not as compassionate as Graypelt, but matches him in terms of loyalty and selflessness. She quietly does her duty, rarely asking for anything. However, she is completely against the idea of romance, and will publicly discipline any couple that engages in romantic activities in public. (36 moons, Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ) Squad Members

Thunder Company "Greatness awaits."
The Thunder Company is the fourth Company in the Land Division. Any cat who is strong and fearless, but not enough so to make it into Stronghold, will find themselves put in this Company. Thunder Company usually backs up Stronghold in all of its fights, and will send out units around two or three days after Stronghold does. They promote any and all kinds of heroics, and encourage their soldiers to give their all, each and every time. They reward courageousness and strength and punish cowardliness and weakness. Thunder Company believes that every cat must fight for themselves, and thus does not promote the use of group tactics. They push their cats to work as hard as they can for what they want, and refuse to acknowledge anything less than that. Known as the hard hitters of the Land Division, they are unafraid of bloodshed, seeing it as just another thing they can use to prove their strength. Next to Stronghold, they are the strongest in terms of brute strength. Thunder Company cats are taught early on how to work well with Stronghold, as the two Companies are almost never seen apart in a battle or war. Their peacetime duties include guard duty and inter-Clan police work. A lot of Thunder Company soldiers also go on to become drill sergeants.
Theme Song: Ready for This ~ All Good Things Alternate Theme Song: Radioactive ~ Imagine Dragons Mark: A jagged zigzag on the forehead, said to symbolize a lightning bolt.
Company Commander: Colonel Frostbite - A white she-cat with pale gray splotches, Frostbite is one of those cats that is truly intimidating in appearance. She has a wide head, glimmering ice-blue eyes, large paws, powerful hind legs, and an overall solid build. Her claws are sharp and long, and she always makes an effort to keep them as such. She has a nasty scar going across one side of her face, many long ones crisscrossing her pelt, and a piece of her tail missing. She is absolutely ferocious in battle, often becoming blind to her own safety in favor of defeating the enemy. Although not the best strategist, she is stunningly courageous and is a model Thunder soldier. She tolerates no corruption or disarray in her Company, and demands the most from everyone. (64 moons, Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ) Number of Units: Seven. Squads Per Unit: Six. Cats Per Squad: Five.
Unit 1 Commanded by: Major Blackwater - A massive, dark tom, Blackwater represents the "terrifying" aspect of war. His voice is deep and rough, he has more scars than one can count, and his muscles are so prominent one has to wonder how he doesn't collapse beneath their weight. He is loud, brash, and insistent, often pushing his cats further and harder than many other commanders. He does not accept exhaustion as an excuse, and will stop at nothing to see a mission to completion. (49 moons, Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ) Squad 1 Commander: Captain Mossywind - A brownish-red she-cat, Mossywind doesn't look much like a Thunder cat at first glance. She is rather small, with a lithe build and long legs. She is very agile, yet she lacks the brute strength of most Thunder cats. Her reason for having been placed in Thunder is simple: she is not matched by any other cat in terms of sheer courage and fearlessness. Despite her size, she stands against any cat without even a glimmer of fear. Her first priority isn't winning, but ensuring that morale stays up to a healthy level. She matches Blackwater's ferocity with an intense fieryness, and is rarely challenged in her decisions. (40 moons, Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ) Squad Members 1. Private Foxtooth - A ginger tom with a black "mask" on his face. He has a white muzzle and he has a white ring around his neck, along with white on his chest and underbelly. He has white paws with black fur just above them, and he has a black tail. Foxtooth is.... Well, a little different. While most of the cats are serious and prepared for battle, Foxtooth is fun-loving and kind. While he is excited to go into battle and help his Clan, many think he is naive and is not battle material. However, Foxtooth does understand the circumstances of the situation ClawClan is in, and knows that he must be more serious for the sake of the Clan. But he tries to be a joker and show his kind qualities whenever he can fit it in. Foxtooth is learning to be more serious, but his kindness and willingness to help and do anything for his Clanmates could one day be used against him. (13 moons, Wolfdusk) 2. Private Newtspring Newtspring is a black-and-orange she-cat with round, amber eyes. She's got a stocky build, compact but muscular, and a flat muzzle (which does little to help her looks). She's got unruly, thick fur with an almost wiry texture, which makes it harder for her to sneak through undergrowth but makes her almost invulnerable to infection, since grime cannot penetrate her harsh coat to seep into wounds. Her tail is the same as her main coat, but bushier, like a bottlebrush. She's mostly black except for dashes of orange streaked across her body. Her eyes are unusual, with her iris seemingly fading from orange to black, as well as being quite large. They are very expressive, too- the slightest twitch can change her from looking thrilled to furious. All of these parts together make her, to put it kindly, an 'unconventional beauty', though she doesn't seem to mind. She's got outstanding balance, being able to traverse the thinnest tree branches, but she's a poor jumper. In battle, she prefers offense to defense, as her shorter stature and thick pelt make her harder to defend against- which is a surprise, as out of battle she prefers to follow rather than make the first move. She's always nervous about something, and stresses out a lot, but always makes sure to follow her orders properly. She doesn't push away other cats but has few friends due to her unwillingness to introduce herself to others. She wonders often why she was put in Thunder Company, as she has a jittery personality and works better with a close partner than alone. However, she is too obedient to doubt the choices of her superiors and merely wills herself to be more of a model Thunder personality. (16 moons, Smileyme2)
Leopard Company "Never be outdone."
Leopard Company is one of two gender-specific Companies in ClawClan. Leopard Company is a she-cats only Company, priding themselves on the determination and confidence that they claim is only found in females. The bonds formed between the she-cats in Leopard Company are eternally strong, with many mother-daughter and sister-sister type bonds being formed. There are some who claim that having a females-only Company is a poor idea, as it ostracizes soldiers based purely on gender. The cats of Leopard, however, would disagree- they believe that ostracizing based on gender allows for stronger, less dramatic bonds to be formed between soldiers, which in turn leads to higher morale and more dedication to the job. Perhaps they are right, since Leopard has one of the highest morale standards of any Company in the Land Division. They encourage their soldiers to always practice confidence in themselves and in others, and to never back down from a fight. Their motto, "Never be outdone", reflects the Company's overall goal of always being the strongest, smartest, and most respected on the battlefield. Regardless of where one stands on the issue of gender-specific Companies, one cannot argue the success that Leopard has had because of it.
Theme Song: Fight ~ All Good Things Mark: A vertical line with a horizontal line attached to its bottom right. The mark is placed on the facing right (left) cheek and represents the letter L, which stands in turn for Leopard.
Company Commander: Colonel Emberface - Much as her name suggests, Emberface has a ginger face. The rest of her is black, making her look quite unusual. She has tufted ears, wide paws, and a fierce yellow stare. She has a gouge-like scar in her foreleg from a fight when she was younger, which she hates due to its grotesque appearance. She is cold and calculating, and has no problem showing her distaste for a cat directly to them. Despite Leopard's motto, she is satisfied with just going along her path at her own pace, never pushing herself to do more. She expects her warriors to do just that, however. (41 moons, Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ) Number of Units: Nine Squads Per Unit: Three Cats Per Squad: Eight
Unit 1 Commander: Major Halfdusk - Likely the oldest cat, Halfdusk is close to retirement. She has grown slow and rather frail from age; her response time to questions has slowed, and many claim her mind is muddled by age. However, she still proves herself to be capable on the battlefield, and for that reason has remained in power. Her fur has grown dull and lighter with age, and every step she takes is one of frailty. (90 moons, Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ) Squad 1 Commander: Lieutenant Birchtail - Birchtail has short, orange fur and kind blue eyes. She is very sincere, and often shows compassion to even the grouchiest of soldiers. She is a great morale-booster, and is looked to in times of hardship for her upbeat, optimistic personality. She is constantly encouraging her soldiers to be everything they can be, no matter what. (27 moons, Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ) Squad Members 1. Private Wolfblaze - A dark gray she-cat with a silver (or light gray) chest, underbelly, tail tip, muzzle, and paws. She has ice-blue eyes. If Wolfblaze's younger brother Foxtooth is kind, cheerful, and loves to have fun, they're complete opposites. While Wolfblaze, like her brother, is fiercely loyal, Wolfblaze is a feisty tom-boy. Wolfblaze is very eager to fight for her Clan, and she has been ever since she was a kit. She is ambitious (but only to serve her Clan) and can be hot-headed at times, but can be calm when needed and is always respectful to her commanders. Wolfblaze is very tough, but would never let anyone know she does have a soft side and can be sweet and loving. She also loves her brother very much and is proud of him, but she sometimes she secretly worries he is not soldier material like the others. Wolfblaze is a fierce warrior and would fight till the end, especially for her Clanmates, and would do anything to protect them. Her feisty temper could also lead to her downfall. (15 moons, Wolfdusk)
Tiger Company
"Be strong, always."
Tiger Company is the other gender-specific Company in ClawClan. They accept toms only, giving them a macho image that they are very proud of. Tiger soldiers tend to be very proud, boisterous, and fun-loving. Outside of battle, they take their duty relatively lightly and are not afraid of having a good time. In battle, however, they transform into courageous, powerful fighters with a knack for helping each other and making the enemy weak in the knees. No Tiger cat stands alone, and the brotherly relationships they promote help promote this. Every battle strategy they formulate incorporates teamwork, and everyone is expected to at least get to know each other a little bit. The closeness of Tiger soldiers is unmatched by any other Company, which is why they simply are some of the best.
Theme Song: Brothers ~ Dean Brody
Mark: Four vertical claw marks down the left flank.
Company Commander: Colonel Lionfang - A huge golden tom, Lionfang is an absolute beast. He has muscles like a boar, a wide head, and paws the size of an apprentice's head. However, his bark is definitely worse than his bite. He is unafraid to make threats, but he often doesn't follow through with them. He is very approachable, and many cats love talking to him on his visits. He is warm-hearted, open, and optimistic, if a bit irresponsible at times. (61 moons, Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ) Number of Units: Seven Squads Per Unit: Six Cats Per Squad: Five
Unit 1 Commanded by: Captain Sootfeather - A mottled grey tom, Sootfeather is all about brotherhood. He promotes all of Tiger Company's values, and expects his cats to follow them to a tee. He loves to have fun and be carefree when not in battle, and is often the one to start singing and throwing fits of happiness at random. He is bouncy, something that boosts the morale of his unit quite well. In battle, however, he turns from fun lover to serious. He does not tolerate fun on the battlefield, and expects all of his cats to take every battle seriously. He does not take his cats' lives lightly, and he expects his cats to be the same way. (32 moons, Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ) Squad 1 Commander: Lieutenant Yellowslip - A long-furred black tom, Yellowslip is the quiet one. He often lets Sootfeather handle all of the decision making, watching on with his deep yellow eyes. He rarely makes comments unless asked, and is not one to take part much in the fun, sometimes reckless activities his fellow Tiger soldiers partake in. It seems as if he saw something horrible when he was younger, and that permanently drained all of the fun out of him. His eyes bear a constant sadness. (30 moons, Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ) Squad Members 1. Private Strikethorn - Strikethorn is extremely large and muscled. Standing as tall as Shadowfur, he is very intimidating to smaller cats. His fur is an unusual grey colour flecked with darker black. His underbelly, paws, tailtip, and chest are white. Strikethorn has big, sharp ears, huge paws, and a long tail. His pelt has scars littering it, the most noticeable one on his chest. He has dark, almost black, eyes. Strikethorn is brutal, aggressive, and demanding. If he is tired or mad, he becomes aggressive, annoyed, and want-to-rip-throats-out. Towards kin and his leaders he is gruff, friendly, and loyal to them. When in battle the grey tom becomes powerful and killer, not stopping at anything to kill. He has a powerful hatred of cats from other Clans. He loves kits which means he would help kits of other Clans. (13 moons, Salt)

Ceremonies
Ceremonies are an important part of a soldier's life. They mark milestones that they have achieved after months, sometimes years, of hard work. They are normally preformed either by a drill sergeant or a unit's Commanding Officer, but may also be performed by a ranking officer in the absence of either, such as when a kit becomes an apprentice.
The Apprentice Ceremony
Cat Presiding: [name of kit], you have reached the tender age of six/nine moons, and thus are ready to leave the safety of your mother's side and go on to boot camp. I see in you [quality] and [quality], and I know that you will be a great soldier because of these qualities. As you go on in your journey, take with you this new name as a symbol of your progress. I name you [kit's new name, ending in -paw].
The Soldier Ceremony
Drill Sergeant: [name of apprentice], you have successfully completed your six months of training here at [name of boot camp], and have proved your worth by passing a final assessment. It is time now for you to take your full name, and become a true soldier of ClawClan. Do you, [name of apprentice], hereby swear to uphold the laws and traditions of this Clan, and to fight to defend its honor, even at the cost of your very life?
Apprentice: I do.
Drill Sergeant: Then by the authority vested in me, I grant upon you your new name. [name of apprentice], from this moment on you shall be known as [new name]. ClawClan acknowledges and respects your [quality] and [quality], and we look forward to serving beside you.
The Promotion Ceremony
Commanding Officer: [name of soldier], you have proven yourself to be a dedicated hero willing to stop at nothing to protect their Clan. Your service to your fellow comrades in arms must not go unnoticed; therefore, we are promoting you to the next rank. It is a gift that you deserve, and a gift that you will make good use of, I am sure. By the authority vested in me, I hereby promote you, [name of warrior], to the rank of [next rank above their current one]. Congratulations, and may the gratitude of this nation go with you on the next stage of your journey.
Soldier: Thank you, sir/ma'am.
The Presenting of the Claw
The Claw is a sacred symbol in ClawClan. It is the official symbol of the military, as established when ClawClan was originally founded. It is dedicated to all of the soldiers who, as the army puts it, "gave all". Because of this, the symbol is used during a fallen soldier's funeral. After the soldier has been buried, their Commanding Officer will bring forth some kind of claw, usually that of a fox or badger, that has been wrapped in a large leaf in such a way so that it will never unfold on its own. They will then present the Claw to the significant other of the deceased soldier. If they are not present, the Claw will be presented to the parents. If they are not present, it will be presented to the oldest sibling. If they are not present, the next oldest sibling will be presented the Claw, and so on until no siblings remain. If no siblings are available, it defaults to the oldest child.
Commanding Officer: "On behalf of the leader of ClawClan and the Marshal, please accept this claw as a symbol of our appreciation for [the deceased's name]'s service to this nation and a grateful military. May those above bless you and your family."
Whomever is Accepting the Claw: Takes the leaf-wrapped claw. Out of respect for the military and the deceased, the leaf should never be unwrapped nor should the claw be exposed in any way. It is not meant to be viewed.
- - - "In Memoriam" While it is important to honor those still fighting, it is just as important to remember those who gave it all for their Clan. This section is dedicated to all of the cats, both NPC and regular characters, who met their tragic ends on a blood-soaked battlefield.
~ Private Berrysting ~
(NPC) Private Berrysting was born to a Water Division soldier, Minnowspring, and the she-cat Waterlily. He had but a single sibling, a brother named Ripplewind who is currently serving with Stronghold. When he came of age, Berrypaw was drafted into the military and sent to Camp Stone to train under Captain Shadowfur. After spending the necessary time and completing his final examination, Berrypaw was named Berrysting and assigned to Squad 440 of Tiger Company, commanded by Major Furystorm. He spent a great deal of time with his squad, and was respected for his hard-working, determined attitude. He was killed during an assault on an enemy supply camp that went wrong; while distracted, an enemy soldier was able to get the jump on him, grabbing him by his throat and killing him. He was honored with full military rites and is buried at Blue Moon Cemetery.

( Yep. Cadet Winterpaw - A rather pretty tabby she-cat with a silvery-white pelt and deep blue eyes. Her tail is plumy and soft to the touch. Her build is slim and lithe, very dainty and weak. Although she isn't the strongest, her mind is nothing to scoff at. She is incredibly intelligent and strong believer in common sense. She will probably be selected for First Respondant because of this. She can sometimes be cynical and blunt about the situation they're in, for her age. She is rather realistic, and doesn't care about lying to herself that she will live through the war. She can sometimes be a bit too pessimistic though. She is very calm, even in the worst of times. She is not very strong at all physically, although she is very strong mentally. (9 moons)
And I think I can make it during those three days, albeit later on in the day. )

Mᴏᴏɴ - - Thank you~) Mᴏᴏɴ - -Bluewing had gathered her squad around. "As you all know, we have a battle with the Shadow League coming up!" she squeaked, perhaps a bit too enthusiastically. "As such, I am required to give the mandatory reminder that any cat that hasn't set up their will must see Senior Lieutenant Sandwing immediately! If your will is not set up and you give your life to protect your Clan during this battle, then you will not receive the afterlife care that you desire!"
Leopardspots, similarly to Bluewing, had gathered her squad. "I'm under orders to give you ungrateful lumps a reminder to speak to Lieutenant Flamesky about setting up your will. If you don't, well then that's not my problem. I certainly won't be feeling bad when you die and don't get the care you want afterwards." Wolfdusk smiliiMossywind paced before her squad, tail lashing back and forth. "Get your wills set up if you haven't done so already," she said rather forcefully. "I want each and every one of you to survive this battle we're going to be in, but that isn't guaranteed. If you should die, I want you all to be able to get the afterlife care you deserve. As such, you all must speak with Lieutenant Olivenose if you haven't already."

(I really ought to change Stonepaw's bio, it doesn't match his personality at all..)
Newtspring; TC/U1/S1 Newtspring nodded sombrely, though she looked uncomfortable with the subject. If Mossywind is so certain we'll need our funerals arranged now, I suppose that means someone will die... that's a frightening thought. She shook out her fur. "Yes, ma'am." she meowed quickly, padding off after her fellow Privates to find the Lieutenant.

@winterlynx Salt smilii Lórien Mᴏᴏɴ - -Shadowfur had gathered his troop out at the camp's front, as usual. "This morning we will be learning about how enemy invasions are handled by the ClawClan military," he barked. "Quite obviously, enemy invasions aren't expected. As a result, they often have devastating effects. Therefore, it is important while you are out in the war to always be reasy for a fight. You are not safe out there. No matter how many cats are around, or how clear the area looks, no matter what anyone says, no matter what you think; you are not safe. The more you remember that, the better off you will be. Now, when an invasion happens, the first thing that will happen is that one of the scouts will call out a signal. As you previously learned, a scout is one of the cats assigned to guard duty. If a scout sees trouble, they will call out the word "beta" as loud as they can. Any scout that hears the word will repeat it, until it has traveled around the whole camp. "When you yourself hear the word, it means there is imminent danger. The enemy could descend upon you at any time, so you must be prepared to fight. If you know where the call originated, then head for that scout's location. If you do not, then follow everyone else and keep your ears and eyes open. Does everyone understand what I've said?"
Flamepelt, on the other hand, already had his trainees doing drills. "I know you all are exhausted, but quite frankly I couldn't give a crap. When I say run two miles, I expect you to finish and be ready for the next exercise. When I tell you that the next exercise is burpees, I don't want to hear any frickin' groans! Now, everyone race over to that branch, do twenty chin-ups, and race back!" (For those who don't know/remember, a chin-up involves a cat jumping up, grabbing the branch with their teeth, pulling themselves up to the base of their neck, lowering themselves back down to the starting position, and then repeating it as many times as necessary)

( Agh, I poofed for church. Sorry, everybody! ;u; I'll write up something for Snake in a minute, but I have errands. :0 )
( Snakepaw x Nobody is my OTP. )
Moonleaf | FRC A plumed, navy-striped tail tapped anxiously upon the sandy ground. Moonleaf was anticipating the great battle that was to occur in a few days to come, and her claws ached for Shadow Leaguer blood. She was more than ready to fight...but what apparently wasn't ready was her will.
Whoops. If she didn't get that checked, she wouldn't get a proper funeral if she died, which had much more than a 50% chance of happening.
At Bluewing's...er, enthusiastic instructions for this preparation, Moonleaf separated from the cats and scanned the grounds for Sandwing. She didn't want to be regarded as a dead soldier who "tried their best". She wanted to be a heroine for her Clan.
Redstorm | Stronghold A red tomcat with wide, emotionless green eyes stood rigid at his post, his immensely serious face looking as if it could kill with a single glare.
Redstorm gave a flick of his attentive ears as Leopardspots gave out her blunt orders, and he suddenly remembered that he had not set up his will in preparation for the coming battle yet. If he were to earn a proper funeral, he'd have to do that and do it now. He had no feeling on the matter; but...since when did he "feel" anything?
Breaking away from the crowd of burly cats, he made his way over to where Lieutenant Flamesky was located. At least he'd have his respects paid to him like any other soldier instead of being labeled as a regular second-rate who "tried" in the war effort.
