Hi everyone, I'm not sure if I belong here because I haven't been officially diagnosed, but I know that I don't really fit in with normal society, it almost feels like I'm on a different plane of existence than most people around me, because the way they interact in the world is different than I do.
I also have the sensory sensitivities, I can't handle loud noises, certain textures, food, looking someone in the eyes is hard for me too aswell, like I don't know what it is but it makes me feel apprehensive.
I can't count how many times I've been excluded from things for being weird, I mean people already treated me differently for looking a bit different, but this just made them exclude me even more.
My parents don't really believe in it I guess? Like, they think that if I just try that I can be like everyone else, do the same things that other people do, but it's not that easy especially when there's no one around who really understands.
I'm looking forward to how this all develops, hopefully it results in having people that I can vibe with without worrying about being judged or something.

I promise you won't be judged, a lot of us struggle with the same things to a lesser or greater extent and can relate. For me, finding out I was autistic had me like "ohhh so that's why I'm like this. It all makes sense now." I suddenly had valid reasons for all of the things I do and experience differently. Being on another plane of existence is a really apt description, imo!

Tealraven Tysm <3 That seems to be a common thing, I've heard about how people feel a bit better after being diagnosed because they finally have an answer to why. Edit: I hope you're feeling a bit better, sorry for not responding to that part, I guess I didn't notice it, but then again, I was in a terrible mood when I responded so that might be why. I hope you have a great day.

Originally made scripts are fun, I remember when I was in drama in middle school, they had you pair up with someone, and then you and that person had to write a duet, like a short two person play, and then act it out, it was really fun, I didn't do anything with theatre in high school though unfortunately. Do you prefer humorous acting, dramatic, or? |

I saw you'd tagged me, but for some reason it took me past your post.
It's going decent! Work is pretty hard, but it pays well, so that's good. I misssssss free time though.
And thanks! It was made by my friend of our characters. The one getting dipped is Percival (my character) and fancy white-cream haired dude is Death (incarnate, and my friend's character). They're dating. X'D Vampirony is the story he is from, so as that is my latest special interest, it is obvious if I let this sentence go on too long, I'll keep talking on and on and on.

I hope there's a way to balance work and free time if you can in order to have more free time, I'm someone who has a very low energy threshold so I can't imagine what that must be like to work and have little to no free time
That's so cool Vampirony is kind of a funny title 😂
There's the irony part then iron which is in blood and vampires usually drink blood

I hope so too. It's certainly not a lot of free time that I have to work with, but I'll keep trying with whatever I've got! And ye! My friend is into puns. (Her sn is Ludevika - or Vicky as a nickname.) Her story is going to be a comic eventually. It primarily features vampires, but has other side characters of species like werewolves. Not too large of a gothic fantasy cast. Victorian in nature, but not, like, London. Prussia is the setting. Follows a kind of detective/social worker type vampire called Chrissi, who tries to solve problems while ignoring his own. Death is a side character who turns up sometimes. :3 My friend's birthday is in a couple of days, so I made her a gift:  Death in his realm. No real story to the white light. Just something to balance the picture. |

The simple act of carefully and gently poking my Warriors and forums special interest has been really nice. It's just nice being able to tell myself that it doesn't have to take a back seat.
Thinking of starting a new RP, even if I'm just role-playing with myself.
