"Yeah, I know, but I really want to battle train, I can't wait until our first battle. They might as well just make me a warrior after they see how well I can fight." gloated Volepaw. It was nice to be able to talk to a she-cat that wasn't constantly pining over him all the time. And she was a much better hunter than Mistpaw.

Rubyfire spotted Halfpaw and Volepaw heading towards her and went to greet them. "Volepaw! Ready to practice some battle moves? You never know when the other two Clans might come attack."

"Yeah, of course, Rubyfire! I've been waiting to show off some moves. Will Mistpaw and Halfpaw be coming, or will it just be us?" he asked. Although Mistpaw was his brother and best friend, he wasn't exactly a great fighter, and it might get boring with him there.

One of my warriors can be Mistpaw's mentor, probably Timberfall because he'd have the most patience out of all of them  ) Halfpaw' ear perked at the prospect of training with her friend and his mentor. "That would be great, Rubyfire." She purred. "I think Mistpaw and Timberfall have gone hunting, which Mistpaw really needs to work on." She put on a face of theatrical disgust and laughed. |

(The med. Cat equivalents are Seers, their jobs are slightly more important than that of a medicine cat. If you are interested, you may be a Seer to-be, since you have a high ranking character already, unless you wish to create one of the two neighboring Clans, in which case you could be a full seer. Same goes for me and Katzu ) Rubyfire purred. "Okay, let's go to the lake!" |

Icywillow was witting at the edge of camp when she saw a couple of the apprentices go out with their mentors. I'd better go send a hunting patrol out, the fresh kill pile looks weak, she thought. "Emberstep, Slashpelt, Saffronsplash, I'm sending out a hunting patrol, you guys are in it." she yelled loud enough for them all to hear. She decided that she would go with them for once, instead of hunting alone.

Sapphirestar watched as Icywillow organized patrols. The masculine purred with amusement as he saw she had called for Slashpelt. I don't think she'll take to kindly to orders, he thought. She's a lot like Rubyfire, no wonder they're good friends. The chieftain looked at the bright morning light blue sky, and inhaled the fresh green season air. He lay in the top branch of Hightree and scanned the area below. The male watched as cats shared tongues, ate, and talked and purred with happiness. Sapphirestar loved to watch his cats get along so well. Dark shadows underlined his eyes, his eyes full of worry. The secret he was keeping from them was hard to bear, and hard to know. He hated aying everything was alright when it really wasn't. They were going to war soon for the right to claim the Jewel Ruins, which in truth wasn't the only castle. It was a glamorous and beautiful castle that two legs didn't go in that had been preserved. As much as he wanted to move his clan to the newfound castle, he feared once the other Clans found out they'd fight for it.

"Okay everyone, let's head out!" she shouted. Her clanmates were always slower to get organized than she was, but that was probably why she was Doyenne, to help her less fortunate clanmates get in gear.

Here's my Seer!)
Jadestorm- A long-furred white she-cat of about 45 moons old with jade-green eyes, hence her name. Her build is frail and her body is skinny, but is well hidden by her thick fur. Jadestorm is a very quiet cat, getting nervous easily. She is slightly paranoid and gets scared by little noises frequently. She is also very intelligent with herbs and knows most of them well. Most cats think of her as someone who keeps secrets on a daily basis and doesn't want anyone knowing them, because of her jumpiness.
