Spottednose lurked around camp, spotting Blackpaw and Flamefur leaving. His eyes narrowed and he padded over to them. "What are you doing, leaving camp without the deputy's permission?" He demanded stormily, looking off into the distance for a moment. "Of course, I'm the temporary deputy." The tom added smugly, feeling happy that he could be in charge once and for all.
Ravenheart watched the scene unfold from her den with surprise and muttered something to herself, feeling angry at Spottednose for being so annoying.

Spottednose glared at Flamefur, but nodded to let them pass. "Sorry to disturb you." He mewed icily, glancing back at Ravenheart, who was looking at him.
