[ Pantherpaw | Apprentice ] "Life isn't fair!" Pantherpaw returned breathlessly. He was panting heavily, already tired. He'd started with a full on sprint, which he soon realized was a mistake. His heart was beating rapidly, he almost was afraid it'd fall out of his chest. He let out a slight 'oof' in surprise as Basilpaw collided into him. He heard her apologize and saw her standing over him, but was stunned for a brief second, the wind knocked out of him. Then he started laughing. "Now look who's playing dirty," Pantherpaw said, snickering. "Don't apologize, I have a nice view of you from down here." Even though he had said it in a mostly joking manner, the moonlight behind her made him question whether or not he had said that to make her flustered or because he genuinely meant it. For a heartbeat he considered saying something else, something... yet that was crazy... wasn't it? He paused a moment and said warmly, "The moonlight suits you. We should sneak out more often.""Oh um thanks Pantherpaw and sure we should do this more often if you like.", Basilpaw said wih her voice showing emotion in her voice. Blushing visibly, she got off of him and said," Well that was awkard,sorry I got on top of you though.", Basilpaw apolgized once agin to Pantherpaw. |

Meadowpaw had a fitful sleep, her body tense. A fox was chasing her and it was right on her haunches. She didn't even have to look to know. The calico apprentice tried her best to run away as fast as she could in the dimly lit forest before she met herself with a wall of trees. Her nervous blue gaze turned reluctantly once she realized there was nowhere to run as the trees formed a wall around the two of them, almost as if this was a ring. The she-cat swallowed hard, her fur fluffed out as she got into a defensive position, the fox looked at her with a devious, sly expression. Like she was the easiest prey it had ever seen in moons. The ginger beast licked its canines clean in an excited manner. It was only a matter of seconds before the fox sprang right at her, the impact it had felt real as its jaws wrapped easily around her neck.
The she-cat woke with a start, gasping for breath as if the fox really had gotten her and everything that just happened was real. Her eyes looked wild and full of fear and terror. It.. was.. a dream wasn't it? It isn't real. She tried to tell herself over and over again as she looked to the ground from where she stood, still gasping for air. It isn't real. Waking up hearing Meadowpaw awake, Hawkpaw said quietly," Meadowpaw? Are you okay? I heard you wake up." Hawkpaw was trying to fight the urge to close his eyes, but he wanted to show he was respectful and very soothing toawrds Meadowpaw. |

Riverstorm followed the leader, his eyes lighting up a tad once he seen the huge willow tree. Her teasing made him huff a laugh, his ears flicking contently at her explanation. He did, however almost freeze when she said they'd sleep together that night, feeling a blush creep onto his face. "A-Are you sure-" He uttered out before being questioned, his attention being brought to the warrior who demanded his name. The green eyed warrior didn't seem too happy, but he couldn't blame her. However, he did give her a frigid look back, emotions hidden. "My name is Riverstorm." The dark ginger tabby stated with a monotonous voice, holding his ground against the unfamiliar warrior. "Might I get yours?" He asked now, a flicker of playfulness in his tone as he stared at Vinetail. As they were expected to play nice and be clanmates, he knew being hostile wouldn't be the best option for him right now.
Meadowpaw was breathing hard for a moment, flinching at the voice of Hawkpaw. "Oh- Oh haha! I'm fine.." She meowed quickly, her heart still pounding loud in her ears. The apprentice still felt scared for some odd reason, and alone. Trying to relinquish the feeling, the calico looked downcast for a moment before her blue eyes turned to the tom with an uncertain glint. "W-Would you mind if.. If.. If you could maybe.. lay by me until I fall asleep again?" She asked with a shaky voice. It was embarrassing, but she knew she wouldn't be able to sleep without feeling secure again. She didn't want to show weakness like this to her new friend Hawkpaw, afraid it'd make her dislike her for being so needy. They only just became friends today! "Or-or maybe just forget it." She decided quickly. She could deal with this, right? It'd be wrong for her to keep Hawkpaw awake, more or less asking such unnecessary things of him.

His intention hadn't been to make her feel awkward at all... He quickly regained his smile, to the point where one would even doubt they had seen it falter. "It was an accident," Pantherpaw reassured her. "And it gives me a chance to get a head start!" He said before dashing off towards the field, now able to see it. He wasn't going as fast as he had initially, mainly because he was quickly growing tired, and he wanted to save up some energy to hunt. He expected Basilpaw to pass him quickly, she was always faster than him in training. |

Forgive me if Riverstorm met RoseClan before x.x  and sorry if something doesn't make sense. Just go with the flow.... They haven't gone into the clearing yet. or up the tree. And no he hasn't but Roseclan used to be petalclan, but a flood happeed and killed everyone. except Zinniastar and Riverstorm although riverstorm was lost and just found Zinniastar, so this is his first tim seeing roseclan. ] |

Zinniastar smiled, "Only until i give the announcement." She hesitated and then blushed at the thought, "Unless you want to stay with me in my den." She looked away and followed him inside, nodding in greeting to Vinetail. She stood next to Riverstorm as he talked to Vinetail, making her she didn't claw his ears off.

Well, I don't know what to do x.x))
Vinetail let out a yawn. She decided it was time for sleep and climbed up the tree and padded over to her nest (if the even have nests) and collapsed. She curled up into a white ball and let sleep engulf her until she was snoring softly.
Idek if that makes sense. Yet again, go with the floooow....

I'd suggest you rewriting your response to reflect what's given right now.
Also as bumble said, don't skip through what a person writes for you. I tend to take a while when rping because I feel like rereading what the person I'm rping with said a few times over and then think it over.
I would though, appreciate if you took the time to read my posts to you because I took the time to write them. ^^
Constantly thinking over messing up will make you mess up. Believe me. Haha]

"Nice to meet you Vinetail." Riverstorm greeted as he gave the she-cat a sly but friendly smile, tilting his head just a tad. Of course he wasn't trying to come off as cocky, because he wasn't, but seeing this she-cat being so defensive made him feel a tad more playful. "I just happened to find my long lost friend Zinniastar. Surely that won't be a problem?" He asked in a forced apologetic tone, staring at the she-cat intently still yet. He didn't think Zinniastar would be against him making acquaintances? His personality was never one many liked either way.
