The leader couldn't stop his pupils from narrowing. "What is there to talk about?" Shadespirit said with a hint of hesitation. He made sure his tail hung low and his back did not arch, no matter how he felt. It was at least two, maybe one, moon before the wet season came. He didn't like how this conversation could go. "About what will happen when the wet season starts." Dawnstar looked around to see if anyone was listening. |

"You will leave with your clan and we will be separate." Shadespirit said matter-of-factly. He was sure this was the best outcome of this relationship the two clans had. This was a rough dry season. They had survived it together, but that didn't mean the two clans could work together for much longer. They were far too different. Plus, the spirits weren't talking. It had to be because of the OwlClanners. "Right?" He added to make sure the other leader knew this wasn't negotiable.

"Why?" Shadespirit said coldly. He just wanted the other cats gone. As he figured, they had angered the spirits and caused enough trouble. He couldn't stop his ears from flicking back. Anyone who knew the leader well, knew he was a bit odd after becoming leader. The young leader seemed much more aggressive than the deputy version of him.

Frostpaw padded uo to Moonpaw. "Would you like to do anything?" He asked softly. "Let's go hunting!" Moonpaw said and rubbed against Frostpaw. |

Shadespirit sighed. Yes, that was a wonderful example of coroperation. You couldn't even do this for your clan. Good spirits, you are bad. He thought to himself before padding away. "Not like that leader was much help." he justified, "What does she think we are going to do? Sit and wear flower crowns while we talk about what happened last moon?" He muttered before flopping down at the edge of camp.
