Spiderleap | 22 Moons | Male | Warrior | Flyingwish The first thing one would surely notice about Spiderleap is his lithe figure; he is slim, with long, near lanky legs and a lengthy tail to match. He is pitch black in color, with pale green eyes that stand out against his otherwise darkly colored appearance. He is a kind tom, with a soft spot for kits; as they remind him of his younger sister, Flyingkit. Often described as outgoing, he is able to talk to nearly anyone. He is protective of those he cares about, yet is lenient and laid back. However, it is because of this carefree, yet nurturing attitude he can be sometimes regarded as a pushover. This is also due to his build; he isn't a strong cat for battles, but he is both quick witted and fast on his feet. His powerful, lanky legs are what earned him his name for his ability to jump extremely high.
Flyingkit | 6 Moons | Female | Kit | Flyingwish This quiet, curious shekit takes after her brother, Spiderleap with many things. Her wit and ability to remember and understand things are impeccable for her young age, but she is extremely small in size. She has a soft, dove-white pelt with delicate gray paws. Her two, pale blue eyes seem to absorb all that is around her to learn. She is much more reserved than her brother and has yet to come out of her shell. She often clings to Spiderleap, and looks up to him for his kindness and social skills. She hopes to one day be both as good with others and resourceful as he is. In the mean time though, she will only speak her mind or ask questions to those she is closest to.

𝕊𝕙𝕒𝕕𝕠𝕨 Seeing as Coonface was going to give her alone time with her apprentice, Peony turns back to Nightpaw and encouragingly nudges her up, "Since you know the proper techniques, now it's time to see it in action." She bounds a few paces forward and then turns to beckon her apprentice forward, "Remember, quiet and light on your paws, Nightpaw" Coonface nodded at her mother. She didn't want to get in the way of the two of them training together- she'd be more of a distraction to them than anything. Moving northward ahead of them, she padded off in the direction of the dreadwash. Perhaps there would be a gathering of blackbirds there today, scavenging for frogs and other small pickings in the bog. Pricing her ears, she stopped and listened around. Coonface was never nervous in the forest, but she was vigilant. Every cat knew that Twilightclan territory was full of rogues and loners, and some were friendlier than others. It benefited a cat to be wary. She hunted for a time, settling for a frog and a vole after being unable to snag a blackbirds, and began her trot after her mother. Perhaps by now Nightpaw and her would be ready to move on. Nightpaw gave a gentle nod, and breathed gently, letting a anxious breath out. Upon gentle paws she lowered herself to reduce the grip of wind upon herself, and silently moved forward, quick, and well placed paws pacing upon the forest floor. She then stopped after a few moments, "Like that?" she asked Peony, hoping she had done the stealthy walk correctly.

ρυмρкιηqυєєη13 "Yes, in fact I do!" Dawnwish meowed brightly, her paw gesturing to the herbs "My stock of marigold was full of old, useless herbs. I'll need to dispose of these and go fetch some more. Perhaps a jaunt through the forest with me might wake you up?" In reality, Dawnwish could have easily done this on her own. The Marigold clumps grew not terribly far from camp, on one of the taller hills in the Greater Glade. They thrived on the sunlight there and grew easily, despite withering in the boggy soil pretty much anywhere else on the Twilightclan territory. The window for harvesting them was short, and Dawnwish wanted to check on their progress now that the weather was finally turning. Having Leafheart tag along with her would make good company for the both of them, she figured. "That sounds great." Leafheart mewed, getting on all fours and shaking out her pelt, the dirt easily slipping away. She could always get the remaining mud off her paws when she returned later, "Where exactly are they located? Throughout the forest, or in a specific area?" Leafheart felt energy suddenly overwhelm her. It had been a little while since she wondered through the forest, just to...search. She'd gone there to hunt and to help patrol, but she hadn't gone out there to just go there. That was the last place she'd seen Mikel. She wondered if he was still there, waiting for her to return. She hoped not. She smiled to Dawnwish, "I'm ready, either way."

Ravenpaw frowned. "Is it so bad that I want hi- other cats to like me?" she mewed sulkily, trailing in Nectarfur's paw steps with her tail drooping on the ground. "Anyway - where are we going?" /sorry! low muse. It's a monday, first period at school with another six hours to go. This causes the muse to suffer. Merlinpaw couldn't believe that someone could mistrust his Clan, his family, like this. "I'm no traitor and your sister is safe with our Clan. So is my sister. And since we clearly can't get rid of you, I'll see you around." he replied calmly, turning to pad away. The apprentice halted suddenly, a thought occurring to him. "One thing. You know my name - but what's yours? It doesn't seem quite fair that you know mine but I don't know who you are. And I'm guessing this won't be the last time I run into you - you do seem to hang around like a bad smell." he added, his tone bad-tempered but seeming a little forced. Doubts were growing in his mind, he was beginning to question things that before had seemed incontrovertible. Maybe this cat spoke some truth after all. Yew sighed, and rolled her eyes listening to his first response and watching his first reactions, "Truly a naive cat you are!" she exasperated. She stopped though, watching as he stopped, and was a little shocked to be asked her name. Though her mood soured as the tom related her to a bad smell. She simply cracked a grin, "Life isn't very fair Merlinpaw..." she said, but she noticed him look a little confused, just for a moment. "You know that too though, don't you?" she asked, more gently this time. She found herself drawn to trust him, more so then others, because if he really wanted to hurt her, he would have already done so. She gave a graceful nod, and sat down right beside him, giving a less hateful glare then before, "My name's Yew, and yes, I do hang around like an awful smell. Get used to it." she said with a grin, and remained sitting, now more non-phased by the clan cat then before, and showed it too. Anyways, even if he did try to attack her, she could handle it, or so she thought.

Spiderleap lay outside the nursery, his long tail lazily flicking back and forth. The young tom was explaining to his kit sister the various types of prey that roam the forest.
Flyingkit sat eagerly in front of him, her eyes wide as she listened intently.
"In the forest, there are hundreds of little creatures StarClan has left for us. Things like mice, small birds, frogs, and even hawks." Spiderleap said.
"What's a hawk?" Flyingkit asked, her crystal blue eyes wide with wonder.
"It's a large brown bird." Spiderleap explained gently.

He smiled, he flicked his tail, signaling she should follow him. ''We are going to hunt near the camp, a spot that has trees where mice go under and birds are on top of the branches. He walked to the spot, hoping Cloudpaw was behind him. ''Now, use your nose to find prey.'' He smelled the air. ''I can smell a mice, under the tree over there.'' He pointed his muzzle to that spot. They were surrounded by trees, and the swampy ground had some water, but Tigerstripe didn't mind. He saw a blackbird on the tree. He stalked it, he could jump high so as soon as it was the time, he leaped, like an owl flying in the air, somehow, he made very little noise. He didn't hear the mouse run away, so he Cloudpaw was fine. He had the bird in his mouth, and climbed down carefully. Not making such noise, he waited for Cloudpaw to catch the mouse. ''After this I am going to teach you some useful battle moves, Even if Ottersplash is your mentor, theres no harm in teaching you atleast one?'' He whispered, just enough for Cloudpaw to hear, but made sure the mouse couldn't.

Coonface padded back up to the area where she had left her mother and Nightpaw. The two of them were practicing techniques, Nightpaw creeping along the ground slowly. "Your form is good but you'll never catch anything when you're focusing so hard on being dainty like that" Coonface meowed, padding abruptly into their session. She meant well of course, but if there was one thing Coonface had inherited from her mother, it was an inability to keep her nose out of other cats fur.
------
Dawnwish's maw brightened, glad that Leafheart was willing to come with her. Some cats groaned at the task of accompanying her. It was hard enough to get them to take their medicine, let alone carry it for long stretches when the bitter taste did nothing but make them nauseous. "Great! The first thing I'll need to do is toss this bundle into the dreadwash. The leaves are old and don't do much, but we still don't want to leave them outside of camp for some curious apprentice to eat on a dare" she meowed, picking the bundle up and padding towards the camp entrance. Through muffled speech, she continued as they walked "The dreadwash sucks the herbs up and disposes of them. And we don't drink from there usually, so we don't have to worry about contaminating the water."
-------
Cloudpaw nodded, following Tigerstripe carefully. How exciting! Another warrior aside from her mentor was going to show her some tricks! She couldn't wait to show Ottersplash. She nodded, smelling the mouse in the air as he had said. Crouching down carefully, her muscles worked almost instinctively, pushing her forward silently through the undergrowth. She halted momentarily as Tigerstripe caught the blackbird. The mouse sat up in fear momentarily, and Cloudpaw sent up a prayer of thanks to Starclan that it didn't see her. After waiting a few heartbeats, she creeped forward again, springing forward with a pounce when she neared closer to the mouse. Her outstretched paw caught it in the back, and she scooped it forward, biting down with the finishing blow.
She sat up, eyes beaming, feeling proud of her catch. Padding over to him, she sat down "Is there any reason you want to teach me battle moves?" she meowed somewhat cautiously. She was a great hunter, but in battle she tended to flop. Ottersplash seemed understanding enough, but that because she was Cloudpaw's mentor. Would Tigerstripe tell the others if she did badly?

Novi Badger bit back a sharp comment, simply cutting his eyes at Scarlet. She was too smart for her own good, and lucky that he was so patient with her. His whiskers twitched as Ivyfang stepped right into her trap- it was too late now, he mused. "Well well Ivyfang, looks like the reluctant mentor has a pupil despite his rough attitude" Badger purred, his eyes glimmering with amusement. "Go on then. If you're so fast and quiet, surely it would be a breeze for you to pass on your skills to Scarlet, who is obviously willing to learn." Ivyfang wanted to push Badger into mentoring the kit? Fine. He would be Badger's test subject, then. If Scarlet seemed willing and able to learn something from Ivyfang, perhaps he would take the time to teach her what he knew. Ivyfang's whiskers twitched. "She was circling you." He flicked his tail. "And besides, being willing to learn and able to learn are two very different things." A capable warrior couldn't just pass skills down. It was one reason as to why he rejected having an apprentice in the first place. He didn't want to deal with it. With a heavy sighed he glanced around. "Alright...let's see how you run normally." Scarlet blinked up at him curiously before obeying. Ivyfang watched her run around them. She tripped a couple times, but made a quick recovery. It must happen a lot... "Alright, that's enough." She trotted back over to them and gazed up at him, wide-eyed. It was an unsettling feeling. "For one thing, your balance is awful." He started bluntly and her ears flattened slightly, but she listened anyways. Once finished, she turned and started making her adjustments. Although Scarlet still tripped, Ivyfang had to admit she was at least quieter. He glanced towards Badger to see what he thought.

Battle training was always difficult with Lightningstrike. She moved quickly and efficiently, and she fought with a purpose. She was a good teacher for it, at least. He liked to hunt, it gave him plenty of time to himself and always left him to his own thoughts. "You taught me to pay attention to the wind, and tried to get me to catch a rabbit. They were a bit too fast." His ears flick at the memory; he had been so lost in his thoughts he'd nearly gone flying into the rabbits burrow. "As for battle training, we focused on back kicks?" ~~~ Raven
"It isn't, but you must like yourself first." Even Nectarfur cringed at his words there. Too ominous, too wise, Nectarfur wasn't nearly old enough to be spouting words like that.
"Other cats like you plenty, Ravenpaw, you are a good apprentice and a great member of the clan."
Nectarfur also wasn't old enough to miss her slip up, and his eyes sparkle. The apprentice was fond of his Twigpaw? That was glorious, and also a bit sad- Twigpaw wouldn't make any romantic endeavor easy, he was stubborn, a bit mean with his words, and always lost in that silly head of his.
"No where in particular, I fear, today is more training for the mind and soul than the body!" He looks down to her, "Now, do you smell anything?" His tone is soft and prodding, and he looks forward. They were finally getting out far enough where they'd need to pay attention to their surrounds, and he had already caught the scent of something on the wind. He wasn't sure if she would be able to yet.

Peony flicks her tail at her daughter- of course her kit had inherited her nosiness. Peony had been scolded plenty of times for it as she adjusted to clan life. She just purrs to Coonface and gestures for her to come close.
"It is good to be light on your feet, but to focus on it takes away from what you're doing. I suppose it is better to be light on your feet than heavy though, Coonface when she was training was just like me! Heavy footed!" She can already hear the complaint bubbling up from her daughter and Peony laughs, "She learned quick, though, just like you are. Don't worry so much about how lightly you are stepping, as compared to where you are stepping."
She crouches to demonstrate, "You can be a bit more heavy footed if you watch where you step, avoiding twigs is always key... They give away your position..well pretty much always!"

''Good, lets head back to camp and then we will go out to the Mossy Clearing, I will teach you some battle moves.'' As he headed back to the camp, he put his blackbird down on the freshkill pile. He would wait for Cloudpaw to finish, and then headed out to the clearing. ''Alright!'' he said in a growl, ''Come at me, and try to unbalance me by taking my paws off the ground, or knocking me from my paws, or any other way you can think!'' he meowed. ''Like this.'' He said, he would aim at a tree his big muscles bunched up, and his powerful legs carried him off the ground in a huge blast of speed, he unsheathed his claws and spun mid air, he would then rake the tree and land on his paws. The tree had huge claw marks, he sheathed his claws and smiled. ''Now, try it on me, except keep your claws sheathed!'' He would stand infront of Cloudpaw, waiting for her attack.

Ravenpaw blushed and shuffled her paws, her mentor's remark did do wonders for her self-esteem. She let herself be distracted by happy thoughts for just a moment before clearing her head and breathing in the scents of her surroundings. The musk smell of the marsh sometimes confused her senses but she persisted in seeking out the other inhabitants of the marshlands. "Frogs, I smell frogs." she mewed decisively, and indeed there was the slimy, thick scent of frog somewhere nearby. There was a clearer scent too, sharper and more foresty. "And… a vole?" she tried, not entirely certain even though she was in fact correct.
Merlinpaw halted, and glanced back over his shoulder at the she-cat. Yew. Of course - the correct name for the deathberry tree. The name struck him as darkly amusing, somehow, and he allowed a small smile to creep onto his face. "I'll be seeing you around then, Yew." he mewed, padding back to the patrol. He murmured to Littleear, some falsehood about hearing a squirrel, and padded off into the trees. He cast another glance back at Yew and flicked his tail, inviting her to follow. He wanted to talk more, but he hoped she'd have the common sense to be surreptitious if she did decide to follow him!

Lightingstrike nodded her head. "Correct, a back kick can help you in a jam." She mewed twitching her whiskers. "As for hunting I'll admit the rabbit hunting was bit advanced ." Rabbits were a bit hard to catch certainty for a apprentice.

"I'll get it eventually. Just.. I need some more practice." Twigpaw offers her a shrug. He was willing to do the training. They just needed to work their way up there.
"Any moves in particular that you want to try today...?"
~~~~~
"Very good, young one." He purrs. The season was doing wonders for the frogs in the area. If cats were more willing to look past the taste, they'd have an all new source of food... But frogs tasted like mud, and it definitely was an acquired taste. Voles? They were good. "Tell me if you smell anything new."
He knew up here past a collection of fallen logs that there'd be a good spot to rest in the sun, but for now he knew the scents of the clan would be growing weak there. He leaps over a log and waits, knowing Ravenpaw will take a moment or two longer. The area in front of him was mostly clear and grassy, but the swamp was just beyond. He scents the air and freezes.
Who was that?
While Twilightclan may be more accepting of loners now, it was still always a concern when some unknown cat showed up.. You never knew who you were running into until you ran into them.
Nightpaw looked a bit more offended as Coonface corrected her, she's not even my mentor, how dare she be involved? Her mother aloud her to accompany us, but her nosing in is a bit rude! she thought, of course just a bit jealous, of her mentor and her daughter. She didn't exactly have a close sibling anymore, and part of her did blame the Clan for it. Though when her mentor corrected her, she gave a light smile, "Okay, but I'm a bit naturally light on my feet, I was just making sure I did that part correctly..." she frowned, feeling her mentor and her mentor's daughter were not getting her goal. She then quickly scurried off, scanning the floor gently and placing her paws delicately as she ran past, she then returned, a silent little Wisp, and erupt into the clearing once more, "Better?" She asked, though she was a bit irritated, she kept her voice gentle.
----
Yew grinned, seeing the tom seemed to get the meaning of her name, respectively, her siblings(from her litter) were named after deadly plants, she was Yew, Nightpaw used to be Nightshade, another sister was named Holly, a brother was named Oleander, and another brother named Daphne. Her older sibling included Shadestar(Shadow), as Shadestar was the only in her litter. Yew found herself smiling as he left, a genuine smile, and nodded at the tom. As he vanished from her view, she seemingly flew into the trees with a leap and a climb, and took off silently over them, her scent hidden within the scents of the leaves she was near, and by the upward drift of the wind. She watched with a grin, but had minor doubts, what if Merlinpaw was leading her into a trap? Oh who was she kidding, in her mind, she could easily escape anyways.
Daphne | 8 moons | Male | Loner | Roleplayer
Daphne is a tan colored tom with gentle baby blue eyes, and darker paws and ears. Daphne is a gentle tom, and is a sweet and honest cat. He seems to be medium sized and long furred, and has the potential to be a powerful cat. He is very kind to others, and in few moments of irritation can snap and fight extremely well. He is more trusting then any of his siblings, and even due to his opposite attitude to Yew, was rather close to her and still talks with her from time to time. Daphne was with his sisters when Shadestar found them, and was once a guest in the camp. After Shadestar was killed, he became afraid and fled, but is always trusting to the cats he meets from the clan for their hospitality. ...
Oleander | 8 moons | Male | Rogue | Roleplayer
Oleander is a lean and scarred tom, he is a tiger patterned cat, a blotched dark tan and creamy yellow tom with orange eyes. He is heavily scarred from his many battles along his life. He doesn't really have trust issues, but tends not to care. He stays with Holly, sense hiother sisters and brother went with Shadestar. He knows about Shadestar, but sense he never met her tends not to be too upset. He is brutally honest, and very strong, but can lack in compassion. ...
Holly | 8 moons | Female | Rogue | Roleplayer
Holly is a deceiving cat much like her sister Yew, and stays with her brother Oleander. She has evergreen eyes and is a dark grey cat, with a lighter color to coat. She knows of Shadestar, but didn't know her, therefor does not have much interest in her. She finds tricking other cats to be funny, and is rather strong and cunning, often mocking her opponents. She can be seen as cruel as well, having little compassion for others. ...
All three will have to have personality adds to them for their rpers. All will be used in a miniature plot as well, including the 5 siblings, and the clan. I might pm the idea to the mods soon if they would like.)
I'd be interested in Holly, and Daphne if nobody claims him Both my characters are nice. I need a less-nice cat xD Merlinpaw found a small clearing in the swampy forest, far enough from the patrol to be unheard while being close enough that Merlinpaw could still leg it back if the loner caused trouble. "I've never met anyone who talks back to Littleear like that," he mewed in an off-hand sort of manner. He was curious about her, her mannerisms and changeable behavior as well as her unfamiliarity to him made her interesting. Ravenpaw followed her mentor, much more lively now she'd started to do things right. She noticed how her mentor's gait had changed, the big tom seemed wary to her. A strange scent was on the air - cat scent, but not TwilightClan's. The scent was sharper, bringing to mind pines and hard ground. An outsider! They rarely saw other cats in the marshes, they weren't unheard of but nobody usually wished to get their paws wet the way TwilightClan did. "Nectarfur, who is it?" the charcoal-and-white apprentice mewed softly.
"I knew that." Peony gives her apprentice a smile. She had noticed and appreciated that. She could relate to bumbling heavy steps a bit more, but Peony had grown up as a kitty pet, Nightpaw grew up needing more delicate feet than that of a kitty-pet.
"Very good, being that silent is going to make you a great hunter, as long as your enthusiasm doesn't get a hold of you." Though her apprentices tone was gentle, Peony could tell it was clipped. It was never nice to have to be corrected, but to learn Peony had to correct her, just as the cats that trained Peony had to correct her. "Form, good, steps, good." Peony nods to herself, "Now let's go find you something to hunt and see how you apply them in the actual moment."
~~~~~
"I don't know." He mumbles quietly. After the war it was really hard to judge whether cats were friendly or antagonistic unless approaching them. Nectarfur would normally approach a stranger jovially, but with his apprentice with him, he was wary.
"...let's go see, shall we?" He smiles down at her, he quickly flattens the nervous prickle of fur along his spine, "Just stay behind me until we talk to them, alright?"
They travel further into the grassy area until Nectarfur spots golden fur in the distance. He certainly didn't recognize this tom as one of the loners or rogues from the war, but he of course had not met them all. He hesitates a bit before squaring his shoulders and raising his voice, "Hello, friend!"
(Now Mikel shall not be abandoned to the rp twilightzone haha)

(Go ahead and claim Holly, and Daphne if you would like as well!)
Yew grinned, "Every cat needs to be put in their place sometimes, even myself!" she grinned. But her grin faded, "and you, isn't it against your warrior rules to not chase off a rogue and befriend them or something like that?" she asked. "Or, do you actually know what's right in your heart?" she questioned. Honestly she had been around the clan a lot, and knew of many of the rules. But at the same time, she was curious about the tom. She gave a gentle grin, but it faded, Shadestar and Nightpaw were both being sticklers to TwilightClan rules, but to her, the only rules she was held by were what her morality told her to do. She knew Oleander and Holly grew like Silver had, they both became willing to do whatever whenever if the time called for it. Only Daphne seemed to follow what Yew did, a code of heart.
Nightpaw only frowned deeper, her mentors comment angered her, well, the first on did. She did not mind criticism, but she did mind judgement, and the earlier comments seemed to judge her for trying(but she is misunderstanding and overthinking it). Plus, she did not mind her mentor, she did mind the mentor's kin getting involved in the training. But she nodded, now even more disappointed then before. This time she kept her muzzle shut, she didn't expect Peony to understand her aggravation.
(Eh, the introduction of Silver, if you were in the old TwilightClan, you should know her, she was an enemy of Shadow(ShadeStar) and had claimed she killed their father, causing Shadow to run to the clan, who helped her out, and in return she warned them of attacking rogues.
I think Silver was rped by Winter, so if Winter would like, she can rp her.)

"Oh, yes, I understand," Leafheart followed Dawnwish towards the water, listening to her describe the dreadwash and all they had to do. If Leafheart had been given the choice, she'd loved to have been a medicine cat, but according to clan code, there was usually only one medicine cat, and then a medicine cat apprentice. Plus, Leafheart wasn't sure she needed to be the whole seer of the clan when it came to Starclan, so she was just happy being a Warrior of Twilightclan for now. Though, the idea of herbs really did interest her. Maybe it was because she'd tried to look more into herbs when she was traveling with Donnie, Sherlock, and Mikel. That way, if they needed to use them, she'd be able to find the right kind and use them properly. However, she never really had the chance. So now, she was just happy to listen to Dawnwish describe the herbs and tell her how to help.

"I don't know." He mumbles quietly. After the war it was really hard to judge whether cats were friendly or antagonistic unless approaching them. Nectarfur would normally approach a stranger jovially, but with his apprentice with him, he was wary. "...let's go see, shall we?" He smiles down at her, he quickly flattens the nervous prickle of fur along his spine, "Just stay behind me until we talk to them, alright?" They travel further into the grassy area until Nectarfur spots golden fur in the distance. He certainly didn't recognize this tom as one of the loners or rogues from the war, but he of course had not met them all. He hesitates a bit before squaring his shoulders and raising his voice, "Hello, friend!" (Now Mikel shall not be abandoned to the rp twilightzone haha) Mikel had caught on to the new scent of the passerby's too, but he was too focused on hunting and getting food that he ignored the new scents and continued to find that fresh smell of vole. He'd almost found it, the creature stirring in the depths of the undergrowth a few tail lengths away, when a voice interrupted his concentration, causing the vole to raise it's head and bound away. He growled and looked towards where the voice had come from. There, he could see two cats, one smaller than the other, both covered in the scent that was Twilightclan, the same cats that had taken Shortie away from him. He grit his teeth and lashed his tail in aggravation, but dipped his head in a resemblance of respect. After all, they did not attack him. "...hello." He simply said, not referring to the friend part of the tom's words.
