ginger is diff. it's a different shade so they wont look alike
however, nearly everyone in the clan has either amber or green eyes

Cocoa | Female | Loner
A chocolate tortoiseshell she-cat with blue-green eyes. She has a scar on her left eye, which she is blind in, and a long scar running down along her back. Cocoa is a very skittish cat who seems to be always on edge. She has some very serious trust issues as she nearly died from a fox attack one time; it was that fox attack that gave her the ugly scar on her back and caused her to go half-blind. Unknown sexuality/romantic orientation.
Will probably become a healer if she joins the Clan.
Jackdawsong | Male | Protector
A slender, jet-black tom with yellow eyes. Quite the charming fellow from his looks to his eloquent way with words. Jackdawsong is considered to be rather flirtatious with almost anyone by the way he compliments them. While it may seem he is leading to bad intentions, he really just holds a high respect for others and feels the need to praise them as so. Bisexual.

Batpaw // Falcon Pine - -
Around the same time Owlpaw wondered where her sister went off to, Batpaw had a realization. Earlier the tenderpaw thought it would be a wonderful idea to head out of the camp and try some hunting by herself. She was in a mood to do something good for the Clan and an extra piece of prey would do just the trick. Good news was that she managed to catch a vole; bad news she was hopelessly lost. Having been so distracted in tracking and catching her prey, she had lost focus on where she actually was. Batpaw was too far from the camp to be able to find her way back and the woods around her all seemed the same. The she-cat was trudging along aimlessly with the vole dangling from her jaws. Her amber gaze flickered angrily as she looked around. Gah, all these stupid trees look the same. There wasn't anything particularly recognizable to the tenderpaw as she tried to search for something that was.
Luckily for her she was actually able to find something. Her heart skipped with joy as she spotted a rather tall pine tree ahead of her. The Falcon Pine! Batpaw practically skipped with glee as she made her way over to the landmark. Once she was there she set down her vole and puffed out her chest in triumph. Ha I finally found something! Now I can— Her train of thought cut short as a sudden stab of realization hit her. She didn't know how to head home from Falcon Pine. "Ugh I'm still lost!" Batpaw groaned as she lifted her head to the sky helplessly. So much for finding a way back to camp.

“Alright,” Amberstep purred with a smile, stepping away to hunt on her own. Ospreypaw sniffed out herbs and picked them out, thinking Littlemask would be pleased at his knowledge of herbs. He was older than both Rainpaw and Sagepaw, even if he didn’t act like it, and he was one of the closer tenderpaws to becoming a healer or protector. It was still a few moons off- however, he knew enough about most herbs and was being taught the more specific kinds, as well as more skills needed to be a healer, like a practical knowledge of how to use the herbs. He smiled when Amberstep arrived back with a squirrel in her jaws, setting it down next to the prey already there.

Mistwatcher nodded before looking about. “Most cats are out on patrol, it seems,” he mewed. “I’m going to go get some freshkill and dry out in the sun. You’re welcome to join me, Honeyteller.” He smiled, padding out of the den and into the sun in a part of camp, basking in the sunlight while he ate a bird. His eyes were drawn over to Kestrelheart and he nearly snarled before quieting and eating the bird, eyeing Kestrelheart with clear dislike.

The only thing on Sagepaw’s mind right now was the mouse. It was close, perhaps just beyond the little grove of young pine saplings that were merely a few tail-lengths away from the young she-cat. Already Sagepaw was crouched down, slinking across the forest floor with silent paws. That mouse was hers! No other cat could match her skills, not even Cherrystorm. She was the best hunter in all of the Clan. She at least wanted to be the best hunter. She wanted to surpass every cat out there - Icetail, Cherrystorm, Amberstep, Nettlemask, all of them! The ginger tabby shook her head free of the thoughts. Right now she had to focus only on the mouse nearby. Now she could see the little gray-brown creature. Sagepaw smirked, unsheathing her claws. You’re all mine now, she mused to herself. Now just a few steps ahead of the rodent, Sagepaw pounced. She landed just barely behind the mouse. Growling to herself, she lashed her tail and sprinted forward after the running mouse. Before she knew it the mouse was gone, hidden in thick undergrowth or already hidden in its hole. ”Fox-dung!” She spat, her fur bristling in annoyance. After a moment of seething in her annoyance, Sagepaw groaned aloud. How could she go back now that she had missed a mouse? Amberstep would give her some sort of ‘inspiring’ lecture about how even the best hunters missed catches sometimes, but Sagepaw didn’t want to hear any of that. The young she-cat finally came to a conclusion - she wasn’t going to go back, not after that. Sure, Rainpaw and Ospreypaw were there with Amberstep, but Sagepaw would be fine, and her friends would know she was alright; after all, they knew her well enough. She would be fine and so would her friends. With this in mind, Sagepaw held her head up high and stalked off, away from Amberstep and the rest of the patrol.

Mistwatcher was right - the camp was mostly empty with only a few cats out and about. It seemed like Amberstep and Icetail had done well with sending out patrols for the morning. At the idea of eating, Honeyteller felt a deep emptiness in the pit of her stomach. She looked to her companion and smiled softly. ”I wouldn’t mind getting something to eat.” On her way over, Honeyteller stopped when she felt something around her change. She turned to look at Mistwatcher who was glaring toward Kestrelheart. Typically not a cat that was sharp-tongued, Honeyteller’s voice came out soft as she mewed, ”Mistwatcher, she’s a Clanmate, not an enemy.” Sure, Kestrelheart had broken the code, but she wasn’t some cold-blooded killer. |

Amberstep paused as she noticed that Sagepaw hadn’t come back. “Has she been back at all since I left?” She snarled when Ospreypaw nodded, making him flinch. “Go back to camp with the prey,” she ordered them. “It’s close by, past that birch tree by a pawful of fox-lengths. I’ll come back to camp with Sagepaw.” She waited until the two had left, Ospreypaw worrying like a mother before she stalked off, following Sagepaw’s fresh scent.
The dark ginger she-cat’s tail lashed with anger. The tenderpaw had dared to step outside her boundaries- and her nose tracked Sagepaw down with all the skill of a bloodhound. Amberstep kept at a quick pace and started to sprint when she smelled fox in the area, stopping Sagepaw in a small clearing and looking furious- especially when she smelled the close presence of fox kits, even if it was cleverly masked. Sagepaw wouldn’t have noticed, with the skill the fox mother used in hiding her cubs. “Get out of here, now, to camp,” she snapped. “There’s a mother fox in the area heading back to feed her cubs. If you don’t follow me, I will personally make you wish you were cast out from the Clan.”

“She’s not a Clanmate to many of us,” Mistwatcher said just as softly, eating his bird with care. “I’m sorry if you think I am in the wrong, but I personally don’t think that. Her kit has some redeemable qualities, and many also treat him better than his mother- but there is no reason to go easy on Kestrelheart. She couldn’t even get the tom to stay. She won’t be successful in any kind of love, now, especially after she’s turned her back on loving any toms.”
