Darkheart stopped when the other apprentice and warrior approached him.
"Tracked?" He asked, tail twitching curiously. No one has ever asked him that before.

The expression on Darkheart's face made Raventail chuckle. "Yes, tracked," he replied. "Lightningpaw needs some practice with tracking, and I figured it might help to change things up a bit. Track a cat instead of prey. Easier in some ways, harder in others."

Darkheart nodded, liking that idea. He wasn't terribly hungry so Blackdawn would have the prey she picked out to herself.
"I'll do it." He said with enthusiasm. It would be fun to try something new.

Darkheart, you will have a little bit of time to go into the territory and hide anywhere you want. Let's say, for the time it takes Blackdawn to eat her breakfast, Lightningpaw and I will stay here and wait. You can go anywhere in the territory you wish, and do anything you want to make it harder for Lightningpaw. The moment Blackdawn finishes eating, we'll come after you. Sound good?"

Darkheart kneaded the ground eagerly. He noticed Blackdawn glancing at them because she had heard her name, but he dismissed her look with a tail flick. The she-cat bent down to eat her prey and Darkheart took off without any permission. He ran straight into the woods, deciding to get some distance into the territory.

Raventail watched him go, appreciating the young warrior's enthusiasm. He hoped that Darkheart would be able to hold on to that as long as possible. Turning to his apprentice, he asked, "So, what are you going to do when we first get up the oak?"

Darkheart continued to run until he was out of breath. He then stopped and surveyed his surroundings. He walked in a zigzag line and through some plants and then doubled back a few steps to make his scent harder to track. Wanting to make it harder for his clanmate, Darkheart decided to pick a tree root that made a small hole in the ground. He wiggled into the hole and laid down so his smell would blend more with the dirt. He waited with ears perked.
(I won't really specify when Blackdawn is done eating so you can just say when she's done XD)

Firpelt padded through the camp entrance with a mouse in her jaws she set it down in the fresh kill pile and saw Silverfang padding around camp," hey silverfang!" she meowed. She padded over to him," what you doing?" she asked kindly.

"Oh hey Firpelt. Oh just walking around cause I'm bored." He said. Silverfang blinked when he realize what he said. "I bet that sounds strange."
"Okay"! Lightingpaw looks at Raventil for a moment before heading off in the direction of Darkheart. She scents the air finding his scent was still strong from earlier.

Firpelt purred," a little," she meowed," how about we get something to eat, i just am back from hunting." She padded over to the fresh kill pile and picked out a plump shrew," Shrew is my favorite!" she meowed as she padded over to a patch of sunlight to lay down and eat.
