Intro
You looked around, both a bit put off and exceedingly grateful for the decrepit building you were in. You are padding quite close behind the one who was leading you ... who knows where? You were padding so close you nearly tread on his paws a couple of times. He did not seem the forgiving type, so you slowed your pace a little, backing away from him to give him his space. He turned and said over his shoulder, "Keep up!" His voice sharp and commanding and you quickened your pace to pad beside him.
After a few more moments, you reached a room that was a bit out of the way and the light was dim. After you gave your eyes time to adjust, you noticed that there was a large pile of something squishy, and atop the squishy was a cat. Then you noticed that the person who was leading you there had their head bowed, and a forepaw positioned in front of the other. He was looking at you out of the corner of his eye, and you did the same, bowing to the cat as well.
Then the cat who lead you there straightened up and spoke again, "This is the Warden. You may now make your case on why you think the Warden should provide you asylum."
Your eyes widened, 'so sudden,' you thought to yourself. You stood up as well and padded forward, inhaling, preparing for telling your story.
RP Rules
Forum Rules - All forum rules are to be followed, at all times.
Grammar- Please use correct grammar to the best of your ability. There will be no text talk tolerated during RP, though out of context is fine, just please don't speak only in text talk.
Roleplay- Don't leave people out of RP on purpose, try to include everyone. Kit_ing isn't allowed. Novices are not allowed to have mates/kits, crushes are allowed though. Please be literate, min 3-5 informative sentences. Give people something to respond to. LGBTQ+ characters allowed, please state your characters orientation in the joining form. If anyone is against this, please don't cause trouble. Everyone is to be nice in this RP. Please keep RP PG, I would not like to get it removed, time skip when necessary.
Out of Context- Please don't go looking for drama out of character. Don't antagonize anyone and don't a fight. If you think something is going to start, just walk away. If talking out of character, please use parenthesis or OOC. Be respectful both in and out of character. You will be allowed 3 warnings before being reported. Please no cussing, starred out or otherwise.
Joining- Until you have proven that you are active, or I have been assured through your RPing, you will be allowed to join with up to 4 characters. If you have read the rules, please put the number of letters in your character's name in each of their joining forms. If I believe that you can handle more than 4, I will let you know.
Activity- If you are gone for more than 2 weeks without any notice, you will be removed. You can rejoin upon request, but if it happens again, I'll have to think about it. If you know ahead of time, please let me know if you are going to be gone for any extended period of time.
Asylum Rules
If cats leave detention and do not return, they are banned from ever returning.
If a cat disagrees with any decision by the Warden, they are banned from ever returning.
If cats do not discuss with the Warden about becoming permanent residents are banned from ever returning.
If cats withhold anything - especially anything potentially dangerous - they are banned from ever returning.
Territory
There is an abandoned mall that the cats inhabit. The mall is made up of two separate buildings, both two stories. The buildings are connected by a sky bridge, but the bridge is cracked in places and there are gaps that the cats are not comfortable jumping. Though, the cats also avoid the other building as much as possible. This is a common hideout for twolegs as well. They kind of keep to themselves, the cats and twolegs. The cats have the left side of the mall, and the twolegs have the right. The twolegs live there, the ones who are homeless or on drugs.
The mall is surrounded by buildings, so there is a parking lot in the back that is secluded. On both sides of the mall, there are two way entrance/exit points to get to the parking lot in the back. In the middle, under the sky bridge, is another two way entrance/exit to get to an underground parking lot. The mall has never reopened, and there is no plans to reopen it because the entire town is quite bankrupt.
Plot
This page is for RPing the rogues in the twoleg town that is about a day and a half's journey from the Guild. Here, we will RP the rogues that may be recruited by River Tempest, or may be attracted to the Eternal Flame in the Guild's territory. For now, that is the main plot, but eventually other plots will be played out. Though, this RP will always be in the same world as the Guild.
River Tempest is a cat who has gone power hungry and has been exiled from the Guild for blood bending, a very illegal display of power from the water necklace. River Tempest is on a power surge, and she is attempting to take over the Guild. She has found 'Sunclan' survivors, and she is planning on training them with broken necklaces that were stashed away by another who was exiled for hoarding the broken necklaces.
The Eternal Flame is a spell that was cast by a Creator from the Guild. She spell makes it so that cats who are within the radius of the flame will never feel cold unless they will it. They can control the amount of heat they feel from the flame. The flame burns every color imaginable, and can never go out unless a wielder puts out the flame. Though, any flame that is created in the bowl will have the affects of the Eternal Flame. The flame will not burn to the touch, because the Creator made it so. The last thing that you need to know about the Eternal Flame, is that it calls to those who belong in the Guild. People who are attracted to the flame are likely to be allowed to join immediately.
Positions
Temporary Sentries are in charge of all newcomers who are unsure of how long they need asylum, and cats who do not intend to stay longer than five days. Cats who are under temporary status must report back to their sentry every day or they will get banned. These reports need only be to check in, they do not need to give news. Permanent Sentries are in charge of newcomers who believe they wish to seek asylum for longer than five days, and cats who have upgraded from temporary to permanent status. Cats who are under permanent status have more freedom, only needing to report back every three days. These reports can be anything that the cats under their care deem necessary to report. Senior sentries are in charge of all of the temporary and permanent sentries. The sentries must report back to the senior sentry that is in charge of them at least every two days. For temporary sentries, reports will include: cats under their care who are reaching their five day limit. For both temporary and permanent sentries, reports will include: cats under their care who are causing trouble, and cats who they believe will need to visit the detention center, and cats under their care who have left of their own free will. If a senior sentry proposes a community guard to the Warden and the Warden accepts, then the senior sentry is in charge of that community guard. Community Guards are cats in permanent status that the senior sentries trust to watch over the entrances to the mall. A senior sentry will take the cat they trust to the Warden, and if the Warden agrees, then the cat will become a community guard if they wish. It is the community guards job to bar any illicit entrance to newcomers. The community guards will ask newcomers whether they are seeking asylum, and if so they are to escort the newcomers to the nearest sentry, who will then take the newcomer to the Warden. The senior sentry who proposed the community guard is in charge of them. The community guard reports to the senior sentry who proposed them, but they don't have to take newcomers to their senior sentry, any sentry will do. The Warden is in charge of all of the sentries. The senior sentries report to the Warden about all of the sentries in their charge. The Warden assigns newcomers to the appropriate sentries, and the Warden decides whether a cat seems to be a danger to the Asylum or not. The Warden will discuss with the senior most senior sentry about the new sentries, and then once it is decided, the cat will be offered the position of sentry. They can decide which position they will start out in. Then they are given a handler who will share two newcomers. If both newcomers don't get banned, the cat will become a sentry in their chosen position. All decisions made by the Warden are final.
Positions Cont.
If any specific cat has made trouble, then the problem is reported to their sentry. Then the sentry in charge of the problematic cat will have to take the cat to the Warden to discuss their living situation. If the cat needs to be reprimanded, then they are taken to the detention center, the basement. There is no light down there, and they are given two meals a day. There is a hole in the bottom of the wall that the cats can leave to the back parking lot to make dirt.
There are waiting lists to switch the type of sentry cats are. If a temporary sentry wants to switch, they have to wait until they are at the top of the list. If a permanent sentry wants to switch, then they have to wait until they are at the top of the list. To move up on the list, a sentry has to either have trained two new sentries, or have successfully moved cats out of their group. A successful move means that a cat has not been kicked out of the Asylum. After a sentry has gone through both the temporary and the permanent sentry positions, the next step is to become a senior sentry.

Thistle - 23 Moons - Senior Sentry - She-cat
A calico she-cat with grey, black, and white patches. Main pelt color is a light ginger. She has light brown eyes, a white patch over her left eye a grey patch over her right. She is independent and resourceful. When she has days off she gets prey for the people she is closest to. She has been here for most of her life, ever since she was 13 moons old. She was abandoned by her twolegs when she was 7 moons old, and was wandering for a long time until she found Asylum.
She is homeless, abandoned by her twolegs.

Aella (ay-lah)- 16 moons - senior sentry - female
A lovely ginger/white tortoiseshell shecat with thick fur. She has eyes that resemble sunshine on a waterfall: pale green and that reflect sparks of pale silver and gold lights even in the dark. Aella has a long tail- it always touches the ground unless she holds it high. Her ears are smaller than most catsโ and very slightly rounded at the top and have little tufts of hair on the tips.While Aella is smaller than most, what she lacks in height she makes up for in personality. She is not someone to mess with and she makes it known. She practices battle moves every day often just to show that she can do them and will use them on anyone with a paw in the wrong place. Aella is fierce and everything 'most' shecat's 'aren't'. However, just as there are two sides to the moon, there are certainly two sides to this feisty young shecat. To those who truly honestly know her, she is fun-loving, passionate, kind, and hopeful. She loves to laugh, always sees the bright side in things, and will do anything for anyone no matter what's going on in her own life.
She had a daughter who passed away as a kit but no one knows about the daughter.
Aella was in love with her best friend but everytime she went to tell him, he had a new mate. Once her daughter died, she realized she was tired of the heartache and left the town she had been living in.
