"Uh," Stormfire stuttered before clearing his throat, he looked down at everyone Redfur especially. "The fox that killed Paleheart could possibly have been the same one that has caused trouble for us in the past. Although Me and Rainstar chased it out the other day" He looked at the crowd, "I'm afraid that the fox seems to keep returning. If you do not know by now there is a fox tunnel quite close to camp, and I warn all of you to be on guard when leaving camp" Stormfire dipped his head and back away sitting down next to Rainstar.

Upon Redfur's outburst, she emitted a somewhat silent growl, her fur prickling. "Thank you Stormfire." She said curtly, pelt still prickling. She let her gaze sweep over the clan. "We will address this matter further. For now, Nettlepaw." She glanced at the apprentice. "We will be doing something special for you since you are the medicine cat's apprentice. Come forward." She relaxed her fur, gaze rested on Nettlepaw waiting for the apprentice to approach.

The broad shouldered tom flattened his ears, noticing the hesitance in the deputy and leaders voice but he didn't say anything more. Instead, he remained quiet, his eyes still narrowed in slight hate.

The tom curled his tail around Honeystep protectively, glancing curiously at Redfur before looking expectantly back at Rainstar and Stormfire. |

Stormfire let the fur on his back flattened and he let otu a suppressed breath, he looked at Needlepaw, then back at Rainstar as he had a feeling on what Rainstar was planning.

Oh okay, The last thing i remember reading was rain star telling stormfire to take lilyfrost on a patrol and he was looking for other memebers to go too. But then i don't know what happened with that. ]

Stormfire watched Nettlepaw step foward, he closed his eyes, as he sat beisde Rainstar he began to think. Is Nettlepaw ready for this? he had many challenges to face The deputy opened his eyes and looked at Nettlepaw with a smile. But i know you will face them without worry.

She had said Paleheart was dead, maybe that meant he was going to be a medicine cat... Waiting patiently for the apprentice to approach, she wondered silently to herself if this was the right way to do it. Nettlepaw was merely an apprentice but he had to have enough training for this. She studied the young tom, taking into note that he was still not the average size as a regular apprentice. "Nettlepaw." She met the apprentice's eyes with her own. "Did Paleheart teach you enough for this? --we don't know. The question I want to ask you is--- are you ready? Leaf-bare is coming and I'm almost certain that besides myself, another cat will get sick. I was lucky despite the fact that I lost a life, other cats may succumb to white-cough or green-cough. Despite the little time Paleheart spent with you, I believe your ready." She kept her firm gaze on the apprentice, waiting. If he did accept, she would give him his warrior name. If not-- Rainstar didn't know. She didn't even want to think about the "if's". |

Scarletsky sat next to foxflight and watch as Nettlepaw stepped forward, he gave the she cat a sweet smile. And stole a glance at her, his chest fur was getting warm with what, nervousness, no he didnt think it was that. But what is this feeling he had inside of him.
Lilyfrost watched from the back of the group, she wasnt watching Nettlepaw but instead she was watching Stormfire sit besides Rainstar she could get this dreadful feeling out of the pit of her stomach.
Out lost so i dont think im going to do the plot anymore i just want stormfire and lily to be mates, cause there so cute. Even if they dont talk much cx ]

[ Cinderpaw | Apprentice ] Cinderpaw couldn't help but feel excited for Nettlepaw. It was terrible what happened to Paleheart, but her mind wasn't on that. She was too focused on her friend getting the suffix to his name and finally becoming a full medicine cat. She felt a small pang of jealousy, but she quickly covered that with excitement... and a little worry. Now that he was a medicine cat, would they be able to play? He'd be busier now that he was the only medicine cat... She shook her head. That didn't matter right now.
[ Foxlight | Warrior ] Foxlight smiled warmly at Scarletsky when he sat beside her. She felt calmed by his presence, and finally silenced all of her worries. She needed to be strong right now, for the clan. She needed to be able to help more, do more. Her knowledge on herbs was pretty limited, she only knew what she had learned during a brief period of a couple days where she was convinced she wanted to be a medicine cat apprentice. She'd do her best over the next couple of days to help out as much as she could, she knew Rainstar and Nettlepaw and maybe even Stormfire would be pretty stressed over the next moon. Her gaze traveled once over the clan, catching the confused, overjoyed and challenged eyes of the clan. Turning her head sideways, nodding curtly to her deputy before looking down at Nettlepaw again. She straightened up, giving him a smile for the first time in the meeting. "You should be proud. It seems Starclan is obliging to my decision, that must mean something." She glanced up at the clear dusk sky briefly, her whiskers twitching. She returned her blue eyed gaze back to him. " Nettlepaw, do you promise to uphold the ways of a medicine cat, to stand apart from rivalry between Clan and Clan and to protect all cats equally, even at the cost of your life?" Her voice was soft yet bold enough for the clan. She wanted this apprentice to be proud to uphold the medicine cat's rank at such a young age. She knew what was yet to come, but she wasn't afraid. She would have the clan prepared by then alongside with Stormfire and Nettlepaw, soon to get his warrior name.
