Stormfire
Following after Rainstar, Stormfire slipped into the shallow part of the stream where the water reached below his shoulders. "As long as the fox doesn't come back. then we're fine" He meowed, shaking out water frm his fur and grooming it. |

Rainstar
Despite the chill, she quickly waded through the water, eager to wash all of the fox's blood mixed with her's off. Once somewhat clean, she grimaced at the lighter shades that had somehow stained her pelt for now. She pulled herself up onto the bank, shaking out her fur and each leg individually. Her whiskers twitched and she began to groom her fur. |

Stormfire waded to the waters edge and heaved himself onto the bank. His grey pelt had darkened from the water, so the deputy shook out his pelt so it could turn back to its normal dark grey colour. His paws felt numb from the chill of the stream, but eventually warmed up. "We should get back before anyone starts to worry" Stormfire meowed to Rainstar. He studied the leader to make sure there was no sign of blood. |

Stormfire waded to the waters edge and heaved himself onto the bank. His grey pelt had darkened from the water, so the deputy shook out his pelt so it could turn back to its normal dark grey colour. His paws felt numb from the chill of the stream, but eventually warmed up. "We should get back before anyone starts to worry" Stormfire meowed to Rainstar. He studied the leader to make sure there was no sign of blood.
Rainstar
She curled her tail over her back, rising to her paws with a nod to her deputy. "Right." She cleaned the last bit of her fur before trotting off rather briskly towards camp, knowing what sometimes happens when the leader and deputy are gone. As they neared camp, she slowed to a walk, flicking her ears forwards.

The tom padded after Rainstar, his eyes focused at where they were padding to. As he got closer, Stormfire noticed Rainstar flick her ears, "Hm?" He meowed, turning his head. "Something wrong?" he asked, swishing his tail. |

[ Foxlight | Warrior | 28 moons ] Foxlight offered him a small smile in response, but didn't say anything for a few foxlengths. Despite his bold words, she still felt a little uneasy, at least until they entered the meadow. "I love the meadow," She commented. "It's beautiful." She enjoyed the forest a lot and loved it dearly, but the meadow just had a different feeling to it. It always felt comforting and warm, despite it being out in the open. She always felt safe hidden in the tall grass, and each time she walked it felt like another cat was side by side with her. She liked to think that was why StarClan would visit the tree in the middle. Scarletsky padded besides her taking in the scenery, "Yes it is very beautiful." He mewed. He loved the forest but this place he could go when he wanted the wind in his fur and the lush grass beneath his paws. Where they going hunting? ] |

Lilyfrost walked around camp bored, she had already gone on a border patrol and the hunting patrols were out at the moment. She looked around camp and decided to go for a walk and stretch her paws. She padded towards the entrance and noticed Rainstar pad through, she nodded in greeting to their leader. She didn't realize someone was behind her and she padded through the entrance after Rainstar did and accidently bumped into Stormfire, She shook her head from the impact and her nose was kinda sore from bumping into Stormfire. "Ohh I'm sorry I didn't see you there she mewed. "

Stormfire padded behind Rainstar and watched the camp come into view, slowly he padded theough the entrance. But something bumped into him, focusing his eyes, Stormfire noticed it was Lilyfrost. "Watch it!" Stormfire answered back abrutly, shaking his head. The deputy looked at Lilyfrost, "Oh! Sorry Lilyfrost, i guess i have alot on my mind right now" he thought about the fox encounter. And the thought of it destroying the camp gave him the shivers.

Stormfire stiffened as he realized how quickly Lilyfrost could tell that he was troubled. Looking away, he answered. "I'm not sure its about something you would like.." He curling his tail and tried to push his thoughts about the fox to the back of his head.

Stormfire looked at Lilyfrost for a moment before sighing and looking at his paws. "I'm pretty sure you were there when Rainstar made the announcement about the foxes? Well, i was part of the patrol that got attacked by the fox, as i said at the clan meeting. So me and Rainstar went out to find the fox. Amd again it attacked us, we drove it out. But im worried it might come back.."

she looked at him with apologetic eyes, "Yes I am aware about the foxs and I'm so sorry that it attacked you guys again." She mewed, "But if you hurt it pretty good and showed it who's boss, I doubt it will come back." She laid her tail on his shoulder as reassurance.

Stormfire smiled breifly then nodded, his amber eyes brightened. "Well i was just about to go snag something from the fresh kill pile," he chuckled, "want to come?"

Rainstar had been oblivious to the interaction between Stormfire and Lillyfrost due to a strange distant voice that echoed in the back of her mind, and by the time she had turned her attention back around to answer his question, he was gone. An empty sensation made her fur spike and she flicked her ears back to their normal position, her whiskers twitching. She shook her head, hiding the troubled look in her eyes as she trotted into camp, heading straight for her den. |

Foxlight ran her claws through the ground, surprised by how soft it was. It must've rained recently, which meant small prey would be out of their burrows for a while. Foxlight looked around the meadow and tested the air, and was delighted to find that a mouse was nearby. "Want to hunt?" Foxlight asked.

Stormfire flicked his ears toward Rainstar, then turned and padded after Lilyfrost. All the fur on his back were not sticking up in different directions from the fox fight. The tom trotted over to the fresh kill pile and waited for Lilyfrost to come over and choose which prey she wanted, before he padded over to the shade. |
