heyo!
so i was feelin kinda rp deprived and i thought rping kittypets would be kinda cool.
might make this more professional looking w/ a layout and stuff if it works out. in the mean time, its just gonna be this.
this rp takes place in a suburban neighborhood where cats and their housefolk live.
both kittypets and loners can be made, but the majority of the characters should be kittypets. also, keep descriptions brief.
** NOTE ; if you are for any reason uncomfortable with lgbtq+ , this rp is not a good idea as orientation is an option in the form

Holly pushed herself against the blueberry bush that sat in her front yard. She pushed herself away from the bush and bunched her muscles before jumping onto the garden fence, making her way along the post. Sunlight filtered onto her, casting a cat-shaped shadow stretched out longwise over the bed of mint and basil. Birds chirped in the trees that dotted the town and her mouth watered thinking about eating one. Every so often she would go hunting in quiet parts of the town and bring prey back for her owners. She didn't quite know what her owners did with the prey, but she was sure they enjoyed it since it was always promptly collected.

Holly's ears flicked up and angled toward the sound of pawsteps and a familiar scent wafted through the air a moment before she noticed Waffle padding over. When he greeted her, she jumped from the fence to stand next to him. "Hello, Waffle. Great to see another cat. My owners got a pup and he follows me everywhere when my owners aren't in the room." She huffed, tail lashing at the thought. He wasn't annoying-scary like adult dogs who bite and bark. "But how have you been? I hope you've faired better than me.

Jinx stirred awake, lifting her head off of the moss she was resting on. The she-cat had settled down on a tree and carelessly fallen asleep, only to be woken up by some kittypets chatting. "What's with the noise..." she yawned, casting the two a harsh glare. She lifted herself from the nest, hanging over the edge of the branch. "You kittypets always seem to bother me somehow..." she hissed under her breath.
Jay, who had already leaped over his fence, trotted calmly towards the 3, his ears perked. "Hey," he greeted them, his ears twitching. As he spoke he was alerted to Jinx and looked at her in confusion. The tom was new to the neighborhood, having only moved in with his housefolk recently, and was yet to meet the cats around his new home.

Waffle purred at Holly before suddenly turning to see the new cat, Jay. His fur bristled slightly, only mildly surprised by his sudden appearance. "Oh! Hello! Are you new around here?" He cocked his head.

Holly looked up to Jinx, vaguely recalling the cat from past encounters. "It's your fault for dozing so close to my den. If you don't want to be bothered, don't sleep next to a house-cat's house." The toyger pointed out before returning her attention to Waffle and the new sound of a cat. She turned to see a black tom approach. "You're the new cat in the neighborhood, right? I heard rumors, but I hadn't known if it was close enough." She greeted before adding, "I'm Holly and this," she pointed to the house next to them, "Is my den."

Waffle's gaze shifted between the two cats, Jay and Holly. He nodded at Jay. "Yep!" he purred, flicking his tail a few houses down and flickering his eyes the same direction. "Me and my housefolk's den is just down thataway!" He purred, trying to hide his mild confusion as he had not heard of a new cat coming to join them in the neighborhood. Though, his efforts were in vain. It was clear Holly knew more about the situation than him, so Waffle let her take the reigns in the conversation.

"Hello Silver, Hanna." Cloud purred as he greeted the two cats. "I'm sure your Housefolk will love it." He mewed after a minute, noting the prey Silver had caught. He swished his plumed tail happily, he enjoyed the company of other cats.

"Sounds cool!" Cloud mewed in reply. It would be fun and maybe they would find rodents or bugs. Bugs were always fun to play with and his owners loved it when he played with them.

Cloud purred his agreement and followed Hana down the rode. Soon the abandoned nest was insight and he pushed through the crack. His hind paw caught on something and he tumbled a bit. The white and beige tom pushed himself to his paws and shook the clinging dust from his pelt. His attention got caught on a beetle scurrying across the floor near the left wall.

Cloud lifted his head, the beetle was dead and clamped gently in his jaw. He looked up over at Hana who was up on the stairs. "What's up there?" He asked curiously, the beetle falling to the floor as he forgot about it. He bounded over to the stairs and pulled himself up the stairs.
