Glistenfang was jostled from his sleep and he slowly stood up. With a stretch and a yawn, he made his way over to Emeraldsky. "What's going on?" He asked still blinking sleepily, before frowning when he saw Shade with the squirrel. "Whoa, hey, you're new aren't you? Have you caught anything yet?"

DuskPelt heard the commotion, and padded over. im not taking any mouse dung from him she thought. with a swipe of her paw, the warrior pulled the squirrel away from her supposed new clanmate. "you dont eat until youve caught something for the clan. if you want to live here. you follow that. otherwise, emeraldsky will have to teach you a lesson." she growled.

Emeraldsky's ears flattened and he growled "I'd be happy to." He was tired of this rogue acting like he could do whatever he wanted.

Sensing a fight, Glistenfang weaved himself in between Shade and his Clanmates. "Let's try to keep our claws in, alright?" He meowed, before turning to Shade, ear twitching. "You need to go catch some prey. I can go with you; I haven't been out today."

"What you will do," Glistenfang shot back, lifting his tail and holding it in Shade's way, "Is listen to me and go hunting if you want to last long with us. Otherwise, I'll just step aside and your new friends here will shred you right now." He looked Shade over, sizing him up almost disinterestedly. "And by the looks of it, you wouldn't stand too much of a chance." Glistenfang didn't like speaking to other cats this way, but he had been a rogue himself and he knew how stubborn they could be. If it took a threat or two, why not?

Glistenfang flinched and recoiled a bit at Shade's claws swiping across his face. Okay, I deserved that one. He thought bitterly as he felt warm blood begin to drip. With a sigh, he unsheathed his claws and lunged back at Shade, tackling him and sending both cats rolling.

(alright, hello everyone! im on for a few hours)
OrchardStar awoke with a yowl, as scenes of blood and rain rip her dream to shreds. the she cat pushed herself up, and stood there, panting and gasping. her legs were shaking and her mind couldnt forget those images. i have to go speak to starclan she thought
DuskPelt heard her leaders yowl, and dropped the squirrel, turning and bolting to her leaders den. without a greeting, the warrior shoved her head past the entrance, and gasped when she saw her leader. "orchardstar? what happened?" she meowed, her tail lashing anxiously side to side.
lightbringer and the kits all look towards the leaders den. the queen wanted to join her friend duskpelt and make sure her leader was okay, but her kits needed her. reluctantly, she stayed put.

(As much as i love talking to myself if someone is open they could jump on this hunting party)
The two cats walked in silence as they scented the forest drawing in the earthy scents and prey nearby.
Dawnlight stopped as she saw a squirrel. She wanted to catch it but didn't want to hit her head again. She approached it carefully.
Lightningsong stood back letting Dawnlight go after the prey.
