Blackie laid on the ground panting for a bit before getting back to his paws. He shook his head again before glaring back at the clan cat. Now I'm hungry, and I've gotten my rear-end kicked. He thought, frustrated. "They taught you well," he grumbled, "I'll give you that."

Lightningsong was getting ready to spring on the nice plump rabbit. It was busy nibbling on some sort of plant and had no notice of anything around it.

"You're not that bad at fighting yourself." She replied as she rubbed the cut on her nose. Suddenly, she disappeared into the underbrush and returned only moments later with a mouse dangling from her jaws.
"Technically you're not allowed to hunt here, but I am." Falconfeather placed the mouse at his paws.

Blackie's eyes widened at the sight of the mouse, and he shot a thankful glance at the Falconfeather before kneeling and devouring it. "Thanks..." He meowed, before his ears flattened again at the scent of another hunting clan cat. "I guess I'd better go." He turned around and started to make his way back to the clan's border.

Falconfeather caught the scent too. Cats would wonder where she got these wounds and the smell of mouse blood on her mouth.

Blackie padded cautiously towards the border, this time making sure to stay aware of his surroundings in case another cat was following him. He paused right as he arrived at the border as a thought hit him. I should of at least asked her if she had seen Fang... He sighed, it was too late to turn around now. Foxdung. He stepped over the border out of clan territory and smelled the air. The mouse had been good, but he still wanted a nice, plump squirrel. Picking up the scent, he glanced nervously over the border one last time before following it away from the territory.

Lightningsong pounced and his paws connect with the rabbit. He quickly finished it off.he carried it back to camp and dropped it in the pile with the rest of the fresh kill and started to wander back out of camp.
