Introduction
It is a hot and humid afternoon in the middle of summer. Despite the miserable temperatures, you decide to take a day stroll. You leave your nest and head out on your way. When you have strolled in the past, you have always gone in the same direction, but today you decide to do something different. So, instead, you take the alternate route and go the opposite way. As you walk through the meadow, you enjoy yourself, although it almost feels like a desert from the heat.
However, as the day wears on, you become weary, hungry, and you are parched with thirst. You have also realized that you have no idea where you are. You have strayed too far from home. Despite being lost, you are grateful when you find a long river. You pad up to it and bend down to take a drink. When you do this, you are so thirsty that you aren’t aware that you are being watched.
Suddenly, you hear paw steps behind you. You turn around to go, but it is too late. You now see a black tom with amber eyes looking surprisingly calm, and he speaks, “You have trespassed onto MeadowClan territory, but it seems that you are lost. If you wish, I can take you to the camp and perhaps let you become a member of the clan. However, if that is not what you desire, then I will gladly escort you back home. Which option do you choose?”

Territory
MeadowClan lives on a flatland bordered by forests. While trees are not as commonly found in the open areas of the territory, a wide diversity of trees grow in the forest parts. The forests are temperate and deciduous, so the trees commonly found there are trees such as maples, oaks, hickories, and many others. In addition to trees, the area is abundant in healing herbs and other plants.
As far as water, there is plenty of it in MeadowClan’s territory. Small streams, creeks, and ponds can be found in many areas, in the forest and in the open. However, the main source of water MeadowClan members use is a long, but shallow river. It runs throughout the whole territory, so it is the easiest one to access.
Cats of MeadowClan live in a temperate climate, they are adjusted to a wide range of temperatures and types of weather. Summers can be blisteringly hot, while winters can be bitterly cold. They receive a decent amount of rainfall, but most of it falls in either late spring, or early summer.
MeadowClan shares their home to a wide diversity of other animals. They prey on creatures like birds, mice, shrews, rabbits, and many more. Like most places, where there are prey animals, there are also predators. Enemies such as foxes and badgers are the most common. However, this does not mean that there aren’t more to watch out for. On rare occasions, larger enemies such as coyotes, wolves, etc. can be spotted.
In addition to animals, MeadowClan shares their territory with a small Twoleg village. Twolegs don’t oppose a big threat, but they sometimes like to walk their dogs around the area, especially if the weather is nice. The Twoleg village part of the territory and MeadowClan’s part is divided by a narrow road.
Special Locations in the Territory:
Shallow Waters- Shallow Waters is a long and shallow river that runs throughout the territory. It acts as MeadowClan’s main source of water, as it is so easily accessible. It is near the forest, and cats are required to cross it in order to get to it. However, this is usually not an issue, since there is a small bridge, built by Twolegs long ago, on one part of it.
Forest- The Forest lies on the opposite side of Shallow Waters. Since the Forest is so abundant in prey, MeadowClan members often go there to hunt instead of elsewhere. Additionally, they may also go there on hotter days in order to receive more shade and cool off. Lastly, the Forest can also serve as a shelter from large enemies. Within the Forest, lies a few paths created by Twolegs. These paths are usually where they like to walk their dogs.
The Village- The Village serves as a far border of the clan. It is home to the Twolegs and the kittypets. MeadowClan and The Village is separated by a long and narrow road. The only reason the road might be crossed by clan cats is to get catmint from the Twolegs’ gardens.
Flower Patch- The Flower Patch is located not from Shallow Waters, and although herbs may grow in different parts of the territory, many of the most commonly used ones can be found here. Since thousands of flowers and plants grow here, this place is really quite beautiful.
Moon Pond- The Moon Pond is a small pond located deep within the Forest. This is where medicine cats and leaders go to share tongues with their ancestors. It is almost a day’s journey away from MeadowClan’s camp. In order to get there, they must follow the Twoleg path that the clan calls “Moon Pond Trail.”
Training Ditch- The Training Ditch is a small ditch in the territory located just outside of the camp. This is where apprentices go with their mentors to practice their battle moves and other techniques.
Prey:
Birds
Fish
Mice
Rabbits
Shrews
Enemies:
Badgers (common)
Big cats (rare)
Coyotes (less common)
Foxes (common)
Hawks (common)
Twolegs (common)
Twoleg Dogs (common)
Wolves (rare)
Camp
MeadowClan camp is tucked into a natural dip in the meadow. This makes the camp sheltered from the wind, but easy to attack. It is very well hidden, surrounded by gorse. There aren’t really any proper dens. The clan members prefer to sleep under the open sky, although in bad weather, they retreat in abandoned burrows created by rabbits, foxes, or badgers. The leader has a den behind the Great Stone, but he rarely sleeps there. The Great Stone is a large boulder that the leader stands on in order to address the clan and hold meetings and ceremonies. The fresh-kill pile lies in the far right corner of the camp. It is behind a tall tangle of grass to help protect it better. In addition, there is a small pond near where the kits, queens, and elders sleep. They sleep near the pond so they have quick access to water when needed.

Leader(1/1)
Wolfstar || Tom || Leader || 29 moons
Wolfstar is young, massive tom, to say the least. With his pitch black fur and scarred pelt, it's no wonder why many cats are intimidated by him. His fur is very thick, though it doesn't hide his muscles. He also has broad shoulders and very powerful hind legs. He has Amber eyes. Wolfstar is just as fierce as he looks, and he's quick to bring out his claws. His ice-blue eyes are usually hard to read unless he's angry, though they sometimes show his affection or humor. Although he's fierce, he can be very nice. The only reason that he gets mad is when someone or something does something to his clan. He would die to protect his clan.

WarriorsRussetclaw || Tom || Warrior || 19 moons
Russetclaw has unpatterned stripes on his russet colored pelt. His stripes are highly defined on the legs and his head, where it has a defined "M" stripe. The whiskers are long and white, and the triangular nose is a light cherry pink. His muzzle is a lighter shade of ginger and white than the rest of his body, along with his paws, belly, and chest. His eyes are slanting and a bright amber, with flecks of olive green that barely can be seen through all the amber.
His head is shaped sharply and stoutly, and his body is slim but strong. He has thin, long legs, and a long tail. His ears are somewhat large, with slightly rounded tips. His paws are small with unusually long claws that are curved neatly. His teeth are small but very sharp. Russetclaws fur is too long to pass as "short", and too short to pass as "long". The fur is light and sleek, and very glossy due to the amount of care he takes in the fur whenever he has nothing to do. Russetclaw puts his clan in front of everything. He will fight for it snd help any cat in it.

Feathermist || She-cat || Warrior || 24 moons ||
Feathermist has a mass of marbled brown stripes against a background of pale brownish-gray, with her underside being a couple shades lighter than the rest. Her stripes are more defined on her legs and her head, where she has the tabby 'M' clearly visible. She sports long whiskers, a brown nose, and large, light amber/yellow eyes.
Though slim, her thick fur makes her seem otherwise. Her ears are large, pointed, and tufted at the tips. Her paws are somewhat large, with short, sharp claws and toughened black pads. Feathermist's legs are somewhat short, but nonetheless strong. Her tail is long and very fluffy, often described as plumy. Aside from being thick, her fur is very long, and though not extremely glossy, it is usually well-groomed. Feathermist is generally quiet and an observer. She has very poor social skills, and often has trouble explaining something to others. Majority of the time, she lets others do the talking as she sits back and observes, adding her points in every now and then.

Apprentice(1/8)Leafpaw || She-cat || Apprentice || 9 moons
Leafpaw is a rather small, beautiful she-cat with long, light golden fur. All of her paws are white, except the front right paw, and she has white on the tip of her fluffy tail, and she has bright, grass green eyes.
Leafpaw is kind and forgiving, but with tendancy to be easily hurt or offended. She has shown her Clan what she feels is nearly everything she can give it, and would stand with her clanmates in a time of battle. She has a rare ability to comfort her clanmates with her soothing, sympathetic words, and nearly always succeeds. Leafpaw most treasures her ability to calm others, because she can always imagine herself in their position and therefore knows exactly what to say to calm and settle them. Though she often thinks that she is too caring, because she feels she's always having to "put out their fires". But she knows that it's her duty to, as no one else can as well. As a usually calm and open-mided cat, Leafbpaw normally shocks others with occasional outburts from all the built-up anger she holds it in. Leafpaw can never forgive herself if she feels she is rude or spiteful to another cat, and she always apologizes; even if it is not her fault.
