Sharpstar flicked his tail, growing impatient with Rabbitpaw's lack of enthusiasm. "There is a scent around here. Can you figure out what it is?" He paused, tail flicking in sync with his twitching whiskers. "I haven't been able to see your progress, and I would think that now would be a perfect time." Sharpstar's gaze softened as he waited for the apprentices reply. He didn't expect the apprentice to resist, neither did he expect Rabbitpaw to be "thrilled".

Acornpaw ignored the other apprentices as she worked her way to mound dirt under the brambles. She wove them tightly around each other, using her skillful claws and teeth to do it. Glancing up to study Kestralpaw and Nettlepaw, she lashed her tail in a remark but kept her jaws clamped shut. She knew just by interfering would get her into trouble.

Bristling with amusement at her comment, he beckoned Foxlight to follow him through the last part of their quest to find the fox den. Approaching a small bank, that sloped steeply into a cavern, Redfur drew back his muzzle in disgust. "We'll have to tell Deerstar and Sharpstar about this." He mumbled, leaning forwards to get another whiff of the scent. "What do you think it is?" |

The tom straightened his whiskers and purred, he had to admit that being with Lilyfrost always made him feel at peace with himself. His dark grey fur smoothed out against the soft, warm breeze and the tom's amber eyes reflected more than just happiness. When Lilyfrost looked away, Stormfire took a bite and lifted his head, his amber gaze locked with hers. The tom smiled reassuringly; "Is there something bothering you? Lilyfrost?"
I had a question how do people get those text boxes kinda like yours I want one but how do they make it appear everytime they post? ] Lilyfrost looked back over at the handsome tom and gave him a sweet smile, she then took a bite and thoughtfully chewed it before answering, "Nope nothing is bothering me..." She giggled, she thought it was funny that the tom was clueless to the effect he had on her. She hadn't felt this way only until recently, they weren't best friends but had spent a lot of time together, on patrols mostly but having grown quite close, she couldn't help but start to feel something for the tom. |

The tom rolled his eyes playfully, his dark grey tail tapped the ground playfully. "If you say so," Stormfire meowed, his eyes glistened with curiousity. He didn't know much about Lilyfrost as they only patrol together some times, but he was curious to find more about this cat like he would for any one else he doesn't speak to often.

She nudged him with her paw and giggled, she smiled and also flicked her tail back and forth playfully. She gazed at the Stormfire with an almost shy and playful look, although Lilyfrost isn't usually as bashful as she is now. But now that she has had time to get used to having Stormfire as company she can finally relax. Although the tom still gives her butterflies, she nudged the vole closer to the tom, it was his turn for a bite.

He watched as a small bettle scuttered across the ground, past his dark grey and black paw, the tom chuckled amd looked at Lilyfrost. "I wonder how the apprentices are doing," He muttered, lifting his gaze to the apprentices that were 'fixing' the warrior's den. "They seem to be at work," He meowed sarcastically, a playful smirk on his face, |

The gray tabby tom was sitting outside nearby the entrance of the elder's den. His clouded blue gaze was watching the area around him thoughtfully. Cloudygaze could catch colored blurs moving too and fro, but could not identify anyone in particular without focusing more thoroughly. A small sigh escaped the elder, but he then smiled amusingly to himself. He wasn't going to let this bring down his mood. In the past, he would have been a bit more dismal; however, he'd slowly been beginning to accept the fact that his failing vision would never get better. He was lucky enough to still be able to see like he could. So the tom sat up a little straighter and focused on staying positive.

Winterheart blinked, fighting the tantalizing smell of mice in his jaws as he gazed at Berrywhisker. Something was off. He set his prey down for a moment, lifting his left paw to hover over it. "Berrywhisker, are you alright?" He meowed, gazing at the tom in concern. He scented something different, something wrong with Berrywhisker.

With a shrug, Winterheart picked up his prey and resumed walking. The tom seemed to keep the other two cats on his right side, so his left leg was less exposed. He clearly seemed uncomfortable with it under the view of others. He stayed within sight of them, lingering and protective.

Leafrain rolled her eyes at Berrywhisker's stubbornness and placed her herb bundle down for a moment as Berrywhisker moved on ahead, "Berrywhisker will be fine" she meowed to the warrior. "When we get back we can give him something for the pain- the grumpy fur ball just doesn't like to admit when things are wrong" she shook her fur then picked up her bundle again, "let's get going". The sooner they got back to the camp the sooner she could help Berrywhisker with his leg.
Mintpaw positioned herself beside Acornpaw and began helping weave brambles through the den wall. At Nettlepaws comment the grey she-cat fluffed out her fur wanting to make a cutting remark back but catching sight of the amount of nearby warriors thought better of it. Instead she turned to Acornpaw, "Look- sorry about before" she apologised to her denmate not looking at her, "in a bit of a bad mood today" she admitted between threading brambles.

"I heard that," Berrywhisker snapped, lashing his tail this time so that it hit Leafrain in the face gently. The sharpness in his voice was there, but the gesture was still somewhat affectionate. "I don't need anything for my leg, either, I just need some rest," he added sourly, his voice muffled by the herbs in his mouth,still trying to keep to the left of his clanmates to hide his bad leg, which at this point wasn't even brushing the ground. The elders where right in a sense, medicine cats make the worst patients.He paused at a tree stump before making his way around it, careful not to get any of his paws stuck in any of the old roots.
