At the mention of his old apprentice, Hawkfrost bristled. He bared his teeth and eyes were blue pits of burning rage. "Ivypool," he spat, as if the mere mention of her name was a foul taste in his mouth."I gave that cat everything she could ever hope for, and what did she do? Spy for the enemy and break our trust and friendship." He hissed. The Tom was furious now, claws unsheathed. The Tom remembered his task at paw and forced his fur back down. "Forget her," he meowed cooly. "Thistleclaw will kill you if I tell you what you threatened. We want you to help us kill him, and if you do, the threat of him hurting you is gone."

Nightkit once again, was in a dark, loomy forest. Her pelt blended in with the landscape, and she lashed her tail in wait. "Hawkfrost?" She called out, her voice echoing throughout the forest. "Hawkfrost, I want to learn something to teach Breezekit!" Nightkit added, pouncing forward and breaking a stick in half, using the technique Breezekit taught her.

Nightkit pranced over to the river beside him, touching it with her paw. "The only time I was in water was when I caught a fish." She meowed. "How do you even fight in the water?" Nightkit wondered. She slipped into the water, churning her tiny paws and getting used to floating above the surface.

The masculine waded into the water with her. "Kick with your back paws and scoop with your front paws, like you're digging a hole in the sand." he ordered.
