Nightkit gazed up at Hawkfrost with wide eyes. "N-Nightkit," she stuttered. "You look menacing!" Nightkit thought aloud with a smirk. "Cool!"
She padded forward, drinking in his scent and studying his icy blue eyes.

Thistleclaw grinned. "Well, it can be self-sacrifice, or sacrificing another cat, up to you."
Hawkfrost purred. "Thanks! I love your fur by the way, it matches those awesome dark blue eyes. I think your warrior name should be Nightstorm." he said purring.

Nightkit fluffed out her fur. "So, why am I here?" She asked, taking a good look around the dark forest. "I think I've heard elders' stories about this place... The Dark Forest?" Nightkit guessed.

Thistleclaw grinned evilly. "Well, no not exactly, not if you do exactly what I say." The masculine flexed his claws in the dirt.

Breezekit nodded and followed his mentor through the shadowy forest, alert for signs of other cats.

Breezekit looked up at the muscular gray Tom as he approached the group. "Hello young one, I know you will make a fine DarkClan warrior, and I like your determination. Mapleshade and I will let you know when we need you to get us information. In the meantime, train hard, and you'll go far kid." Turning to Mapleshade he meowed, "Excuse me, but I must go, I have business to complete." The Tom turned away and disappeared into the undergrowth.

Hawkfrost watched as Nightkit faded away and walked through the forest, thinking up ways to stage Thistleclaw's death. He saw Mapleshade up ahead and meowed, "Let me guess, Thistleclaw again." He meowed to her as he drew closer.
