Rainpaw finished off some of the kill quickly. "Would you like some, Dawnstar?" She asked, pushing the rest of the fish over to the leader. Her green eyes looked up at her intently, but were soon distracted by a passing hare. The apprentice watched it intently, pondering on whether to make the kill or not.

Rainpaw nodded. She held back so she could talk to Rosepaw. "She seems intent. It's so cool. I've never seen her like this before... Then again, I've never exactly spoken a lot with her. What do you think Rosepaw?" she asked after a moment or so.

Rainpaw almost fell over as she almost rammed into the leader with excitement. "Sorry." She whispered, hearing her voice already echoing off cave walls. "I didn't mean to do that. I wasn't watching." She muttered, hoping she wasn't causing trouble.

Rainpaw nodded slowly, taking in what the leader said slowly. She turned to Rosepaw, only seeing her figure against a blob of sunlight as her eyes adjusted to the darkness ahead. "Let's go then." She murmured as her paws itched to move forward.

Rainpaw nodded. "Okay.." she replied quietly, sitting down. Fear crept up her spine, and her haunches started raising. She forced them down and clenched her jaw and unsheathed her claws, digging them into the ground. She had never liked small dark spaces.

Rainpaw's eyes marveled at the bright light, taking a few steps forward, then copying the leader and nearly falling asleep because she was so relaxed. "Do you want us to sleep?" She asked groggily, unable to take her eyes off the stone.
(One of them should have some sort of prophecy.)

(Maybe they're hunting and they can't find food, a sign of famine)
Rainpaw opened her eyes, suddenly wide awake, back in camp. She felt safe and padded over to the apprentice's den, sitting down and curling her fluffy tail over her paws and smiling, until she noticed no one else was there.

(I feel as if they both should have a related dream.)
Rainpaw called for her clanmates. "Guys! Where are you?!" she asked. Her heart nearly stopped when she saw the prey pile. Have they gone to better hunting grounds? or... she thought, not even thinking of it. She felt a presence beside her, and she almost instantly recognized her scent. "Mother!" she cried, searching around for her, although no leopard was there.

Rainpaw shocked herself awake, finding bones on the ground, horrifying her. She jolted awake and away from the stone. "Wow. What a dream." she murmured, almost shaking. "Could we please get out of the cold, dark, scary, confined cave?"

Rainpaw shook the dream off. "When do you think we will return to camp?" She asked Rosepaw quietly, hoping to get out of the cave soon. Her fur was still a bit fluffed and tail was twitching, but she had calmed much more.

"Okay." She mewed, her fur finally flat again. She yawned, but pressed on. "Let's set a goal to get there before sunhigh. That's always fun." She chirped, brightness filling her eyes as she began trotting forward. It's also much cooler and I won't have to stop and stand for a while.

Rainpaw leaped out behind Rosepaw, racing forward and eyes almost instantly adjusting to the bright sunlight. "Come on! Whatcha waitin for?!" she asked happily, whipping around and eyes shining brightly. Behind the bright smile, she was secretly terrified about what may happen to the Clan.

"What time do you suppose we get home?" Rainpaw asked Rosepaw quietly. Her eyes were shining bright and the dream had been forgotten. "I bet it's before Sundown." She betted, raising her head and shaking it.
