Mudpaw sat beside her, " do you think that possible " his eyes widen at the thought of been crush by another cats tail.

Mudpaw narrowed his eyes abit as he thought about it, maybe when he was a warrior he could make his enemies give up by sitting on them, he was surely fluffy enough to make them choke oh his fur. He let out a soft purr of amusement, he would have to try it one day.

Nico muttered a string or curse words from his colorful vocabulary. Ones he had learned when he first entered the alleys and ones he will always remember. It was a mix between rouge slang and their...Intresting choice of words. Nico liked living there though, it was nice. The thrills that came from trespassing on wildcat's territory and beating them to a pulp. It sounded cruel but Nico was told the wildcats that he used to live by were worse, and as far as Nico knew, they were. He believed his leader, Vinz when he spoke. He spoke with such authority it was hard to not believe him. So when Nico was told that the wildcats had pushed Vinz and his cats off of what used to be their land, he took in every word.

Nico was glaring at the ground below him, like it was the ground that did him wrong. It was not, and Nico knew it, but he needed to take his anger out on something, someone. He snarled, revealing his teeth. Nico unexpectedly struck out at the bark of the tree. It was soft and his nails easily left scars in it. They were long, deep scars that would leave any cat wondering what creature made them. He yowled in anger,
"Corely you piece of fox [curse]!" Although at the moment he used it out of pure loathing for Corely, the cat who drove him out here for reasons he did not want to dwell on. A few birds must have heard his shout - which was not surprising, Nico had a loud voice - and flew up in a panic into the air. He kept walking though, eyes still staring at he path below his paws that only Nico seemed to be able to see.

Russetpaw yawned, sleepy, but awake. She felt the weight of her sisters back pressed against her spine, and groaned softly. She would have to try and get up without disturbing Cinderpaw. Carefully, Russetpaw shifted her weight and got to her paws, stretching as she exited the den.

Cinderpaw was already awake when Russetpaw woke up, and felt the soft movement of her sister against her back. Once Russetpaw left, Cinderpaw sat up and began to groom her belly fur, nipping at the stray moss stuck to her pelt.

Cinderpaw stood. "Coming," she half called half grumbled.

She nodded, though she knew he couldn't see her. She padded out of the apprentices den, nodded to Crowfrost and searched through the fresh-kill pile. She found a tasty mouse and settled down, eating it in swift bites so her mentor didn't get impatient.

Swiftstorm padded into camp her tail high. She glanced around for her apprentice wanting to take her on a hunting lesson.

"Good, let's go.", mewed Crowfrost as she got up and walked to the exit of camp.

"Hunting today.", announced the deputy quietly as she continued walking.

Cinderpaw groaned. "Again? Why can't we do some battle training or something different for a change?" She dragged her paws in the grass. "Russetpaw is always bragging at all the moves she knows. I want to be as good as her - no, better than her!"
