Dawnstar woke to the sun hitting her nest. She yawned and stretched, her white wings coming out as well. She climbed out of her nest carefully. It was perched by the center, where the leader's nest always was, and yet she had always felt slightly distant from her clanmates. Snagging some leftovers from her hunt before, she ate her breakfast in calm quiet, waiting for anyone else to rouse.

Ambersight was restless everyone was always squashing her in the Sky warriors area. she let out a small yawn her legs still asleep barely twitching she saw Dawnstar eating on her rock and padded over to greet her.

Beetlepaw had been out all night on patrol. he gently placed his prey on the pile, trying not to wake his clanmates so he could sleep in his favorite rock it always got the most sun nice and warm for him to sleep on trying not to get his wings near the rocks he used his hind legs to boost himself onto of the smooth rock, he curled up soaking up the suns rays. his black tail always go the most sun his large white wings fitted perfectly out on the rock as he dozed in the sun.

Dawnstar watched the night patrol return. The clan did its best to keep cats with what they were comfortable with, and so some hunted at night. Spotting Ambersight, she gave a short nod in greeting. She wanted to wait for more cats to wake up before taking out another patrol.

"I'm ready for patrol Dragonscale" Ambersight mewed ready to check the borders i wonder if will find foxes hawks or rouges that would be exciting! she thought arching her back in a stretch still yawning " i don't know how they sleep with the sun up'' she mewed looking at them sprawled on rocks tired from a nights hunting.

Dawnstar shrugged. "They make it work." She took note that most used large leaves to keep the sun off them. Or simply had their nests deeper in the forest of their island.

"Well i for one could use some sun while" she mewed sneezeing "Sorry shouldn't look at the sun'' she mewed sniffling. she was getting inpatient "can't i patrol with you Dawnstar i'm sick of waiting" She mewed her tortoiseshell wings ready for flight nothing happens on patrol anyway but atleast i can leave camp she thought wishing she had something to do while she waited for everyone to wake.

Dawnstar had to refrain from rolling her eyes. Ambersight was much too impatient. With a sigh she headed for the edge. "We can do some warm ups, but I don't want to go too far. When others wake up, I want them to be able to come."

better than nothing she thought snorting reading her wings she leaped of the edge letting her wings glide her over to the next tree she sniffed sitting on the rough bark. "I cant smell anything" she wheezed unaware that she was coming down with a cold until she started coughing she yawned trying to hide her coughs and sniffles it's just i cold no need to be stuck at camp because of a few coughs she thought digging her claws into the bark.

Dawnstar took off, dropping off the edge and spreading out her wings. She let the air catch her and carry her back up. She circled the island. She'd always enjoyed its shape. It reminded her of an upside-down rain drop.

Ambersight coiled her self taking off too catch up too Dawnstar "Hey wait up" she shouted dodging a few tall trees "If it's a race you want its a race you will get!" she growled weaving her way past the drop lake I'll take the shortcut! she thought racing trough the gorge ready to cut Dawnstar off and win.

Dawnstar really did roll her eyes this time. Not speeding up a bit, she watched the she-cat fly ahead. It was a warm up and she had no intentions of exerting a ton of energy doing it.

{Hi guys}
Beetlepaw awoke to the sound of hailstones crashing against the ground his pelt was soaked and the sun was barley enough to dry it. he sheltered under the cover of a large rock his great day ruined. i would hate to be patrolling in this whether he thought shaking the water off his pelt before dozing off again, he loved being lazy he did not care that others didn't like that he takes at least fourteen hours a day to sleep he does a hunting patrol every now and then they are just jealous i'm more relaxed than them! Beetlepaw gave a nasty look at Ambersight as she returned to camp drenched with water "Ha how was the swim Fish-brains" he mewed poking his tongue out.

Scorpionshade yawned and stretched out. He looked around for his brother and padded forward. His wings stretched out as he walked to Dragonfire who was deciding if he should go hunting "hello Dragonfire" said the larger tom. The red sky warrior looked at his brother "hiya Scorpionshade. What's up??" The grey and white tom turned his gaze towards the clouds hovwring over them at the time "clouds I would presume" Dragonfire let out a gentle snicker. Most people would think Scorpionshade was joking but he seriously thought that his brother was asking what was above him.

Ambersight scoffed ignoring Beetlepaws remark "Why don't you annoy Venompaw and Viperpaw, before i rip your fur out!" she hissed at Beetlepaw he rolled his eyes and walked up to the other neos "Finally" she mewed shaking the water of her pelt so she could curl up under some rocks, the water still droped from the cracks keeping her awake.

Dawnstar glanced down on how clanmates. Smirking, she angled her wings down and came crashing into Dragonfire. "Gotcha!" She purred happily, pleased with her catch.

Viperpaw gave a glarge towards the other neo. He didn't like anyone but Venompaw so he simply edged close to his brother and kept his green eyes on the other neo like eyes on a target. He didn't like other cats at all. Venompaw gave a glance at his brother then at the other neo "what" he said simply.
Dragonfire fell flat to the ground and tumbled a bit as the she-cat tackled him. He pushed her off and gave a playful hiss "how rude of you!" He leapt forward onto her in a play fight. Scorpionshade blinked in confusion and looked at his brother and the leader then shook his head and sat down "you two are odd beings"
